Came here with my uncle for the first time. We were both lost and didn’t know what to do or where to look. Mason was a very good staff member and helped when I needed the most. Am sure without his help I would have been lost and looking for hours for what I was looking for. if you need help , just ask him!

customer service doesn’t know what car parts are what they had to look up multiple car parts to see what they were even when i was telling them what the part was. it took them almost 30 minutes to check me out because they didn’t know the car parts
This is the place to go for used car parts!! Everyone was so helpful and had GREAT customer service. Veronica was my cashier and she was wonderful with such a beautiful smile and Southern hospitality
Good experience - bought a bumper and a fender from them, paid about $60 each. Reasonable prices, plenty of cars. Staff were very helpful. Brittany was super friendly and helped me greatly in finding what I needed
Came in looking for a specific vehicle and Veronica went through all the inventory in the system to help me out whats on the lot and what's interchangeable for my vehicle. She made feel extremely comfortable and was extremely helpful even pointed out all the sections so I wouldnt get loss . Most definitely coming back to this PULLAPART SOUTH !
Veronica was the best to work with she was very knowledgeable when it came to purchasing and returning my items. She was the sweetest young lady very help . Also junkyard was the best junkyard I ever been too it was nice and clean rows was number sections and all !

Horrible customer service. I really wish I had gotten the name of the young Hispanic girl working that day. It was my first time at this location, and I wasn’t sure how everything worked. Instead of offering help or guidance, she argued with me, constantly interrupted, and wouldn't even let me finish a sentence. She was rude, laughed at my questions, and kept responding with “what?” in a condescending tone every time I tried to ask something. The experience was incredibly frustrating and unwelcoming. I will not be returning to this location
I had a great experience at pull apart. It was kinda fun had so many cars omg!! The lady Kanita was so helpful very knowledgeable she did a great job. Will definitely be back

Went in pull apart south and I can honestly say I will be coming back in soon . For a junkyard everything was great from customer service to finding my car parts and getting rang out especially from Veronica she was great help great customer service rang me out quick and even sign me up for a vip membership

Brittany have excellent customer service and very helpful at pull a part. Brittany explain to me how to get my core charge back.. What really show me Brittany have wonderful customer service and pay attention to the customers. She saw me with a paper towel on my hand and she knew I cut myself and told me where to clean my hand and gave me a better paper towel to clean it with!!
Staff here very helpful as soon as we walked through the door Veronica was very friendly and kind on helping us look for parts. If she is still here will definitely come more often!!
I have been here twice over the years and each time I have left 100% satisfied with the service provided. Honest/fair pricing and quality work. They replaced my Toyota Camry’s windshield within 30 minutes. Everyone at this facility is friendly and professional. Highly recommended!
Every Saturday I come to this Boulevard and the line is ridiculously long. The Manager, Manny somehow manages to never come and assist the other employees who are literally slaving away. He’s Literally the biggest issue with this branch, hell this brand!
I need a used wheel rim so called Pul a Part and they told your car is available at Conley location, drove an hour to get there. it shows online they have car make, model and year but it doesn’t shows car have which parts available.
When U reached there, checked in self service PC where is car parked, then they took a Photo and electronically sign to go in yard, I asked some questions cos this was my first visit but customer service was poor, employees looks tired, and willing to answer happily, two employees one and a guy was pulling each other hair. which was weird at work place.
Went in yard, there was not a clear numbering so you can find car row easily and no one was in yard to help where is row 212. When I found car Big surprise came, there was no tire or rim on that car. so have to drive back without having anything.
Giving two stars, cos online(over the phone customer service is good, huge inventory of cars and each car have a sticker which shows make and year of car.
