We were from out of town and an important part went out on our Mercedes that left us stranded.We called 4 different places for help and could barely get the time of day from them. Jordan went out of his way with helping us get the part we needed and the tools to replace it. We truly appreciate his kindness and help.

They’ve personally assisted me with replacing both windshield wipers and headlights, and they made the process so easy. Logan saved the day!! We came through Clayton on our way to Blue Ridge on 76 and my car died 8 miles from town. I knew what was wrong with it. I called two other local parts stores and no one would bring me what I needed.This is when I called NAPA. Logan had my part to me in 15 minutes and we were able to get on the road again. Logan has the most outstanding customer service!!

Best parts place in NE GA! Jordan, Brownie and all the guys are great. If they don't have it in stock they can usually get it the next day at the latest.
