Attended a company banquet at Service Brewing company. Where I parked across the street along with some of my other coworkers. Only to find that quite a few of our vehicles have been towed at a fee of $228 for same day and $125 for each additional day. However the tow guy was doing what his bosses told him to do. Target that lot during event
These people are running an illegal racket towing cars from in front of the Hyatt in a legal street parking space. Wrecker attempted to tow my car and then extorted $175 from me under threat of charging me $288 at the tow yard. No towing sign posted and again, a legal city spot. I will be filing a complaint with the city and state. Absolute scam.
