Got a radiator from them and the person they had pull the radiator damaged it so they tried to sell it to us anyway. We hadn't left the parking lot from picking up the radiator yet and took it back in when my husband noticed it was not only bent it was cracked. So he went to get a refund and they said the return would have to be in a specific return package even though we hadn't left the premises from picking it up. They said 3-5 days after they took my money immediately after paying for it that a refund would be posted. Looks like I have to go all the way to the store to figure out why they take my money but refused to give it back.

Came here for a motor last year with no problems. A couple delays on delivery but that wasn’t a problem. My husband and I came here yesterday for some hood hinges and was helped by Elizabeth (beautiful spirit by the way). Out of no where Nancy with the short ginger hair came to ask her something. Well Elizabeth must not have done something right and Nancy WENT OFF. Belittling her right infront of us, raising her voice, Even slammed our money that we gave to her in her hand on the counter. Just totally disorderly. I could not believe my eyes or what I was hearing. Elizabeth handled the situation so gracefully I really applaud her. You should never treat a co worker like that especially in front of customers. What we witnessed was just nasty and my heart dropped for her in that moment. Please teach your workers common decency and how to act in front of customers.

The only 5 star I give is to mis. ELIZABETH SYDOWPOLAN she is very helpful and kind but as far as the other employees when I called today to find out if my part was pulled and ready Dave Brown was vary rude, sarcastic, and I felt that very disrespectful he wouldn’t even tell me if my pars were pulled and hung up on me and MIs. Nance should learn how to talk to her coworkers because it’s ways to talk to people for her to yell at Mis. Elizabeth in the front of costumes shows she has no respect for her team and that is poor leadership so if I was to even think about coming back I would only want help from MIs. Elizabeth only if I was able to leave a five star for people MIs Elizabeth would get 5

NO STARS !!!! YES U HEARD ME! LET ME START BY SAYING CUSTOMERS REALLY RUN THE BUSINESS BC W/O US BUSINESS WILL BE CLOSED AND NO CHECKS WILL GENERATE FOR THE EMPLOYEES! OMG JUNE 20th I place an order for a motor spending about $2000 per transaction at place this order but the representative they need A place of business where they could deliver it but before that, I had to go inside the office and present ID/debit card. Wtbs The motor was supposed to be delivered the following Wednesday, but later was delayed and as I called that Wednesday, they told me the last scan for it to be received was in NC, I live in Sav, as of Wed it’s not here. Add the tracking down it never got scanned when it was received. So therefore, I am a delayed. FYI, I extended a rental car until that Sunday. At speaking with a representative Bridget, who initially took my order in payment. FWD it’s week 2, I now have to extend the rental car again due to me not receiving any motor. The truck tried to deliver it on one day, but I notified them that the shop does not open until 10 and I was told that their routes could start as early as 7 AM WITH THE GENIUSES DIDN’T THINK IT WAS FIT ENOUGH TO ALLOW DELIVERY AFTER THE TIME I GAVE THEM. Went into the office and spoke with the operator of the Savannah office, Chris and of course He was very nonchalant and nasty trying to determine things that do not concern him, After dealing with the attitude and nastiness and sassiness, of a what looks to be a 5,5 man im about 5,9 female. As the discussion took place, there was another taller gentleman standing by the door, and I asked him not to stand behind me. PERIOD! All last week after dealing with the local office, I reached out to the Atlanta office. Christine is the boss of Kriss. Well I guess she is too important to receive calls but at the end of the day she had him call me After I left a voicemail for her to call me. I WAS GONNA WRITE A REVIEW ANYWAY, BUT HER ACTIONS TOOK THE CAKE. This is a prime example of failed customer service. They called themselves refunding me $125 of $1969 ish , Hell, clearly, I’m not even worth 40%. And as I stated before, they are very nonchalant, as if they did not drop the ball multiple times, even trying to deliver it. BUT IF I CAN HELP IT I WILL NOT BE A CUSTOMER AGAIN!!!! I will get a rental and go pick that bihh up myself compared to what I experienced/ Entered if my time has no value. And extended cost that occurred. Motor delivered a APPROX 7/2…, Now I’m waiting for them to pick it up so that I can receive my core and let’s see how that goes!!! This stuff comes with warranty. I have been asking for paperwork and still have not received that either.

If I could give zero stars I would. This has been the worst service experience I have ever received. I call about having a vehicle towed away from my business. I was scheduled for a pick up of between 9-11, around 10:30 I called to confirm they would still be arriving in that time window. I was told yes the driver would be arriving soon. At 11:30 I called back because the driver still never arrived and was told that he would be arriving in 30-45 minutes max. After 45 minutes passed I called back again to see where the driver was and was told I would be receiving in email in 15 minutes for some reason? Finally the driver calls at 1:00 to say he is on the way when I asked about the time window he informed me that he is a third party company and it was just assigned to him and apologized. The driver was super polite and arrived at 2:00 so 3 hours after the end of the promised arrival window. Loaded the vehicle no problem at all. When I asked for the check he informed me I would have to wait for the vehicle to be processed at the local yard and I would have to go collect it in person. This is not at all what was discussed over the phone when scheduling the appointment. I was told that I would have to be present for the service, have the title, lien release paperwork and more paperwork or the vehicle would not be towed away. This was specifically mentioned on the phone and took about an hour worth of jumping through hoops to organize. In reality you need no identification at all to have a vehicle towed away by LKQ, I guess only if you actually want to be paid. Never had to sign a single document and was not provided a receipt. When I called and asked to speak to a supervisor I was basically told no until i demanded to speak with one. After speaking to the supervisor about how I would be compensated for this, I was told there was nothing he could do except talk to the customer service rep who took the initial call. So to recap I have waited 6 hours for 150.00 dollars which is well below the scrap value of the vehicle not to mention the additional time I will now have to take out of my day to go down to local yard to collect the check. Do yourself a favor and find anyone other than LKQ.

I've been to LKQ Savannah two times recently and the first time I went it was extremely busy and right around lunch time. I did not know what to expect upon arrival, so here's what you can expect if you visit LKQ Savannah on a busy day or around lunch time. They sell parts to the public and auto shops / garages and quite a few people (Even mechanics) go order or pick up their parts in person. You have the option of paying over the phone so that your parts are ready when you get there but you still may have to wait in line. On my first visit there were about seven or eight people waiting on parts and the guy in front of me told me he had been waiting for over an hour, luckily I didn't have to wait that long. I'm guessing it was because I got there after all of the counter sales people came back from lunch, so I only had to wait about 30 minutes. I prepaid for my parts so I just needed to get a refund for my core and pick up my parts. That day I was picking up an AC compressor for my 2011 ram and it cost me less than a third of what a new OEM compressor would cost. They gave me the details of the vehicle that it came off of before I purchased it so that I would know how old it was and how many miles it had on it. The compressor was in really good shape and was the exact same part number as the one that came with my truck. It also came with a 1-year warranty which was a huge surprise at that price. It took about 45 minutes from the time I walked in the door until the time I was leaving with my compressor which I thought was pretty good judging by how busy they were. The second time I went it was about 30 minutes before closing, which is 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and there were two people in front of me. This time I was there to pick up an alternator for my RAM and I had not prepaid and I was in and out with in 25 minutes and just like the first time, the salesman that I spoke to on the phone gave me all the details of the vehicle it came off of and he told me who I would need to see when I got there. That part didn't really matter because there was only one counter sales person but my point is they are very detail oriented, friendly, and they work really hard to get you in and out as quickly as they can. I can't say enough good things about this place. I'm from a generation that went to the salvage yard and pulled the parts ourselves. We would have to bring our own tools, search for the right vehicle in a maze of old cars that were missing most of their parts, remove the part we needed , sometimes while working in the mud if it had recently rained, and hope like hell that we had all the tools we needed with us, and then if it was an electrical or AC part we'd wonder if it was even a working part! So having the parts pulled and ready to go before I get there, and knowing how old and how many miles are on the parts, and some type of warranty is a huge plus in my book! The best part about all of that is the original parts that came with your vehicle were made much better and last a lot longer than the aftermarket replacement parts that you get from the parts stores, and if you go buy the original part from a part store or an online source and especially the dealership, you're going to pay way more than you would if you bought one that is used and probably only a couple of years old. The original alternator on my truck lasted 13 years. I replaced it with an identical one that is 3 years old and has about 42,000 mi on it, so it could last another 10 years. I'm pretty sure that aftermarket or remanufactured or rebuilt alternator will not last that long. I know my review is longer than any mechanically inclined person needs, but there's some people out there that just don't know these things and I wanted to make sure I provided as much information as I could for those people. LKQ Savannah is a great place to buy used auto parts and they have great employees and great management.

My mechanic purchased my engine from here and it has been problems and more problems.now he telling me the me the warranty isn't going to cover .my infiniti Q56 engine or replace my engine after spending 6300 and i haven't driving it since 11/23/2023 cause it been in the shop since 11/29/23 till 10/25/24 .Still have engine issues.We replace everything under the hood .I need some information.

This is the place if you need parts that aren't carried by your car dealer anymore, or where you can sell an auto to be parted out. My experience here was pleasant and accommodating. I needed to salvage a vehicle and LKQ sent a tow truck to collect it; the next day I took the title in to pick up my check. The employees were helpful and courteous.

I like the way they Threat you Plus the Prices are Awesome. I bought a Transmission of a Hyundai Sonata. For 250$ With 150k miles the transmission runs smooth. I recommend this Store 100%

I ordered a blower motor for my 04 Toyota Sequoia. It came in within 4 business days. They called me when it arrived to remind me, and it took another week and a half for me to break free from my busy schedule to stop by and pick it up. The part is very clean and works perfectly fine. Thank you, LKQ.

Ordered parts online and was advised the parts would fit. They did not. The returns were easy but it's difficult to get your refund in a timely manner.

Awful! Awful! Awful!!!!!!! First, they don't have a phone so you can't call and speak to anyone at the local office. Even if you go up there and ask for their number, they'll tell you they don't have one. The 800 number directs you to someone in a call center who only says go to their website. Second, you go to the website and it shows 4 cars compatible with yours. When you actually get to the yard, those cars are gone. If i didn't have a phone with customers calling all day, you better believe my website would be 100% up to date! Some people are not mobile and have to find a ride out there just to see the compatible cars are gone! Then on top of that, half of the staff wouldn't know the difference between an engine and transmission! Yall need to get it together!!!!

Horrible customer service at the location on Telfair Rd. I was told I would receive a phone call once the part was pulled- no phone call, gave them my money up front to pull the part and after speaking with a representative confirming it was okay for someone to pick the part up for me due to my car not running- 40min drive - Marcie gets a horrible attitude raising her voice and talking over me explaining that she told me it had to be me to get the part and the rep doesn’t know what she’s talking about. Very unprofessional. Any other time I’ve always had wonderful CS.

Casey is my hero! I drive for uber in Tallahassee and this was the only place that had the part I needed so I could drive this weekend. I went to the wrong location and had the wrong closing time. I called at 4:55 when I found this out and they closed at 5. Casey stayed 20 minutes late on a Friday to make sure I got my part so that I could make a living this weekend. I have never received better customer service from any parts dealer. She was so sweet and did it all with a smile on her face and refused to accept my tip. Incredible service rep, I cant help but imagine this company is honest and takes care of their employees.

Arrived at 5:05pm not realizing they were closed at 5. A woman was arguing or complaining to her Co workers when I arrived. When I asked if I could speak to someone about picking up the part I had ordered, the woman was so rude. Flipping her hand at me in dismissal and saying that the system was down. Not understanding what she meant I asked if the was another way to get the part that was already paid for than looking in the computer system. Again, so rude. ..telling me no, to get here before 5 next time. So wish I had not already paid these people.
