I had a really great experience with Gill’s Towing & Recovery. We broke down over an hour away in Alabama, and instead of just doing a standard tow, he came up with a creative solution to help us out since there weren’t enough seats in his truck.
He went out of his way to bring us our other vehicle and then towed the broken one back to our house. It made a stressful situation so much easier, and I was honestly really impressed with his willingness to go the extra mile. Especially considering how far away we were.
He showed up with a big smile, made sure we were taken care of, and handled everything smoothly from start to finish. On top of that, his rates are very reasonable. You really can’t beat them, especially in Chattooga County.
I’ve used him again since, and he’s been just as reliable. Great guy, great service. He’s the only one I’ll be calling for towing from here on out.
I wouldn't use any other tow service but Gills, the price is reasonable. He's not trying to get rich just trying to make a living. He also gave me good recommendations where to take my mustang saving me money and time!
Rodney is a God-send. So helpful & respectful. I pray he receives more and more abundance 10-fold for his eagerness to be a great help to others. He is the best.
My family and I were passing through Summerville back home to Alabama. Our car broke down on the side of the road in the pitch black of night. When AAA failed us, Rodney didn't hesitate to come help us. Not only did he tow our car to a safe and secure location, he parked between our car and oncoming traffic to make sure my kids were as safe as possible while we were stranded. He waited there until our family had driven from 2 hours away to pick us up. He then towed our vehicle 2 hours to Alabama to deliver it to our in-town mechanic. Such excellent service. I can't say how thankful and appreciative we are for Rodney's kindness, thoughtfulness, promptness, and his willingness to take on such a difficult job to make sure we were taken care of. I can't recommend Gill's Towing & Recovery enough!

Prompt and friendly service . Had a roadside emergency this morning and had issues getting a local towing service . I was in a completely different location and they still came out without hesitation at comparable prices to locals who wouldn’t even come out on a Sunday morning . If I ever need a tow again they will be who I call first for sure. Thanks again Rodney, much appreciated
