I spoke with Alexander today @ 10am. He took my cars information, quoted me, and let me know that they’ll notify me when they dispatch a tow truck.
After a few hours passed, he text me a new quote significantly lower than originally stated. When asked what changed, he stated the “system updates every few days or weeks”. I reminded him that we literally spoke 10a today. He then rephrases it and states “it updates every day when it’s triggered”. Clearly trying to “bait & switch”. It’s a crappy sales tactic & extremely unprofessional. They do NOT honor quotes & that’s a bad business practice ! Go elsewhere with your hard earned money.
I have had my car for 10 years and my baby gave out on me. I seen so many good reviews about them so I gave them a try. The owner and tow driver was so sweet and the transaction was easy due to me already having everything that was needed. I will most definitely recommend them to anyone that’s in need of getting rid of their car!!!

I called several places and settled on them because they gave me the best quote. My only issue is a driver didn't show up until 2.5 hours after the original scheduled time, and when he arrived he tried to lower the quote by $30 saying he hoped I would give him a discount/tip. And if you're looking to receive cash in hand, be prepared they may not have it but still offer payment through cash app or zelle. Other than that, he loaded up very quickly and without hassle and both gentlemen were respectful and responsive so I would recommend.
Have had my Kia Spectra sitting in my driveway for the last six years. I finally decided that I needed the space for visitors when they came over. I looked online at several salvage operations but settled on Trust Auto. I called and was asked if I had a title registration to the vehicle, and was told that I needed one.
I did not know where the old title was so I went to Georgia DMV and was able to get a title for $31. As soon as I got back in the vehicle and called to let them know that I had a clean title. We agreed on a price and they sent a tow truck to pick up the vehicle from my home. The tow truck arrived at my home to pick up the vehicle 15 minutes after I arrived back home from the DMV. They were extremely pleasant to deal with.
I would deal with this company in the future if I need to.
I called during my lunch break asked if they could come pick up one (of two) vehicles i disclosed all info during the call, but did ask if they could go after 4:30 due to work which they said yes! The agent came over picked up the vehicle and provided the payment right then and there! I mentioned the other vehicle that was in the backyard and the agent (forgot his name) Said he could pick up the other vehicle the next day same time! Well it rained the next day but he quickly got the van loaded onto the truck and got it out of my backyard! highly recommend speaking and working with this company! they’re quick and efficient!

My car has been sitting for a minute..maybe a little longer than that. It needed to go. I called G to G and spoke to Alexander, he gave me a price, and indicated that he was ready to get it that day. Well, I didn't have the title in my possession, so two days later I took a little trip to LaGrange to retrieve it.
After I returned, I called back and once again spoke to Alexander. He demeanor seemed very professional yet laid back, which make it easy to discuss things like this. I gave him the basic information about my car with some of its backstory, sent a few pictures, and he gave me a very generous estimate for my car. It was less than the estimate he gave me two days before, but that one was on me; I totally forgot that someone rear-ended the car while my brother was driving it, and I didn't tell Alexander during the first call. So, the hatchback door part no longer cooperates, there's a nice big dent in the rear bumper, yet he still came through with a solid offer.
I sent my address, and was told they'd see me soon. It didn't take long before Zack was rolling up in the rollback. I enjoyed working with him as well. He is very personable and friendly, yet focused. We chatted a little bit about my new (used) car and the car he was picking up, but he didn't get distracted and start playing on his phone, he completed the transaction. Props to Zack and Alexander, and G to G of course.
