This company tows vehicles to their home. Doesn’t follow signs posted in the neighborhood. Their sign also clearly states they take card or cashiers check and then refuses to take either and wants you to pay cash only. I’m not even sure their contract is legit to be towing because the names don’t add up.
Not my experience but I pick up some one and not happy with the service. Car in shop for 3wks and 2000 pay and still not fix .That why it important to do your research and take your time but it hard and money is short just do your job and do the service we pay for.I I pray they do right and or refund in order.
Something has been lost with them. I'm starting to think they only work on specialty, custom type cars. They have gotten very expensive over the years. Back in the day they used to remind me of a reasonable price Mom and Pop Shop. Sometimes their customer service is even a little Gruff.
Took my '97 Dodge Dakota truck here for a brake line that went out. They said that the work would be done in two days, six days later, it's still not done. I don't live here anymore and was visiting family when the brakes went so I had to spend an extra week waiting for them to finish what should have been a simple job. Called every day, trying to get information on what was happening. They used old and used parts but charged me for new ones, that didn't actually cost as much as they quoted on the receipt. They also tightened the lug nuts so tightly on one side that I cannot manually get them off. I've had to replace the work they did, not to mention repair things they broke, like the emergency brake. I also needed a new tire, which I've also had to replace since because it didn't hold air and the mechanic I took it to that replaced said that it was basically dust as he took it off the truck. They weren't honest about time line and prices. Please go ANYWHERE else if you need anything done in a timely manner with honest people because you won't find it here.
I can't recommend this place. I brought my truck here, they used old parts as replacement. When all was said and done, I just needed a couple of brake lines replaced. They did that, but my brakes went out while driving. They also overcharged me, and let an apprentice mechanic do whatever he wanted. (the same guy got caught joy riding customers vehicles)
On a sort of positive note, they replaced my catalytic converter (I didn't ask them to do that, and they didn't tell me they did that)
TL;DR
Go anywhere else, but here, including the bottom of the ocean. Or, suffer the consequences.
Do Not Bring Your Car Here. My friend brought her car here for a simple job and they kept it for a month, he didn’t even at least call her with any updates instead he gave her the run around when she called to inquire about it. She literally had to go up they and get her car after a month had passed.
I definitely adore Bubba and most of his staff but that doesn't mean I can guarantee a good outcome with your vehicle being serviced here. I submitted my jeep after an accident on June 29th of last year and I was not given my vehicle back until the middle of December. It was an absolute nightmare! The care and dedication were absent to say the absolute least!
Bubba took his time trying to figure out a leak in the hydraulic system for the soft top in my 2005 Mercedes CLK 500. I had another mechanic tell me I needed to replace an additional hydraulic lift after having just replaced one. For those of you that don’t know this is a very expensive thing to do. So I wanted to second opinion and I went to Daiss Service Center. He tightened up some areas on the hose but unless you put the top up and down often you won’t realize where the leaks are. Since this is a second car for me I let him keep it nine days so he could look at it thoroughly. He did so and we hope we got the problem fixed but due to the circumstances he didn’t even charge me since very little work was done. It was a great experience and I trust them explicitly. If it starts to leak again and I have trouble with the top I will be going back to Daiss.
The manager or owner was very rude. To be completely honest my experience at Raymond Daiss Service Center, 4307 Bull St was terrible. Service providers should operate in a fashion that displays customer service skills, or at least respect for the property of customers. However the front desk staff was very assertive and helpful and accepted my payment with no problem.
Terrible organization. Dropped a car off for and estimate, took two days, never got a call back. Spent a week calling every day for my estimate, never got a call back.
Raymond Daiss did a fantastic job repairing my Ford Fairlane door panel after it was dented, can't recommend these guys enough. They charged me a fair rate for the metalwork, it's not like these doors are just lying around as replacements.
What a waist, apparently nobody there can give you a price estimate after leaving your car there for hours, that guy Scotty is not an honest person so if go there and just so happened to not run into that old lady in front you MIGHT be fine, there is 2 guys in there that’s righteous and are very pleasant BUBBA and another guy but that Scotty dude is awful, stay away from him
This place charge a tie fee & $15 each day. The punch in the gut is the additional $60 to bring your car out of the garage. My friend went to get her car & had to wait over 2 hours for a driver to get it out. Bad service, Pray your car is never towed by this business.
Had a restoration job on a vintage car. The Owner Mr. Daiss was over 4K from his original quote, never informed us that he was going over budget. Told us the car would be ready in two months. He had it for SIX months. Got the car and the brakes wouldn't work, throttle was stuck and gears were stuck in drive. Was lied to throughout the process on time line, parts ordered, etc. Will NEVER go back to this place and advise others to steer clear!
Traveling from the North back to Florida and starter went out as I was checking out my hotel. AAA preferred for repairs..... I thought it was going to be a horrible day but Daiss got me up and running no time with minimal cost.... Thank you AAA & DAISS SERVICE CENTER!
I went to them on recommendation bc I thought my clutch had gone out and told them I might need a new one. They found it was only my clutch switch which they fixed for almost nothing. They could have easily told me it was my clutch and charged me hundreds. Honesty like that is hard to come by. I'll be going back.
The absolute worst customer service
Not only did they lie about their arrival time,
but they did not mention that they wanted me to sign
some fishy document when my car was being told.

Have had all my fleet vehicles and personal vehicles repaired serviced and customized for 25 years here.oil changes to engine changes detailing to rebuilding. they can do it all at a fair price too.Bubba.. an honest mechanic and good man overall. Great for any customizing of your car too.spoilers, lifts modifications etc. He has never not been able to do what I needed.small or big jobs.
