Had the unfortunate experience of a damaged pulley which mangled the serpentine belt on my wife’s car. Ace Towing responded quickly and arrived sooner than expected. Tim is an absolute professional at what he does with over 35 years of experience. Incredibly nice guy and easygoing. Prices are extremely competitive and the level of service was miles greater than I expected. As a stressful situation for the average person, Tim made us feel at ease and comfortable. Highly recommend this company and will absolutely call them back in the future.

Highly recommend Ace! Professional, Punctual and most importantly careful/mindful with your vehicle from start to finish! Tim did an amazing job and was very pleasant to work with, called me 30 minutes before arrival and showed up right on time! He carefully placed the tow hooks to be sure not to cause any damage to the vehicle and then slowly wenched it on the flat bed. Thanks Tim!

I CANNOT recommend this company enough 🥰 I live on a steep mountain and have need a rollback before. Other companies said they could get a rig up there. Tim drove his rig up the mountain like it was nothing and got it turned around on a 45° slope with a narrow turn. Between the two of us we got my vehicle loaded and on its way to the shop. I cannot thank them enough. Tim's the man you want🙃😊

My motorhome broke down on the way out of town on a Friday afternoon. Chris came to tow us. At that time of the day and week I was having a difficult time finding a place that would take our motorhome for repair. Chris was vey patient and in fact, made a couple of good recommendations. My car was at a mechanic and I needed it towed back to my place. We called three towing services. For under five miles of distance, two of them wanted crazy money! Then we called Ace, who did it for HALF the price within a couple hours of calling them.
Additionally, the tower, Stuart, showed me where he the problem in the vehicle was, which was incredibly helpful! And everyone was so friendly!
Seriously, these guys are the best! Never thought I’d be leaving a rave review for a towing company, but if you need help, come to these guys!
My car broke down NYE day on my way to work. And for multiple reasons (work, the holiday, my insurance company etc.) I couldn’t get a tow for days - constantly worried about getting booted or towed to a junk yard and incurring additional fees. Well when I finally realized roadside from my insurance company wasn’t going to happen, I couldn’t find a company in ten miles that would pick my car up and take it literally a couple miles down the road for less than $165+mileage?? Thank god I tried one last number and got Kyla at Ace Wrecker who not only beat everyone else on price, but put someone (Terry - my ultimate dude, I know we didn’t get to meet but you da man) immediately on it so as to ease my mind on it getting booted or locked up in a yard.on top of that I didn’t even have to meet them up there, just told Kyla where the key was, gave her my card number, and next thing I know Terry already had it at the mechanic of my choosing for me. 5 stars on customer service, capabilities, pricing, and speed.
Even tho actual pick up time was 20 mins later than originally stated, we give Ace a “5”! The dispatcher kept us informed of arrival & We were so pleased with the Driver! He was such a gentleman & treated our car with care! We would use Ace again!
Very polite and understanding when I called after my truck broke down on the side of the road. Quick to respond and my driver Tim was very helpful and friendly with loading up my vehicle and getting me to the shop safe. Definitely recommend Ace Wrecker if needed again, wouldn't hesitate to call.
My tow guy Brett did a phenomenal job. I would’ve recommend ace wrecker service to any driver in the metro Atlanta area for any towing needs. These guys will take great care of you. My driver even stood out in 285 traffic to make sure my rig was secure Five stars!

Great job by Ace Towing. I was able to talk with an actual person on the phone and the tow truck arrived within minutes. The driver was very professional and courteous. He had us taken care of in short order.
My aunts car wasn’t working to drive and I called them and they gave me the best customer service!! The lady that answered the phone literally so sweet and nice and the gentleman with her as well very sweet!! 100% do recommend them if you need a tow service, will be calling again if I ever need another service!!!
On the drive between Sarasota and Chicago, my truck broke down. I called Acworth Transmission who suggested Ace tow it to their shop. Within 30 minutes of my call to Ace, the driver had arrived. He was very friendly, safe and efficient. Being in an unfamiliar place can make these emergencies stressful, but Ace helped ease my concerns. I definitely recommend their service.
What seemed like a hopeless and peculiar predicament, quickly turned into jubilation and calm once Ace Wrecker Service arrived. I found myself with that fishing itch this past Saturday. I drove my vehicle to the ‘dry part’ of lake Altoona and did some fishing for about an hour. Once I tried to leave, my front wheel drive SUV was unable to traverse the terrain and I found myself stuck in the mud (lakebed).
I called several wrecker services in the area. All of the ones I called advised me they would not be able to help as they feared their rigs would get stuck too. Ace wrecker service sent out one of their wreckers. He did not have enough cable to get me out but he stayed for at least 30 minutes trying to help dig me out and problem solve anyway he could. About an hour later they sent out another wrecker and they quickly teamed up, pulling out the 120+ft of cable and chains needed to reach my vehicle.
It is in no way an exaggeration when I say these gentleman were godsend because I had been stranded for 4 hours, the sun was going down, and I would have been stuck out in the cold literally if it were not for Ace Wrecker service. I would highly recommend this company. I don’t remember the younger gentleman’s name but huge shout out to you Mike and the younger gentleman as well for their awesome work in my time of need!
Great people to work with. They went above and beyond to haul a bug sketchy buckettruck last minute and on a holiday weekend. Absolutely recommend them to anyone. Chris was professional and great to work with.
We live in Birmingham and needed to have a crated, performance engine transported from Acworth to a speed shop in Gainesville. I called Ace to see if it was something they could do for us and spoke with Kyla who was cheerful, prompt and extremely professional. I sent her an email with the details, she responded right away and quoted a very reasonable price.
It took several days to coordinate with the origin and destinations but once it was done it took no more than a phone call to Kyla to have it arranged for the next morning.
They called to tell me when they were on the way to pick up the engine, then when it was on the way to the speed shop and again after they'd dropped it off.
I can't recommend them enough and, if the opportunity ever presents itself, they'll be my first call.

I was using my SUV to relocate some gear on my property. It rained 2 days before and I thought it was dry enough besides I’ve done this before… and yeah the ABS kicked in… I instantly got stuck in that Georgian Clay, on an incline, headed towards a lake!! I called Ace Towing & Heavy Wrecking Service and before you know it James arrived on the scene with a smile. He got my SUV to safety without further damage to my grass in less than 20 mins. James is the Best and I highly recommend Ace if you’re ever in a jam!!
Tow truck driver was fast, with upbeat positive energy. The same driver helped us get in at the tow yard to retrieve our belongings from the Malibu. I had a flag laying across the back glass area . When we pulled the flag from the car, he folded it properly for me since i had wrist injuries. I was also able to tip him there since I couldn't the night of the accident. Thank you for being kind, compassionate, patriotic, and helpful. That's comforting when your world has been turned upside down.
After a frantic morning in which my daughter’s car was flipped and they narrowly escaped with minor injuries.
A was left with figuring out how to remove and tow the car. Ace showed up and save the day , the driver Jason was very helpful and did his best to help us remove the car from the neighbors property and place it on a flat bed for towing. After seen how small my drive way was he went above and beyond even cutting away damage fence to retrieve the car. Thank you Jason and Ace.
We broke down towing our 5th wheel on the way home to Florida. From Richard to the drivers (we didn't catch their names unfortunately), they were all very good to deal with.
They were there when promised, no longer than one hour. We needed two wreckers, one for the RV and one for the truck. Both men were efficient and personable. It was my dog that was the jerk lol. In fairness, he had been through a lot that day and was scared, he really is a nice pup!
