I came here to buy a battery after a recommendation from a coworker who has had multiple positive experiences with this business. I can confidently give the same recommendation! My battery was replaced before I could complete the transaction and get a receipt, at a better price than any of the local auto parts stores, with excellent, friendly service!

I drive truck for a living and I’ve been down here a couple times these people that unload the batteries are hard workers and really nice people

I stopped to purchase 4 new batteries for my OTR Semi Truck I called and spoke with Hunter over the phone told him my needs he said come on over we can get you fixed up, They have both Refirbished and New I got new they were very prompt and professional as well as the cost was very reasonable, I returned on Saturday to have new battery ends put on my power inverter cables again was treated like family and they have earned my business for future years to come I will be recommending all my Business associates to Battery Warehouse everyone I interacted with was top notch Thanks a million.....Robert Dale owner of Waylon & Willie's Outlaw Trucking LLC

Incredible customer service. First time Golf Cart Owners and we had some issues with our batteries. Our neighbor recommended us to try Battery Warehouse of Savannah. They did some troubleshooting for us over the course of a few days and were able to fix our problem without charge. You do not find that type of customer service everywhere and we were so appreciative since it could have cost us upwards of $1000+ so we will be lifelong customers! Truly incredible service and would highly recommend for the honest reliable support. You guys are the best, thank you!

10 Stars!!! These guys are awesome. I’ve been in golf cart business many years and Dave has been my guy for the last 10 give or take. There products are outstanding but their customer service blows me away, Dave and Hunter could teach hospitality classes to chick-fil-a the’re that good. If you buy any kind of battery from anywhere else it’s your fault.

Shortly but SURELY there will be no other battery supply companies other than Battery Warehouse. I wish I would have gotten the guy name who helped me... but when I say I was having a terrible day, was extremely tired, just got off and the dam battery dies🙄so I gave this place a call. The same guy who I spoke with otp was the same guy that was already ready to assist me once I arrived. I was shocked actually. He had my new battery hooked up in no time and I also got new batteries for my keypad. When I left out of there, honestly every thing as far as how my day had gone prior, didn't even matter. He was just that awesome!!!! Thanks so much

This was mine and my sons first time going to Battery Warehouse and they now have 2 customers FOR LIFE! Everyone was VERY friendly and helpful. The service was outstanding. I called prior to getting there to let them know I was about 30 minutes away knowing that they were closing in 20 minutes. The gentlemen who answered the phone informed me that he would wait for me to get there and would help me with getting the batteries I needed. Upon arriving, he had the six batteries I needed waiting by the loading dock door and then went on to help me with getting battery cables and even a flash light. At no time did he seem like he was in a hurry or rushed me out the door. To top it all off, this took place on a Saturday and before I left another customer arrived, now well after closing time, and the employee proceeded to help out this customer as I was leaving. Customer service is basically a thing of the past that only appears randomly, but this Battery Warehouse definitely has an employee that exemplifies customer service and it was greatly appreciated.

Walked in carrying the old battery from my bike. Dave (AKA 9Volt) recognized the battery type, offered 3 options and I had a new battery in under 10 minutes. Awesome and friendly service thanks 9Volt!

Okay, this place is fantastic! Not only do they have batteries that you would possibly need, but their warranties and their deals are also very hard to compete with. I would suggest anyone needing a battery to check this place out. Their customer service is fast, friendly, and they are very knowledgeable.

Was recommended by another truck driver. This is one of those hidden gems of 5 star customer service you hardly ever see. Manager himself came out. He diagnosed my problem, changed two batteries out, cleaned all my connections to perfection, and changed a corroded cable. He even put off a delivery for a few minutes to get me back on the road. No upselling but recommended “factory 2” batteries (used) for more balanced charging! Was in and out in an hour. Will never use anyone else!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have purchased a battery for my husbands truck, watch batteries, AA & AAA, and even a battery for our gate key that we need to get into our community. Myself and my family have received excellent service everytime. Would highly reccomend them for all your battery needs😉

Awful work area the general manager Dave brings his problems to work and talks to whoever however he feels. I wouldn’t recommend buying batteries either they dont like owning up to warranties. When all said and done I recommend Interstate Batteries great quality never turn down a warranty and most of all proffesional and courteous.

Very knowledgeable about there products. Absolutely the best pricing I have found anywhere in the Savannah and Low Country area by far! If they dont carry what you need they can order it. Will not buy a battery from anyone else period.
