I’m new at being a o/o so when my truck broke down I called my old boss and asked him should I call sapps he was like yes lord 😂😂 So I called the receptionist was very nice and polite. She got right on the job and had someone dispatched out to me! The driver that came his name was Scott. He was very friendly, very very professional, and very knowledgeable about his job !!!!! So with that being said, sapps, have a customer for life, I wouldn’t use anyone else to tow my precious cargo!!

Had another trucker decide to cut me off in bumper to bumper traffic then he slammed on his brakes in a rain storm. I had to put it on the side of the rd and it slid into a swampy ditch. We called SAPPS Guardian who sent Shelly and bc I was loaded & leaning more then expected he called a 2nd wrecker Turner. They got to me in an hr and immediately got to work. I was out of the ditch & back rolling in no time. Awesome service no damage to my truck, they were super professional & friendly. Would recommend them in a second to anyone in need of a wrecker. Thank you again Shelly & Turner for turning what was a bad situation into just a minor inconvenience.

I was assisted by Pat. He was super nice and helpful. Very courteous and professional. Made sure my jeep arrived in good condition. Only problem was that I ended up with a chip in my wind shield which cracked almost instantly. I understand the policy they have with glass while being towed, but it still sucks.

Recently I had to have my handicapped van moved on a flatbed truck to a repair shop. I called the repair shop and asked them who they used, I called and they did not have a flat bed. Told me to call Sapps Wrecker Service. The ladies were courteous and provided me with all the information I needed to let them proceed to carry out the job. The gentleman that came to get my vehicle was an expert and knew exactly what he was doing. I was very pleased with their service and their staff. Good afternoon & sorry for the late review. Last Sunday needed to be towed Sapp's was there for me. Shelley arrived as soon as he could. The hook, drive & drop was all very professional. We also had a wonderful conversation during the ride. I want to say thank you to Shelley for your hard work and dedication to your job.

Came out last minute to see if we could get our car started after it stalled a week after it being worked on by someone else. James was quick changing out the alternator, knew what he was doing and was able to pin point that the prior work done, was done incorrectly. Much appreciated!

Many thanks to all of the Sapp Wrecking Staff that came to our rescue following an accident that rendered our Class A RV inoperable. They helped us get our RV to the Frame Shop and then home to South Carolina. We talked to both weekend and weekday office staff. Both were kind, courteous and patient. They made a difficult event bearable. We really appreciated their price compared to getting our RV towed a short distance in my hometown. I highly recommend this towing company! Unlike some other towing companies in that area, they kept all of their promises to SHOW UP, tow our RV, and charge us the amount agreed upon. Thanks again.

Would not recommend anyone else. As soon as Jordan walked up he was very professional and knowledgeable on my RV. Was able to help me get my RV moved 500 yards to the repair shop and disconnect my trailer and lined up for a bay. 5 Stars is not high enough. Great working with Jordan.

The transmission went out in my kenworth leaving me on the side of i95 in South Carolina fully loaded. Called up Kenworth in Savannah and they recommended Sapp’s was a good company to get me to them. The dispatcher was very nice and easy to deal with and Scott was excellent and on top of the job. Made the 50 mile trip back efficient and pretty enjoyable and even has me contemplating a career change. Thank you Scott and the team at Sapp’s you guys are awesome!

My car got towed Saturday, I came to pick it up Thursday. When I picked it up on the way home I notice a couple things don’t work , one thing that doesn’t work is life threatening, my god brother couldn’t even push brakes he had to run off road. If I get towed again Wether it be by the police or something just happens I’m gone make sure it doesn’t come here, because I don’t understand how you tow a car that working perfectly fine for the person to come back to there car all broken up. Anything could have had happen to us if he didn’t think fast we could have been dead or paying out money to somebody else .

The dispatcher was professional and helpful. The driver was super! I had to ride with him to the dealership. He then dropped me off at the airport for a car since it was close. Ray Lopez was awesome!!

We just had our motorcoach towed. The tow truck driver was friendly and very accommodating. Ours was a bit complicated to tow, so he kept us up on what they were doing and the amount of time it would take him. He still had it towed in a fraction of the amount of time than another tow company we used previously and it was less expensive. If we ever need tow service again in this area, we know who to call!

Stay away from this place, called at 10 am for a service emergency and they told me 2 hrs wait, called 2 hrs and half later and the told me one hour more, called again at 4pm and they told me their are working in another emergency, end of the history 6pm and I still have not received the service. Excellent customers service. Friendly and easy to work with. Great at communicating. Dealt with Mr Mike Peterson. He was very nice and professional.

Was in a big pinch got my box truck stuck in the mud of a customers yard. They had a truck my way in about 30 minutes. Very efficient and professional. Only number I’ll call if I need truck towing in the future.

4th wrecker we called, only one to have a driver working at 6pm on a Tuesday, seems like a basic requirement of running a tow company. Driver was professional and knowledgeable. Would recommend.

Broke down near the scales on I-16 on a Saturday evening. The driver on call got to me in about 15 minutes. Luckily I was close to his house. The driver was a nice guy. Can’t remember his name.

MONDAY MORNING I WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT TO THE DMV AND SECRETARY OF STATE!!!!!!!!!!!Thursday afternoon After being arrested with no bond for traffic violations . sapp decided to refuse to allow my family to pick my car up to run up chargers. Friday sapp told my family that it would be around $200 after my Friday night release Saturday morning I went to pick up my car and they all of a sudden added a bunch of fees totaling up to $435.75! My car was in there possession from 2/29/24 4:40pm -3/2/24 10:24 am !

I really liked the tow truck driver .. him n I really hit it off.. as we're both ex military. I was broke down north of the state line.. The office person sent the tow truck driver south of the state line lol. It happens.. Possibly send a link to the distress person's phone.. that shows exact location.. so its 4 stars ..this time.
