A sudden coastal storm rolled through near Truman Parkway and visibility dropped fast right before my tire completely gave out with a loud pop that nearly sent me into the next lane. Barely managed to get over safely with traffic spraying water everywhere nonstop. I technically had a spare in the trunk, but there was absolutely no chance I was changing it myself in that mess. Called On Point Towing and Roadside and they sent an emergency tow truck out quicker than I honestly expected with weather and traffic both being awful. Driver showed up calm like this kind of roadside disaster was just another regular shift for him. He helped move the car somewhere safer before handling everything else, which honestly made the whole situation feel way more manageable.

Was told multiple times they’d be here in 45 minutes but after 2.5 hours they still need 30 more min. I know it’s a holiday week and I understand they are busy but my issue is being quoted the wrong dispatch times multiple times - clearly in order to keep me from finding an alternative. The dispatcher was incredibly rude and hung up on me when I asked about a refund and speaking to a manager. They use a third party dispatch company that is clearly using offshore dispatchers who are trained to keep you on the hook. Borderline scammers… use someone else.

Benjamin is awesome. Our car got a flat tire on the way to Charleston and he took care of us. He was fast, efficient and very kind. We are thankful he was there to help. Highly recommend.
