I called this compagny. I agreed with him on a price for his service. As I was texting him the information of pick up and drop off , I assumed he will get paid at the drop off like other towing services since he did not ask me for credit card info. Instead of explaining to me kindly that he get paid upfront he suddenly changed his mind and cancel my request and arguing with messages back and fourth . Luck of professionalism Rude Not Liable if you have an emergence Bad communicator Does not know anything about customer service nor and to treat his guest.
Mr. Camel Tow is awesome! We broke down in a 1949 dodge pickup that is dear to us. Called him up and he called back as soon as he could. As soon as he saw the truck he got exited and took his time to make sure it was loaded to perfection. 10/5 stars for me! Great pricing too!
The owner is very helpful, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I don’t feel like he was trying to beat me across the head and take my money. I would use his services 1,000 times again.
Very reliable, I have used Terrell for both towing and mechanical services. His work is impeccable. He is very professional and kind. He hasn't let e down yet. The first time he towed my vehicle he immediately was able to tell me what was wrong. I have used his services since. He's fixed my alternator, changed my oil, performed my tune up, changed my brakes, and replaced my A/C compressor. He's worked on my 2019 Jeep Compass and my boyfriend's 2008 BMW 328I. The work is outstanding. I recommend his auto and towing services to everyone I know! They're always pleased!

They came in less than 45 Minutes. He changed the tire out quickly. Made sure tire had proper amount of air. Very courteous and professional. Highly recommend this company.
As I type this, I am amazed how a company can be so unprofessional and make a comittment to assisting you and then "Ghost" you right afterwards. I asked for roadside assistance with my flat tire, he said he couldn't provide, but then he changed his mind understanding my situation. He said he would arrive here in 30 minutes. An hour and a half passed and no one in sight. I called to follow up on his status of arrival and straight to voicemail each and every time. I followed up to read the reviews and there was a previous "client" who has reviewed that the same thing has occured to them as well where the gentleman blocked the reviewer's phone number and denied them of assistance without any notice. A courtesy phone call of explaining a change of plans or a reason not being able to help after promising it, would have been understanding, But this is ridiculous. I'm apalled and truly do NOT recommend them for any future business.
Toby from Camel towing showed up, assessed the job and got it done in a timely manner! He was able to locate the battery in the vehicle, test it and replace it once his diagnostic test showed a week battery. Thanks for a great job!

I was stranded on the side of chatham parkway and the owner terrell garvin was able to come pick me up in 15 minutes and get me to the tire shop. Was very friendly and Had great prices. I saved their number in my phone and will always call them for any of my towing needs. I highly recommend!
