Communication was either redundant or non-existent:
* redundant: Before completing this transaction, three different people asked the same questions about title status, key availability, and vehicle condition.
* non-existent: On Monday, a pickup was scheduled for Tuesday, with the expectation that the tow truck driver would call in advance with a specific time. Tuesday came and went, but nobody called. On Wednesday, I reached out to find out what went wrong, and got the pickup rescheduled for the same day, again with the expectation that a tow truck driver would call in advance. That did not happen. Instead, the shop where my vehicle was located called me to say that a driver was there to pick up the car, and was trying to write a check _to the shop_ for it.
Joshua Nevore made the process quick and easy. He was very friendly and helped me when I ran into a snag. The offer was reasonable and everything went exactly how he said it would. Thank you!

Went through a lengthy information gathering phone call before being asked to sign my title.... Before receiving any money or even a finalized offer. This is absolutely not OK, it's also one of several con tricks used on our human bias of time investment.
Try Carmax first if you can.
I would recommend CashforCars. I was made a very reasonable offer. Two days later the tow driver showed up with a check just as they stated. Ms. Spandana of CashforCars was great to work with. She was very responsive and keen to ensure the little details were correct like a signed title, matching VIN numbers, etc, to ensure the process went smoothly. Also a big shout out to Tracey at Copart (parent company & salvage yard), the tow driver John, and also their dispatcher. These folks have been slammed due to all the recent hurricane damaged vehicles. And even though there’s a few different layers and moving parts in the process it all was pretty seamless and went exactly as Ms. Spandana said it would.

Enrique was a really fine representative of Cars for Cash. He was always responsive and friendly, and I know he wanted the best for me. My rating of 4 is because the company frequently sent automatic emails that weren’t appropriate. For example, I would be asked if I wanted to sell my car after I had already agreed to sell it. My situation was complicated because I lived three hundred miles from my car, which was parked at a dealership. But my car was eventually picked up and everything went through okay. I wish Enrique were running the company. I think he would improve things that needed tweaking.

The experience was smooth for the most part. Time spent waiting on hold after phone transfer may require some patience. The staff are friendly and polite. The offer is guaranteed if you portray your vehicle accurately. I would recommend this service and I'd consider using them again. Over all, very satisfied with the business experience.

Sri Ravi Karthik was wonderful and never gave up on me, that’s heart warming for a mother who lost a child and just didn’t want to let go of something that reminded me of him. I would highly recommend Sri Ravi Karthik as a representative of your company and as a national company I believe he would be a huge asset to keep this wonderful man, he represents your company as an entirety and he understood my situation and just stayed with me the whole time. The whole experience was stress free for me because of one man. Pretty quick process,a little inconvenience on original pickup date when they didn't let me know they wouldn't make it that day after I stayed around waiting,I had to call to find out they were rescheduling without anyone letting me know,I had to arrange to be home at a difficult time to meet the driver who was very thorough in his part.

Sold a vehicle to them. First they were supposed to come between 1-5 to pick it up showed up almost 9 pm. The. They gave me a check that was no good. Went to the bank and was told I would have to call them. Took hours to get it corrected. It is illegal to buy something g from an individual and then write them a bogus check. Probably wouldn’t do business with them again
John is a very nice guy. He came to pick up my vehicle and kept me in a good mood while doing it. Would've gave them 5 stars but they sent him at 7am in the morning. Woke me up but I guess the early bird catches the worm.
I'm in PA. My daughter had an accident in Savannah. The people from Cash For Cars were great. Process was smooth. Got Cash for my car and they towed it away for free. Big off my list.
The process was smooth on CoParts end up until scheduling g. . My only complaint was the scheduling for pick up of vehicle. I was told 8-12. After making several calls I finally was able to get to the contract carrier. They arrived just before 3.
Counter staff is efficient especially Mrs. Kim. Busy on the day of an auction and the day after. You MUST make an appointment. This is company-wide. Patience is required at times. Otherwise a great visit!
The process of getting a quote and selling my car was quick and easy. Erick was very helpful and I feel that the quote of price for my car was fair. The only issue that occurred was a lack of communication between cash for cars and the actually towing company. They had my phone number incorrect and while I called about 5 times to have it changed, it never was relayed to the tow company so it delayed pick up by a day and a half.
The wrecker service was excellent the driver was professional he was polite and deserves all the credit for this rating. The purchasing portion was lacking in some areas. The money was below par the sceduling was screwed up cashing the check was a headache becuase their system was down nothing could get done. Get a new system.
Worked with them to sell a car. Was offered 394 dollars for the car and scheduled a time to pick up my vehicle between 8-12 on Friday. Received a call on Friday at 4 pm from the tow truck as they clearly missed the window. Rescheduled for 8 am Monday. At 8 am Monday I call tow truck driver says he's an hour out. When he finally gets there I get a check for 349. I tell him he has the wrong amount he shows me what his paperwork says so I have to call copart. I call them apparently their paperwork say 349. I wouldn't do business with them again.
Worked with a Mr. Souza to have company buy my Can Am. Excellent communication, very fair price offered and really made the whole process very very easy.
