The driver came out to jump off my truck because the battery died in it. The driver was nice and polite. We talked while the battery was charging and hung out. Talked about Valentine’s Day and how his day had went . He was very polite, very helpful, courteous and kind he is a great guy . It is good to have a driver that is knowledgeable and thinks positive and knows his job . I would recommend him and your company.
This place should have its license revoked. They are not a good service. My insurance company, sent them a check, and emailed them a copy of it. Two and a half weeks later, after extorting almost another thousand dollars for more storage, they finally delivered the truck to the Kenworth dealership so that it could be repaired. And to top that off, they tried to go to court, to auction my truck off, as an abandoned vehicle, after they got the first check.

Ms. Cricket provided phenomenal service! She managed to pull my lowered 17 Nismo Sentra onto the wrecker no scraping or damage whatsoever, she then did the same dropping it at the shop for me. Again, phenomenal service and great customer service as she provided great conversation and ice cold waters in the cab heading to the shop. Very fair price for a ~45 mile tow (Marietta-Adairsville) on a Friday during rush hour.
They were incredibly fast to show up and dedicated to getting me off the highway safely. Joe my driver had just gotten off the clock and he was close by and came promptly to my rescue! I hated being on the shoulder of the busy highway at night and they were so fast to fix that as quickly as I could.
Joe was quick and fast he was also very helpful definitely is a great asset to the team you guys have keep being great!! I also do not remember the lady who picked up the call but she was also very sweet.
I had a good, safe experience, while cleaning out my wrecked, Ford Escape, on a Wednesday evening (after 5 pm). The staff was really friendly. I didn't see any public restrooms (but, then again, I wasn't looking either). I was trying to hurry.
My vehicle was located towards the back of their yard of vehicles (a bit of a walk). I wore rubber boots, long sleeve clothing, leather work gloves, a large backpack, a water bottle and didn't require a mask, because the spell wasn't bad.
Expect lots of dirt, mud, bits of glass and sharp pieces of vehicles around the vehicle yard.
Pack a First Aid Kit with bandages, gauze pads, antiseptic liquid, medical tape and tweezers (to pick out any glass shards), just in case. Also, hand sanitizer wipes are a good option to bring.
Also, make sure your smartphone has a charged battery in case you have an emergency and need to call for help.
If cleaning out a vehicle of personal items, expect not to pay anything up front (I didn't) and bring a few large containers to put your stuff in, possibly a collapsible, rectangular cart to haul my stuff (definitely helpful), a multibit screwdriver for the license plate and something supportive to put my knees on (I had to kneel on the wet ground and used a thick, personal tarp to keep myself clean; knee pads would have been helpful to bring). A pack of thick, lawn bags are helpful when carrying out personal belongings. Do all this before the insurance company arrives to haul off the wrecked vehicle.
Note: Half my vehicle doors were crushed in and not accessible (my fault).
Marietta Police used this wrecker company to tow my wrecked vehicle.
Several parking places were available in the front parking lot. Parking, at front of building, was free.

We thought Steve was great today! He handled towing our two cars from Marietta to Woodstock. He was punctual, professional and took great care of our vehicles! The company itself was easy to work with too. We called yesterday and everything was scheduled quickly and smoothly. We are glad we trusted this company with our towing needs!
I was broken down in the middle of a busy intersection, Nick showed up incredibly quickly and got to work immediately. Had me hooked up and out of there in max 5 minutes time. Worth mentioning it’s like 15 degrees outside. Even dropped me off at my house. He was friendly, hard working, and spoke confidently of the company he works for.
Watch out. This company will detach your drive line & leave it disconnected & wired up with one of their metal zip ties after you use their service. They won’t communicate to you that they’re leaving your drive line disconnected. You’re supposed to just know this apparently. The tow driver hid the clamps & bolts for my drive line in a place where I’d be certain not to see them. I called & emailed to voice my concerns with management, but no one cares. No choice but to file a police report and go after their insurance. No accountability. Zero customer service.
Work truck broke down on highway 78 towards Stone Mountain. Your driver Drake arrived promptly and towed me back to Cartersville. Truck was extremely clean and Drake and I had a pleasant conversation while enroute. He was polite and courteous. He made a not so good day better. He should be commended. I forgot to get the man's name, but the guy that towed my rig and set of doubles tonight was awesome. Hooked up and dropped off quick. The only thing that slowed him down was some stripped bolts, but they didn't stop him from getting the job done.
Great service , Fantastic driver. Very good at what his does and extremely nice a friendly and very professional. Made it in my tricky driveway with absolutely no issues. Came in exactly the time they said they would.
Jay was my tow driver today. My Transmission failed and was blocking a neighborhood entrance. I have road side assistance I pay for with Geico. Geico said would be approx 1 hour. We had to have our motorhome towed. Since we have never had a motorhome towed, we were quite nervous as we have heard horror stories. We chose New Image and worked with Coach-Net to arrange the tow. We are so glad we chose these guys. Mario arrived and immediately gave us a comfort level as he tows quite a few motorhomes. He was amazing and so skilled. He was so meticulous you would have thought it was his coach! He talked us through the entire process and got it hooked up, pulled the drive shaft and tested everything. He towed it to freightliner and called to say our baby was safely at freightliner and to call him if we had any questions. We were so pleased with this company and highly recommend it!
Your service rates very high in my book. Better than anything that I have experienced before. Yesterday my tow company gave me the runaround and I waited almost 4.5 hours for a tow only to be told that the driver was near, then they told me that he was finishing up a tow only to find out that neither scenario was true. They ended up not coming because they thought that their truck could not make the clearance so I cancelled them. So I scheduled you guys the next day and you did what you said, and the driver beat me to the pickup spot! This never happens, so thank you very much for restoring my faith in customer service! My driver was the best- very professional and just a great guy! Thanks so much. I will refer you to anyone that needs a tow.
Jake was great! I don't have any complaints. I had it towed 0.7 miles away and that cost $125 but nothing is a bargain these days and I'm honestly unsure if it was pricey or on par. He put my car on a flatbed and also let me ride with him so I saved Uber money.
Had a great experience with this towing company. Robert was the driver and he did a phenomenal job—super professional, quick, and super careful with my semi that was fully loaded. Really made a tough situation a lot easier. Highly recommend!

Came fast, it was after midnight on a Sunday. Was helpful and willing to help me see why it was flat and put the older tire away, and get the spare on.
The helpful tow truck driver offered a seat in hus truck out of the rain and then drove me to a nearby cafe. He managed to pull my car out of a tight space and pretty quickly deliver it to a sop at rush hour.
Tow driver got to me in 25 minutes! He was friendly and a safe driver. Towed my truck and empty trailer safely to my terminal in Decatur, GA. This is a second tow service with this company and the two driver I have come in contact with were very professional

HANDS DOWN LIFE SAVERS! We aren’t local here. We needed them to come get our uhual truck off the mountain side. I wasn’t confident enough in myself not to run off the side and they did it with ease.
