I'm Shuntrelle and I came for rims for my Nissan 2024 unfortunately I wasn't able to find rims for my 2024 Nissan from another Nissan car, but from the help of Mason I was able to find a rim from a different car that was similar to mine. Thank you so much Mason for your great customer service.

Who knew you could get a whole car at Pull A Part?! I came across them when looking for an affordable 1st car for my teenager and found a 2nd car that was too good of a deal to leave on the lot. KJ and his team are great! The experience was a breeze and I look forward to working with them again.

I got to pull a part all the time for years now and today was the worst of all I got everything I needed and the girl that was at the front was real rude and nasty wort customer service ever the most important part that I needed I couldn’t get because she broke the item and wouldn’t let me get another one because she was ready to leave when we told her that it’s is one whole Assembly and was over charged for that one item I will always go back to pull apart but her customer service needs to be addressed please and thank you

I came in to return a transmission and only had a photo of the receipt on my phone. Brittany and Manuel took the time to research the purchase and printed a copy of the receipt so the return could be completed. They were very professional, helpful, and respectful throughout the entire process. Manuel also enrolled me in the VIP membership. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience.

Manuel and staff were always helpful. I have been to pull-a-part multiple times and never was offered to register. A-1 service every time.

The workers are more rude than the rest of the locations. Company's pricing is fair. The set up is manageable.

I traveled a lil bit to get to this one particular pull a part and the end result was good because not only did I get my car issues resolved. But due to fairness, Doug and his team stepped in to make some things right. Great customer service!

Look up price on THEIR WEBSITE, says $14.99. Get there. Charge $33.83 plus $2 entrance fee. EVERYONE in the lot complains about the pricing. And yes, the *exact* words were typed in both cases (Search & @the Service Counter). Told them, they basically didn't care and refused to adjust the price. So if you wanna pay almost full NEW price for used products you have to retrieve yourself. Go for it. With fast (sometimes free) shipping these days, this place is NOT worth it anymore. Go elsewhere. I won't be back.

Staff here very helpful as soon as we walked through the door Veronica was very friendly and kind on helping us look for parts. If she is still here will definitely come more often!!
