Wow! Joseph and Neil were so much help. Our RV popped a tire on i95 day before thanksgiving and we called multiple people and not much help until we finally got in touch with Safeway towing and tires after 16 hours on the side of the road. Changing the tire was difficult due to multiple reasons and that’s why so many turned us down. They really gave it their all and tried everything they could to get us out and evidently they did! They really saved our family and got us back on the road after an hour of their help. We can’t thank you enough! I would recommend this roadside service 110%!!!!!
This company is great! Had a problem on the side of the interstate on a Friday night of a holiday weekend, of course. Called them and even though they did not have our tire size in stock, promptly came out and put our spare on and got us down the road in a timely and professional manner. I can’t say enough good things about the professionalism,quickness, and overall smooth transaction. I was driving from NC to FL when my tire valve was cut and air was coming from my tire. So here I am stuck at a gas station in a city in Georgia that I never knew existed, and more than 30 mins from Safeway towing. My situation was unique because it wasn’t a blown tire, they had to actually replace a part on my car. Not only was he able to help me at 3am, this company was extremely fast, very professional and safe. I can’t say enough good things about you guys. You all are true angels sent out helping people no matter what is wrong with your car. This company deserves to be nationally l owned and I wish nothing but success for you all. These are the best people to get you fixed up if you need roadside assistance!! I had a blowout on my fifth wheel RV and these guys were dispatched by Forest River to replace that tire. They got it done and I was about to be on my way when I noticed a tire on the opposite side had a bulge in it. I called these guys back and they went well above and beyond to find and replace the second tire for my family! This was like an impossible task to complete on a Sunday afternoon when everyone else was closed. Thank you to Tilson and your team( sorry if I misspelled your name)!! I would not have gotten back on the road the same day without you all!!
