They forgot to come pick up my vehicle THREE TIMES!!!
I scheduled a pickup on three different occasions and they never showed up. After they didn't show up the third time I called them and it went straight to voice mail. I couldn't leave a message because the mail box was full! I texted the number and never got a response. I wasted my time waiting on them!
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!
He hung up on me as soon as I started talking!.... that's very disrespectful. I tried calling back and it went straight to voicemail . If they're trying to run a successful business, this is the wrong approach.
I called and i didn't even finish speaking and they hung up on me in 30 seconds, I have never been disrespected like that by any buisness anywhere. And i was basically gonna give them a car for free if they had let me finish speaking.
Had a great experience junking a car with these guys. It was simple I called them and told them honestly what the best offer I received was and asked if they could beat it. They did and I accepted!
Just talked to them about selling my Lexus 2003 truck that only has motor problems. Only quoted me $200!!! Hahaha this is a joke. Others quoted me at over 200 dollars! Haha. Nice try.
I wish I could give you zero stars. I called with a question and was ignored and asked if i was calling to junk my car-said not interested and refused to answer my question without a condecending tone. Sucks for you, you never know who knows who or refers who or what.

It was a pleasure dealing with them. They were easy to deal with, and polite through out the the whole feud. They were willing to work not only around my schedule, but also informative and patient with my lack of knowledge about the process.
