We recently started using Christian Brothers Automotive because they offer a courtesy drop-off service while your car is being serviced. The first visit was fine, but during the second visit—when I brought in a different vehicle—I was given a maintenance estimate of nearly $5,000. This immediately raised concerns, as all of our vehicles have consistently been serviced and maintained. I contacted Nissan directly, and they confirmed that many of the repairs Christian Brothers claimed were needed had already been completed previously. This made it appear that unnecessary services were being recommended, which felt dishonest and financially motivated. After leaving a one-star review using the feedback link they provided, both my husband and I were repeatedly contacted and pressured to change our review to five stars. Because of this behavior, I chose to share my experience publicly on Google so others can make an informed decision.

I talked to 2 different people but both was clear with the information.. They understood the lack of knowledge I had on the issue and still proceeded with truth. That's all it took for me to go with their service. Even though the conversation was changing, the price always stayed the same . Very nice and respectable people.. Id recommend..

Chris and his staff were all so pleasant and extremely helpful. I will be a customer for life! I was updated during each step of the repair process and was even picked up and dropped off by their shuttle service driver Mike who was also very kind and pleasant. They truly do care and want to provide the best service.

Let me say this first. I always bring a vehicle to Christian Brothers for pre-purchase inspection if I'm considering buying a used vehicle. They do a detailed job. They take a video and pictures. They go over there findings. They email and print out their recommendations. If you are considering buy a used vehicle bring it here if not you could be stuck with thousands of dollars for repairs.

The customer service was excellent. They kept me informed and were transparent. Only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is because I had brand new breaks not even a week old put on before I went in and they said they had to replace them. But other than that everything else was great.

Christian Brothers Cares! This is our second time using Christian brothers automotive in acworth and they are incredible!! Our car broke down Tuesday. It would not start, so we had to have it towed. We called Wednesday to make sure Christian brothers could take a look at it. Sadie was very helpful. She answered all of my questions and since the car was under warranty she explained how the process would go. She called when our car arrived and kept us up to date the whole time. Thursday she lets us know it was the starter, but the part would not arrive until sometime Friday. However, a few hours later she called and said she moved things around and had it done by Thursday evening!! She knew this was our only car. Sadie & the amazing tech went above and beyond for us. They truly care about their clients. We will not go anywhere else. 1000% recommend.

Can’t say enough good things about the service I received at Christian Brothers! They helped me out immensely as I was in the process of purchasing a car in their area while I was out of state. They picked up the car, did a thorough inspection with a full report to go with it. The staff was super friendly and willing to do anything to help me out. 5+ stars in my book!

Christian Brothers did a great job! I brought my van in because it was leaking oil. They cleaned the engine compartment and inspected it. Their thorough examination revealed that a careless error on an oil change at an oil change specialty place (that I had completely forgotten about) was the culprit. I have been bringing mechanical issues to CBA and have been very happy with them but I was in the habit of getting my oil changed at one of these "cheap" quick change oil places. Not any more! CBA does work that I trust and the oil change from them was less than that specialty place. From now on, I bring everything to CBA!

Great staff - had an oil leak - quickly diagnosed the issue and changed the oil and filter seal. They did a car care check and took pics and discussed future needs. The diagnostic report very detailed with pics. If took a relatively short period of time. I will definitely be using this facility for all my car maintenance needs. So glad I found a reliable car repair facility without relying on the dealer.

First visit to this business. Had a radiator flush/refill. Great job, fair price, good people to deal with, and they did the job in a timely manner. If your job takes awhile, they will shuttle you home and pick you up when your vehicle is ready. Will definitely go back for more service, and I recommend them to everyone.

I used to take my SUV to the dealership for repairs and maintenance, which we know is rather expensive. Christian Brothers was recommended to me by a friend and I am so glad I listened to him. Christian Brothers' prices are very reasonable and fair. They are honest and treated me like family. Thank you Christian Brothers' staff and technicians.

Since moving to Acworth, ive been wanting to check this shop out since it's one of the main popular shops in the area and the company has really nice reviews. Called the shop and they were immediately able to fill me in at 10:30am, for my concern of an oil leak that was found underneath my truck. Got a diagnostic along with checking for where the leaking is coming from. Oil filter housing cap was ordered and everything was solved the same day. I really appreciate all the customer service and with Christian Brothers shuttle serivce. Very helpful indeed. Now I really appreciate the diagnostic, since my vehicle is a 2013 FJ Cruiser and it's approaching 95,000 miles with me constanly watching for any future repairs, but $200 for a diagnostic exam is a little on the high side for me. Otherwise, everything else went great and I really appreciate them looking over my truck.

We were very impressed with how the treated us and how they cared about our daughter's vehicle. It was like taking our broken car to a car hospital, they examined the car and gave us clear step by step recommendation on what needed to be done and what could wait. We will for sure go back with our car needs because of their care, concern and professional service.

TBH, I have no idea what car repair is supposed to cost anymore, but I trust this crew implicitly. I had to get a thermostat replaced on my Chrysler 200 and it’s back to running like a top. They’ve always been fair, offered me rides when they had to keep my car, and I could even tell they were bummed to give me the news that my repairs would be a little bit more. My only issue is that when I came to pick up my car, it was still a Chrysler 200 and not a 911 GT3. Oh well. It’s all in the name and they deliver.

Though i chose not to pursue the extensive repairs, their customer service was very good. They kept the car for several days while we decided whether to fix it or just trade it in. They also have a handy shuttle service.

The staff was amazing! I had an electrical issue and they had to do some digging and thinking outside the box to figure it out. Lacie at the front desk and who drove me home was so kind. Chris kept me updated and I felt like they were really trying hard to get my car fixed and not charge too much. We have been using them for many years and we will continue to do so.

Christian Brothers is still a fantastic and reliable business for our family! They’ve always been great at keeping things affordable. Our 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee is in tip-top shape, just like a brand-new one, thanks to the amazing care and attention to detail from Christian Brothers.

I had a great experience here! Took my vehicle in and they helped me navigate a long warranty claim process. They continued to update me every step of the way fighting for every ounce of payment from the warranty company. I don’t know if all locations are like this with Christian Brothers, but I highly recommend this location!

Lacie was absolutely amazing. She ensured I was taken care of swiftly and promptly. The team was very thorough with my car inspection and for that I’m thankful bc we were able to figure out what needed to be taken care of . I was worried about pricing but the company has payment plan options as well. I’ll see them in about a month to get everything taken care of . Also they have coupon on their website . Very trustworthy business and located right down the road conveniently by all your shopping needs . They even offer courtesy shuttle rides back to home or work . Mr. Tony assisted with this and he was fun to chat with along the way back home . Thanks everyone for taking care of me!

I needed to have a front wheel bearing replaced on our Honda Pilot. I called Christian Brothers, and they were able to look at the car and give me a binding estimate within 2 hours of me calling them. They were able to complete the work the next day at the quoted price. I had checked around a few other places and the cost was reasonable compared to what other repair shops were asking. I was very pleased; they did a really good job for a fair price. I will definitely see them again if there is another problem with my car.

I loved the service and attention. They were exceptional with communication. In fact, unlike most businesses these days, I think they overdid it a bit lol. I received so many calls and texts keeping me updated on the work. But I prefer that to the way everyone else does things. And they did a great job--I swear my van drove better than it did before it was damaged. I look forward to working with them again.

Horrible. People are friendly but service is terrible. I took my car to them and payed 1900$ for a new water pump only to have to come back 2 months later and they tell me i need an entire new engine. They have seen my car multiple times and never mentioned any problem within the engine even the last time they ‘fixed’. Came to them this time for an overheating sign left with a check engine light. Horrible communication and car service i feel now my car is worse than when i dropped it off it now shakes when i try to take off in the morning. Do not take your car here if your looking for an actual fix they want to funnel out money👎

Sadie was so sweet and helpful when I came in to inquire about my engine light that was on in my car. The technician ordered the part and went over and beyond to make sure he could get it ready for me to bring it back to my daughter at school. Great people and great service! 10/10 recommend

From start to finish, they delivered the most incredible service I’ve ever experienced in the auto industry. Chris took the time to educate me that just because my vehicle is under warranty, I’m not required to only use the dealership for service, as long as I keep proper records. That knowledge alone saved me a significant amount of money. Even more impressive, they were honest about which services I did not need (how rare is that in auto repair?!), and still went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled quickly and thoroughly. I needed my car done by 4:30, and they finished two hours early. The extras made all the difference: a complimentary shuttle to and from the shop, clear communication, and a level of kindness and attentiveness you don’t often find. This shop stands above most other auto maintenance and repair centers in the 2 most important aspects of any business, honesty and professionalism. They are not trying the be the "cheapest" or "quickest" shop around but what they are definitely accomplishing doing the job the right way, the first time and telling you up front in easy to understand terms, what needs to be done for your vehicle and why. The guys doing the work are also Service Technicians and not your average mechanic. They work so clean and organized in the service bay, most other shops should take note. I have a brand new car and took it in for it's first break in oil change and I spoke with the shop manager and he is also a JDM enthusiast and spent plenty of time answering all of my questions and insuring me that for as long as I own it, they can do 100% of the maintenance so that I don't have to take it to any dealerships that are going to try and convince me to do services based on milage and not what my car actually needs. They do a very thorough multi point inspection with photos every time as well for no additional charge. Overall, I think Christian Bros Automotive is worth your time and money.

I worked with Christian Brothers Automotive for the first time this last week and was ultimately very pleased with their services. I was having a problem with the cold air cutting in and out on the A/C of my 2015 Subaru. I had already taken the car to the dealership twice and they had been unable to fix the problem and were clearly not attentive to the issues involved. It was a challenging situation and Christian Brothers was also unsuccessful in correcting the issues in their first 2 attempts to do so, but they continued to give it their full focus and attention and were finally able to get the A/C system working normally again. I appreciate the service I received with Christian Brothers on many levels. The particular problem with my car was complex and though it took a lot of effort to finally get to the bottom of it, their technician Chris and his crew followed through with persistence, commitment, competence, and integrity. They did not charge me for any diagnostic work after the first failed effort, and by the third attempt, which was very time and energy consuming, they waived all fees. I trust and value Chris’ work and feel very positive about the company as a whole. I plan to continue to work with this company in the future and will recommend their services to family and friends.
