I don’t leave reviews too often but I called to get a price on getting my truck towed for the next day. The guy responded very quickly that he couldn’t tow it today or tomorrow and hung up very quickly. Very rude and terrible business ethics. Would not give business to someone like that ever.
I called this company and they supposed to come and tow my truck and I wait for 30 I call them and never answer the phone 40 mins later finally sent me a txt that can’t make it I don’t recommend this company
Johnny was AWESOME. I usually despise tow companies but Johnny was awesome. We chatted until my finance company got things straightened out and my car was ready for pickup.
Towed my all wheel drive Santa Fe on two wheels with no dolly. Rear differential locking due to burnt out clutch. I was told they won't accept responsibility by the receptionist. Not acceptable.
Needed to set a time to come and get my personal belongings and called the three different numbers they had to offer. All sending me straight to voicemail and not responding to text. Very poor business and very unprofessional.
I appreciate the fast service that I received. The tow truck driver wasn't that talkative. He said it was a long ride. I guess he was a little tired. Overall I do appreciate the promptness.
Car needed to be towed this afternoon due to mechanical issues. Called my insurance at 2:30 to set up a tow truck. My insurance called out this company and the original ETA was 3:55. okay, fine. 3:55 comes and goes with no update. I call my insurance to ask whats up with the delay, they give the tow guy a call and he says he's stuck in traffic and will be to my car in 25 mins. Understandable. 25 minutes later NO SHOW OR UPDATE. My insurance tries to reach out to them multiple times and they IGNORED EVERY CALL. SUPER unreliable and a complete waist of my time having me sit around waiting quite literally all day for nothing. So disappointed in this company. Hopefully you don't have customers waiting hours if they're in a dangerous situation waiting for a tow.

The driver, apparently the owner or somehow self employed, was hired by my roadside assistance company. There was some mix-up in communication from the roadside people to the tow team, and when I was trying to tell him I wouldn't be with the vehicle he was rude and unhelpful, even downright mean to me. I tried calling him back to clear things up and he told me "ma'am I just want you to go get on with your night, I got things to do. I don't know what your problem is." And "I don't know why you're calling me. Why are you calling me?". Just awful. I don't know what he's dealing with but I hope he gets a break from it soon so he can be kinder to the next unlucky person who gets towed by him.
SRT came to my property to repo my son's car, their truck ripped down Comcast lines. I spoke with Johnny and he was extremely rude about it but said he would come take a look.
I gave it a few days and called him back, he did apologize about being so rude and said he would come out and look at the lines, it has been a few weeks and he is avoiding my calls.
Johnny I would appreciate you being a man of your word and calling me back.
Very pleased with the experience from JR Duke Recovery. I would highly recommend them to anyone for towing or asset recovery needs. The process was smooth, in a timely manner, and appreciated the complete customer service from their team.
