Ordered a torque converter 2 weeks ago called yesterday guy in office said its here just got here said it was sold will need to order this was a 3 and half hour round trip no sorry no nothing this is not how you do business so now i get to tell my customer she has to wait and it tie my lift up longer while i source another converter

Awesome service and Salesman let me pick his brain because I never rebuilt a Transmision before and it was an awesome transmission thanks to the salesman and his tips and advice. I have to rebuild another and that’s where I will be going. I was in a drive thru and my high pressure line popped off because I used the old retaining clip and didn’t have the plastic cover over it, nobody’s fault but mine.
Greg took order last Friday. Lied yesterday and said he was missing a part when it didn't show as promised Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. Then finally confessed after thorough interrogation that he dropped the ball and never placed the order, yet had no issue taking the man's money. This was a very special project for a very special guy. Ruined... Broke his heart. Irreparable. Refund requested. Will never contact this company again. Greg, thank you for admitting the truth, yet only after being constantly questioned and caught in lie after lie... I smell Sabotage and will investigate further.
This place is hidden. Was looking for a part that was out of stock in all dealership in Atlanta. A mechanic at a dealer give me this shop’s name and address. Whatever it takes had it in stock. The lady at the reception is very helpful and friend didn’t feel unwelcome. The parts are high quality part.
Was searching for a part for over a week they the only ones they even knew what I was talking about when I called customer service was incredible couldn't make it on time so the guy left the parts outside for me bet AutoZone can't do that
