I think the dispatcher under estimates the amount of time before the tow truck arrives. I assume this is NOT intentional, it took an hour to get towed but I was told it would be close to 30 minutes. So far it’s am still waiting but I hope the actual tow goes easy and quick . Ha!
Excellent service. Nobody was ever rude, they were very upfront about the price, and Eric treated my motorcycle better than I do. There wasn't a great spot to drop it off where it needed to go, but he even helped me push it around the corner to get it there. It made for a good ending to an awful day.
Stephen was absolutely amazing. He located my vehicle, loaded it up without the key and dropped to my location of choice all without me leaving work. I am so thankful for the help and professionalism. Will recommend to everyone.
I needed a tow, and was surprised to find Hook towing to be quick, efficient, and reasonably priced, compared to others in the area! I had Earnest as my deliverer/driver, and he called me each step of the way to keep me updated; and did the job in a fast yet professional manner. We were at a wedding and one of the musicians accidentally locked his keys in the car while he was setting up, and Hook was there before the event even started to help him get back into his car! They met me at the warehouse, able to load, and deliver to my location. The driver was extremely experienced and extremely good! I'm not sure any other driver could have or even would have come close to what he achieved!

My driver Matt was amazing. He was so quick to come help get me a tow. I called for a tow at like 6:55 pm And They told me a tow truck wouldn’t be there till about 8

Matt M was very informal and friendly while changing my tire on my Nissan. Even though his equipment was giving up on him, he didn’t give up on us.
