This company and its employees are unprofessional and lack common sense. My vehicle was impounded by everready towing. I was driving my jeep at the time I had no doors or roof panels on my vehicle. I called them Sunday morning to pick my vehicle up and they informed I wouldn’t be able to pick my vehicle up until Tuesday because they were closed on the weekends and Monday was Memorial Day. I then told the employee my vehicle has no doors nor roof and if there lot was enclosed or in a garage because it would be heavy rain Sunday afternoon and Monday. He reassured me it would be. After the thunderstorm that Sunday evening I decided to drive by the property to make sure my vehicle was in a building and I noticed immediately it was in an open lot. I called at that moment and informed the same employee Brandon that I’m looking at my vehicle and it was in the open. And that I called earlier to let them know it needed to be inside and the forecast. He told me it was enclosed and he didn’t know what I meant. Wow……He then told me he would have someone come in the morning to release my vehicle. I come in the morning to pick up my jeep and it was filled w/ rain water from the night before and my personal belongings had water damage in the compartments as well. I called the police department and they stated the towing company is responsible for the damage. Also, that under the city contract the towing company agrees to allow a reasonable time to access towed vehicles 7 days a week for pick up. I called everready towing back and spoke to a rude lady. After I told them what the police department stated and the contract they agreed to. She stated they allowed me to pick my vehicle up on Monday instead of Tuesday and they didn’t charge me a storage fee for Sunday. I immediately stated you did charge for storage and she ignored me finished her statement then hung up. Im filing an insurance claim for water damage to my car and currently obtaining a lawyer for a civil case against everready towing. The owner never called me back as employees stated he would contact me. An employee took photos of my vehicle as well before I left the property. All the phone conversations were documented. Also, myself and the lieutenant of GSP is seeking termination of their contract w/ the city due to their noncompliance and breach of contract.
SN: Tow truck driver or office employee ate my food that was left in the rear of my car. Lol. SMH.
I had a flat and no spare Jose was very thoughtful to find a place near to purchase the tire and put in on. I felt at ease. I was vacationing with my family and he made the process smooth ant trauma free. 10 out of 10 will recommend. Thanks Jose for being a professional!

So thankful for the Everready Recovery and Towing company. After waiting 3 hours on a business locally in Brunswick they made the trip an hour and half to me, quickly got my car and to the location. It was late at night and I could not be more grateful for their services, kindliness, and swiftness. I wish the company were local in case it is ever needed again but I am definitely thankful tonight

And to the city of Savannah, get off your backside and complete the unfinished ditch on Broughton (that has been in the same condition for at least a year!!).
I had a very good experience with this company today. I called to schedule a tow for my motorcycle; the gentleman who answered the phone was efficient and booked me for first availability at a reasonable time (although the price was higher than I expected for a very short tow distance, but I needed it and am not complaining.)
My driver, JOEY, was terrific. He was 20 minutes early, very polite and professional, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, and called to let me know that he could come early if I so desired. He went so far as to put five retaining straps on my bike to ensure it was totally secure for the short drive to my home, helped me unload the bike and even pushed it up my driveway for me. Great guy!

I want to say that even though this was Father's Day and it took a while to get to me, the driver who came out was awesome. He was professional, he was personalable, and he showed me how to get a truck on and off the bed when it's stuck with a parking brake on. He's a consummate professional and I'd call him again in a heart beat! Thank you!!
They did not come, I got voicemail. Single woman stranded on SkidAWay Island. Thankfully I got help. I was completely fine with paying $150. So there was no kindness, it was bad business to not show up and not answer the phone is what happened.

Dealing with this company has been a nightmare. They are super rude. The person who answered the phone puts people on hold without even asking and without even saying hello...just hold and then music for over 5 minutes. While asking questions, I was interrupted and demanded information. RUDE! There has to be some sort of manners, especially for a business.
Thank you for thinking I am female and also, I do not work for Titlebucks, but thank you for assuming I do. It seems you may have some issues with them as well. Also, making excuses for poor customer service is just that...an excuse. Simply answering the phone by thanking your customer for calling and then asking them to hold please is basic courtesy. That is what was expected but not what was given.
Everready Recovery and Towing came through for us. Joey assisted us when we got two flat tires while on a mini vacation in Savannah, GA. Joey took our vehicle and us to the nearest Audi dealership and because it was so late even offered to drop us at the nearest Mc Donald's as we hadn't eaten. After a horrible accident my truck was towed to Eveready on Rogers st Savannah Ga. I was told to get my my stuff out of my car asap .. in pain I went there to get my stuff today Saturday because the website said it was open 24/7. Got there and the receptionist was standing inside smoking a cigarette and when she finally came to the desk, I said came to get stuff out of my car, she asked which car I told her. She walked away looked it up and came back and told me I couldn't drive it out, I said I just need to get my stuff out. she said with the worst attitude that she couldn't go back there because there will be Nnoone to answer the phone. She insisted that it was written on the wall but it CLEARLY WASN'T I told her it wasn't written there and she said, "well it should have " she had the very nasty attitude. I asked her how I was supposed to know I couldn't get my stuff today, she said. "You should have called, I would have gladly told you so. This receptionist clearly have no customer service training.
