Honest, reliable, goes the extra mile, a real stand up guy. Can't say enough good things, Redmon always takes care of you when you need it. And if he's busy he'll recommend another hauler so your not stranded. Also used his lock out services. He's a master at unlocking cars. If he can't unlock it, you might as well call a locksmith.

Jacob was a Godsend. Hubby hit a curb & blew the tire. Normally we’d put on the spare but were concerned if the rim was damaged. The big tow company we use takes police calls so it would be hours. He waited & then we found Jacob. He was there within an hour of the call after finishing another tow. So thankful he came to our rescue. Towed the car to the place we’re getting the tire replaced & the rim looked at.
Redmons is hands down the best transport/wrecker service I have ever used. Jacob is super nice, reliable, and just a great dude in general. He has towed 3 cars for me already and there is none else I will use!
2 stars because he got there in about 20 minutes. He pulled his chains out, attached them to my bumper & my friend's truck bumper, then had my friend pull me out of a shallow ditch. Then charged me $100! To use his chains for 5 minutes! He lives in my neighborhood. Really strange experience all around.
After a really scary mishap I spoke to Jacob and he was EXTREMELY kind and helped me immediately. Help was dispatched at a very reasonable time and they were also just as accommodating and helpful. I felt in good hands the entire time. Pricing of this company is completely reasonable and I will definitely recommend them to anyone in need of assistance.

I've dealt with other towing companies but I've never come across anyone so nice, polite, and helpful. We asked Jacob to get involved in a possible sticky situation and he did so. And it did indeed become "sticky". He had to deal with police, an irate tenant, other individuals, and me.
He went so far above and beyond anything I would normally ask of a towing company. He was so helpful with dealing with police and even helped unload part of a 16' trailer even though "mover" is not in the job description.
He has won a permanent customer and I would recommend him to absolutely anybody.

Jacob was so great in being helpful and answering my questions about my car. Even under a high pressure situation he was very calm and very nice about coming out even though it was late, which he kept me informed about exactly how long it would take. He recommended a mechanic and was able to help me not freak out about my situation. I will HIGHLY recommend Jacob Redmon. The prices are VERY reasonable and very low in comparison.
This company is everything you’ve read and more. I called them at 11:30pm on a Sunday and was told someone would be there in 30-35 minuets, well it was actually more like 20 minutes. On a Sunday at that. Upon Jacob’s arrival he knew exactly what was wrong and had it started in seconds. On top of that his price was very reasonable! So impressed with this company!!!
We been trying to get a towed from 3:30 pm to 10:30 pm broken down 60 miles away from home and we called 8 different tow companies and they all were dissapoitments. Either they didn't drive that far out or weren't available or outrageously priced. Needthless to say Redmon came through for me. The owner Mr.Jacob came out to get us and gave us a real great deal and was there within 30 min . Will be calling them every time I need them when I'm in the area.

Last night, I was frustrated that my newer model Honda wouldn't start and needed to get it to a Honda dealership for repair. Redmon towing came out to tow my car. I was surprised that Jacob Redmon, the younger looking company owner, was driving the truck. He first confirmed where I had asked to be towed but then asked me what was wrong with the car. When I showed him the dash lights were blinking on and off when attempting to start, he told me that he might save me some trouble. He connected his battery pack to my car and the engine started like nothing had been wrong. He charged me a service fee and not a towing fee saving me money...despite the fact that he had driven across town to service my vehicle. I was thrilled that my car was back in business and that I didn't have to spend time getting a loaner car for work the next morning. He could have easily just towed my car the 3 miles to the dealership (as requested), charged me a full towing fee, and I would not have questioned him. I don't write too many reviews, but I'm writing this because I too often find people who run service businesses are not out to serve customers at a fair profit but simply to take full advantage of those in need. Jacob provided me a really good service at a very fair price.

I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Redmon and his great service!! Not only did he respond quickly to my daughter's disabled car, but he attempt to trouble shoot and fix the problem so we wouldn't have to pay for a 50 mile tow to our house. In the end, he did have to tow it, but he did so quickly and kept us informed of his progress. It's so nice to find a company that gives such great customer service. I hope we don't need a tow truck again, but if we do we won't hesitate to call Redmon Wrecker Service.
I just wanted to publicly THANK the owner, Jacob Redmon, for his expediency in "rescuing my daughter" after a double tire blow out on a drizzly evening during rush hour. Not only did he sense the panic in my voice and handle my phone call with compassion and urgency, but he arrived at the exact time he said he would, made my daughter feel completely at ease and was extra helpful with some additional auto advice needed. The dealer's roadside emergency service had already left my daughter abandoned for nearly an hour, which was maddening. Redmon Wrecker Service was also much more reasonable on my wallet.
