Was happy they had what I was looking for. But to have a sale's person lie on you caues they made a mistake. I never refused a part that i was having a hard time finding. Waited for2 days for 2 parts. And only got one. Must do better to complete orders.
Called yesterday asked about a part said they had 5 on the shelf I said so i can i come just come pick it up today they said yes and today drove 45 miles to pick it up and they said they have it o. The shelf just not at this location i even left work early so I could make it before they closed and had everything arranged for the car to fixed because they said they had the part
Really rude people answering the phone. I was just looking for a harness. No need to be hateful.
