We used them to tow our car 25 miles. We were told they would be there in 30 mins. After an hour and a half they still had not showed up then we got a call saying it was on the truck and they would be to us in 30min Kevin said that. 2 more hours go by and no car. Now they are saying the driver is with the car 4 hours latter and we still don't have the car. This company will lie to your face and tell you what you want to hear if you need on time service and clear communication avoid them like the plague

This company did a phenomenal job turning what could’ve been an unpleasant experience into one that made my day better! Tim was such a down to earth, kind and professional person to work with. He got to my car on time and got me to where I need to be with no issues at all. I would definitely use this company again for any towing needs (which hopefully I don’t need again anytime soon)!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They are the worst. The drivers are inexperienced they have damaged my vehicle along with hitting another vehicle committing a hit and run. If I could rate this company a zero I would.

The initial phone interaction was polite, but the service quickly went downhill once help arrived. When I asked questions about my car, the gentleman was unhelpful, gave vague assumptions instead of answers, and came off as snarky. He didn’t close my hood at all before leaving, which is concerning. It’s a shame how customer service has declined since Covid. If I need assistance again and this company is dispatched, I’ll be requesting a different provider.

The guy who came out to assist me was so professional and very helpful! He started my car and waited with me to make sure it would be ok. He is an asset to ur company

Fast and efficient, he was courteous and professional. Was done in less than 10 mins. Drove great and was able to make it to work and the repair shop with no issues. He even recommended ways to get my tire fixed.

My experience with the roadside assistance guy was amazing. They said it could take up to 60 minutes max and I feel like he was there in 10-20 minutes. It didn’t take the guy long to change my tire and get me back on the road.

I wish I could remember the name of the guy who changed my tire. Normally when you call Geico for a tire change it takes 1-3 hrs. This company got to me in 45 minutes! I was not expecting him so quickly! He showed up was kind and had my donut on the car in 10/12 minutes. Over all from the time I called to the time they showed up, and changed my tire, it was 1 hour! I was shocked and overjoyed that I could go along my day as planned.

Excellent and quick service for my flat tire. Tire went flat on interstate and I was greatly concerned because my Grandson was with on the side if the busy road. Roadside assistance responded and took care of the problem along with constant status reports. Great service!

Needed a jump right before Thanksgiving to get to store for last minute items as my battery in my Jeep had died. My insurance sent this company for the service. The light skinned guy that arrived (Carlos? Maybe was his name.. he was extremely lazy, looked high idk. He seemed like he was just over the day, he drove a silver Jeep grand Cherokee— very very unprofessional.)He put the jump box on and literally left it there for no less than a min. It didn’t start. I told it had been sitting for a while and it’s cold. He wasn’t trying to hear none of that! I knew it would start only if he had a bit of patience. He stayed at the call for 5 minutes, said it was something else wrong with the vehicle and to go get it checked out as it wasn’t the battery. I felt defeated, upset and quite irritated that we already knew it was the battery. I made another call to Geico, they sent someone else. Very pleasant provider, he left the box on for a few moments. It cranked up with no problem. Just got both batteries replaced and the car is running flawlessly. I say this to say, this guy is a reflection of your business and the way that he presents himself is not professional at all. For that reason, I wouldn’t let me insurance pair me with you all anymore. I believe you guys are great, but this guy was the first impression on this business which left a bad taste in my mouth

Lifesavers w/ fast, friendly, and quality service. I had a dead battery last month and slow leaking tire this month. Each time I scheduled service through Geico they showed up within an hour and provided the jump start and tire change in under 15 mins. I'm beyond satisfied

I just had service provided from this company through my State Farm Roadside assistance. The employee that they sent out was amazing. Toy communicated and showed up with a smile. Not often do you find nice employees for this type of job. She was quick and we were able to get back into our car within minutes!Thank you again Toy! :-)

I called for roadside assistance for a battery service today. I was assigned to Tony. Tony called en route. Described her car so that I knew what type of car to be on the lookout for, showed up in a timely manner, was courteous, and performed the battery service quickly. I would recommend this company for service, and would definitely use them again. Thanks Tony.

Hired through Allstate towing. This company was very unprofessional. They claim to show up to a location to be untrue. Basically, they lied, saying they were at my location & weren't. Allstate needs to be better about selecting their vendors because this one sucks. They only came after I mentioned exposing them to Allstate towing & the lies...

The guy that came to my roadside assistance... was lazy and looked High. Acted like he had a bad day took it out on me. Smart mouth and all.. I needed a jump he connected the jump box as soon as he connected it he said ok try to start it. Car didn't start . He said yeah its not gone start. Wasnt even connected 1 min.. And left me & my son right there and completed the unfinished order and left. What am I paying for roadside for!!!! I had to call back and wait another 1.5 hours for someone else to come. He stayed got my car jumped and made sure my son & I was good. Thanks to him. I wish I remembered lazy dude name. He was definitely out of line and very disrespectful.

Lightning fast response time and my tire was changed in less than fifteen minutes! I cannot thank you enough!!!
