Pull-A-Part JunkYard in Conley (GA)

Went in to Conley pull a part and took off a heater n air conditioner fan,it had two marks on it and all the employees thought it was a return but I advised them that I'm purchasing it,paid for it and a starter,78$. Went to parking lot to install and it didn't work, returned it and they treated me as if I swapped it, saying that's not they mark. As a 25 year war veteran,why would I lie about ,28$, insulting,I left them with both items.will never do business there again. Hope you enjoy the 78$,it's not that important to me,my pride and integrity out weigh your slander and nonsense.never been a liar and not about to start now.larry little u,s,m,c,

My experience was great I always find exactly what I need Daisy the cashier was very nice too she smiles and she’s very professional.

I have been here twice over the years and each time I have left 100% satisfied with the service provided. Honest/fair pricing and quality work. They replaced my Toyota Camry’s windshield within 30 minutes. Everyone at this facility is friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

I frequent this place a lot , and they always have the inventory that they say they do however, today, I guess being that I rode my Bike 6 miles to get there. The universe decided that they would not have the two trucks. Did they said they had in the inventory

Today 11/22/23 I had an awesome junkyard experience was able to get what I needed as usual. The cars are rotated frequently. I come here a lot for my business. It was and always is a pleasure.

Every Saturday I come to this Boulevard and the line is ridiculously long. The Manager, Manny somehow manages to never come and assist the other employees who are literally slaving away. He’s Literally the biggest issue with this branch, hell this brand!

I have going to pull a part for years and I recently went back and a young lady named Veronica was very helpful and friendly.

I need a used wheel rim so called Pul a Part and they told your car is available at Conley location, drove an hour to get there. it shows online they have car make, model and year but it doesn’t shows car have which parts available. When U reached there, checked in self service PC where is car parked, then they took a Photo and electronically sign to go in yard, I asked some questions cos this was my first visit but customer service was poor, employees looks tired, and willing to answer happily, two employees one and a guy was pulling each other hair. which was weird at work place. Went in yard, there was not a clear numbering so you can find car row easily and no one was in yard to help where is row 212. When I found car Big surprise came, there was no tire or rim on that car. so have to drive back without having anything. Giving two stars, cos online(over the phone customer service is good, huge inventory of cars and each car have a sticker which shows make and year of car.

The most expensive junk yard. Be prepared to pay $300 for the front bumper. I don't recommend going there.

I have came here several times and honestly they usually never fail to have what you need. Just be prepared to have patience to look for what you need. Everything is labeled pretty good.

Dont even buy a battery in this place they dont work and you cant get no refound or your old battery back ,the personal trash no comunication

Love the tear yard. Pull a part is pull a part. Great concept and access parts at all locations. This location (South) as the unique exception of offering that plus horrible horrible customer service. Everyone is always so snarky with even them most minute question. The strong that broke the camel's back today is that I was told a golf cart rental with each $29.99 When it is clearly listed on the website is $5 for an hour. I told the customer representative this, And she matter of fact we said no, it's not. That's the old price. Yeah no, that's not how that works. It was the customer representative of shorter stature. Both physically, and on a level of maturity.

I had a Fantastic time here! It's been a while since I've been to a junk yard and this place was Awesome! I like the fact that they give you a printout to where your choice of cars are located so you don't spent all you time wondering around searching for a car like yours! They will even send you text messages to let you know when new inventory arrives! The staff was very friendly and helpful! They took time to explain the ins and outs and helped me to get signed up for their VIP club! I had a wonderful time on my 1st visit and I found exactly what I needed for my car!
