  Pretty quick process,a little inconvenience on original pickup date when they didn't let me know they wouldn't make it that day after I stayed around waiting,I had to call to find out they were rescheduling without anyone letting me know,I had to arrange to be home at a difficult time to meet the driver who was very thorough in his part.

He was kind, respectful and very patient with me considering, this was my first experience of doing business (selling a car)via phone and internet.   The process was smooth on CoParts end up until scheduling g. . My only complaint was the scheduling for pick up of vehicle. I was told 8-12. After making several calls I finally was able to get to the contract carrier. They arrived just before 3.

  The wrecker service was excellent the driver was professional he was polite and deserves all the credit for this rating. The purchasing portion was lacking in some areas. The money was below par the sceduling was screwed up cashing the check was a headache becuase their system was down nothing could get done. Get a new system.
