This is a terrible company. They damaged my car. And quoted one price and when I came to pick up the car it was a totally different price, way more.
Edit in response to the Samm’s. I called on Saturday to pick up the car, and was told it would be extra for the weekend. I asked how much to pick up on Monday, it was about the same. When I arrived on Monday the price was significantly more than the quoted price. Additionally, they damaged my dad’s car. The car was towed because my dad suffered cardiac arrest in his car, so I couldn’t get to the towing company while at the hospital on Saturday and Sunday. He died Sunday. This is a terrible company and should not be used by the City!! I wish I could give negative stars.
Was in the Savannah,Ga area May 20-22(2024), attending Jenkins High school graduation. During my party’s departure we experienced a blown tire on I-16 W, between exit 155 and 153. This agency was alerted by Allstate as the rescue recovery resource. This situation happened at 825 AM on May 22nd, and at 853 AM Allstate disseminated Sammi’s was our recovery source, additionally rescue could be expected between 1054 and 1124 AM, after waiting until this time had elapsed a call was again placed to Sammi’s, who projected a 30 minute eta. After thirty minutes two more calls were made that went straight to an answering machine or service. Based upon this and the unsafe area beside an extremely busy and dangerous thoroughfare for more than three- hours, a non insurance wrecker was called (Ever Ready Towing) and responded within an hour and got my party and the vehicle off the Interstate and to Mavis Tires Pooler Pkwy. Sammi’s conducted its self very unprofessional/uncaring, I would not recommend this agency.

They are very friendly, caring, respectful , I would recommend them to everyone. If anyone needs a tow truck company call these guy's here they are truly the very best
Guy who towed my vehicle was super rude didn't even give me the chance to ask how much it would be to tow my car home he just basically kept telling me to move out the way so he can hook up and go I had to find my vehicle through the Internet didn't even have a chance to get the address to the tow yard
Progressive contracted them to come out. I waited for an 1.5 THEN he called me to say he just read I'm in a parking garage. I asked are you outside? He said yes. I said no problem I'll roll down. He said ok. I rolled down out of the garage. Tried to call him text him. He wasn't outside obviously. I called the office. The lady said oh that was canceled long ago quite frankly. No apology. Progressive called me back right away. They won't ever use them again. This just ruined my whole day I had planned with my granddaughter
Stay away from this business at all costs! They purposely do not answer the phone day by day just so your vehicle can keep racking up storage fees! 0 stars!!
