Sapp's Wrecker Service made my 350 mile motorhome tow easy. I was traveling to Tennessee from Tampa in my 37' Itasca SunCruiser, when my Triton V-10 engine with 46,000 miles, threw a rod, outside Savannah Georgia. I was able to drive it to a trucking shop. It was there for 3 weeks trying to get it repaired through the Good Sam warranty. I finally gave in and had to bring it back home to Gator Ford, A RV service engine repair center. I simply called Good Sam Roadside service they had Sapps pick it up. They removed the drive shaft, secured the rig and towed it to Tampa, all the same day. Today we will continue the Warranty Work with Good Sam at Gator Ford. I would highly recommend Sapp's Wrecker Service for long RV hauls. Form the initial Contact with the office, they made this logistic nightmare easy. They are the best and the drivers are always aware of safety protocols and are mindful of keeping your RV Clean . My car was in an accident and was towed away by sapps. I payed over 500$ for my tow fees and upon receiving my car they ONLY gave me the outer shell of my key fob. Inside of ALL key fobs there is a microchip that allows the key to communicate to the cars ignition system to allow it to start. SO I’m now out of a car and $500+ due one of the drivers negligence . I can’t even sell my car for parts because I can’t start it. I would not ever recommend sapps. EVER.

Fast, friendly, courteous, and clean! Not terms associated with most wrecker services, but certainly with this one. Sapp’s was quick to respond to my call and delivered my vehicle to the service station ahead of their communicated timing. Great communications and very easy pay options with lower fees than most others. I’ve used Sapp’s in the past and will continue to make them my first call when the need occurs.

I give this company 5 big Stars!! I forgot the drivers’s name that they sent out 1/17/25 (he’s an owner of a Harley softail) This driver was VERY Professional to say the least, he went above and beyond to try to save me as much as he could. He personally went inside truck stop and introduced me to the manager, come to find out the manager was from my area. Long story longer lol he asked the manager could I drop my trailer so that the tow would be cheaper, it does not stop there he stopped a few miles down the rd to ensure my truck was properly secured. Once we arrived to dealer considering the time he offered to take my truck to another location nearby free of charge bc he was almost certain that Freightliner wouldn’t get me in for repair until next business day, which was on mon. He walked into shop’s office and introduced me to the service manager, considering the time he asked them if they couldnt repair truck before closing would it be a problem for me to park outside their gate until next business day. We went back outside he hook my hand and wished me luck. This driver is a TREMENDOUS ASSET to this company, I hope they are doing right by him. I recommend this company over ANY in the Savannah area!! P.S I hope I run into you are a future bike rally…look for “Chrome Clutch Cruisers R.C”

Being broke down is never a good experience but the Sapp’s driver was professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. He made a bad experience seem not so bad. Chip was great.

I’m new at being a o/o so when my truck broke down I called my old boss and asked him should I call sapps he was like yes lord 😂😂 So I called the receptionist was very nice and polite. She got right on the job and had someone dispatched out to me! The driver that came his name was Scott. He was very friendly, very very professional, and very knowledgeable about his job !!!!! So with that being said, sapps, have a customer for life, I wouldn’t use anyone else to tow my precious cargo!!

Had a tire blow out on a big Silverado 5500 box truck on the Highway at 6:30pm. They were there within the hour that I called and had it towed to my local shop by 8:00 that same evening. Very helpful and the woman that organized it all was awesome too!! Highly recommend!!

Had another trucker decide to cut me off in bumper to bumper traffic then he slammed on his brakes in a rain storm. I had to put it on the side of the rd and it slid into a swampy ditch. We called SAPPS Guardian who sent Shelly and bc I was loaded & leaning more then expected he called a 2nd wrecker Turner. They got to me in an hr and immediately got to work. I was out of the ditch & back rolling in no time. Awesome service no damage to my truck, they were super professional & friendly. Would recommend them in a second to anyone in need of a wrecker. Thank you again Shelly & Turner for turning what was a bad situation into just a minor inconvenience.

I had recently purchased a 38ft RV BUS that needed minor engine repair...we chose to have this Bahemath towed from the Seller's home to ours B4 doing the necessary repairs to make it road worthy at a later date.....it was parked in a very difficult position in the Man's Yard...Sapp's worked with me and we was finally able to maneuver this Puppy to retrieve it safely & efficiently to my Home without any damage to our New Addition...And at an Affordable Price as well...Other Tow Companies we had gotten quotes from was Ridiculously Over Priced and Disappointing!! I was SO Stressed Out about this whole situation until the Professional & Helpful Staff at Sapp's took all my Anxieties Away & Helped me accomplish this Monumental Task I had in front of Me!! Driver was super great (5 Stars). The equipment seemed well maintained (5 Stars). I thought the cost of towing, 6 miles was very expensive (0 Stars)

I got in an accident on Highway 80 near Pooler, and the guy that towed my vehicle was nice enough to tow my vehicle all the way to statesboro! He was even able to tow my vintage mustang with no wheel without so much as a scratch, I highly recommend these guys!

I was assisted by Pat. He was super nice and helpful. Very courteous and professional. Made sure my jeep arrived in good condition. Only problem was that I ended up with a chip in my wind shield which cracked almost instantly. I understand the policy they have with glass while being towed, but it still sucks.

The customer service was great and very helpful, through the process,the tow truck driver was very good with towing my vehicle, just hope it was sent to Dixie motors and Parked like I asked. But all was well what I have seen.

I really liked the tow truck driver .. him n I really hit it off.. as we're both ex military. I was broke down north of the state line.. The office person sent the tow truck driver south of the state line lol. It happens.. Possibly send a link to the distress person's phone.. that shows exact location.. so its 4 stars ..this time.
