Nice clean campgrounds. Small adequate bathroom facilities. The original site of the Charlton County courthouse. A boat ramp down the hill with plenty of parking.

Just spent the weekend here and it was perfect. Quiet and relaxing. The camp hosts were very friendly and easy to work with.

Very small campground with sites for everyone. Washroom facilities are below average but functional. I camped in the tent no service area with my truck camper under beautiful mature trees

Had to update my review from years ago. It was great relaxing and fun. The hosts were wonderful. I really liked the little garden area it was nice and connected to nature. One thing and the only thing I would like is if the RV spots had picnic tables. If you plan to come bring an outdoor table . Thank you so so much to the host. Will be returning for sure.

More then just a getaway, this hidden gem ranks among the top. The beautiful moss trees, the staff make this place (Tammy& Adam) a home away from home. Highly recommend this place. Very clean, family oriented and plenty of natural beauty!

I have always loved the St. Mary's river and combine it with some classic cars WOW ! Great time at the Car-B-Que

We found this by accident when we detoured our direction south instead of west. Tammy answered the phone, very nice and polite. Yes, they had availability...... great campground, nice, clean and quiet. FHU, 30 - 50 amps. Also tent sitesand dry camping. Just a little more than 100 yards from the St. Mary's river. Small sandy beach and boat ramp. ..... we will be back.

They are Harvest Hosts and very good ones at that! Bath house, laundry, and even hookups! Wow. We just Boone docked, so we didn't use the hookups. But they looked like they would be in good working order. Anyway, I really appreciated doing a single load of laundry. Don't be concerned with the smell of the water. It didn't linger on the clothes after drying. And I'd remise if I don't mention the gorgeous horses. Serene and peaceful place to get a good night's sleep.

Enjoyed our short stay at Trader Hill. The host are very knowledgeable about the history of the area which they shared with us. They also gave some advice on what to visit during our stay. Spacious campsites near the river. Definitely will be coming back.

Plenty of space to setup tents or rv/campers with or without sewer/electric service. Pet friendly. Nice and quiet and a boat ramp with a swimming area in the river at the bottom of hill. Great place to camp

An absolutely beautiful spot for camping, under lovely old Live Oak trees. The staff is very helpful, restrooms are always clean and stocked, area is well lit. I love camping here.

We enjoy coming here from time to time. We put our boat in here when it's hot. Newcomers: It will flood here so if the river is up a lot you may not be able to launch from here. It may be closed altogether for safety reasons. Nice place to camp. They have full hook up or tent camping. Has a beach area to take the kids

Very nice campground. Was here during off-season...very quiet. Hosts were very nice. Boat ramp nearby.

Beautiful and very nice and very clean. Quiet place to take your family on a summer away stay from home at a price that you can't beat.

This place is magical. Plenty of shade and peace. Safe. And the Camp hosts could not be more nice even a little general store ice ... Ice cream medicine food snacks and bait .... Bathrooms and shower clean ... If you ever want to find a place to get married take family pictures fish camp this is it .. cannot beat the price with 2 sticks

Quiet campground even when full compared to a lot of others. Beautiful trees with concrete picnic tables, fire pits in primitive sites. Rv hookups. Private community bathrooms with showers. Pavilion with fireplace and stage. Plenty of trails along the river and Traders Hill Cemetery close by . Alot of history in this area. If your into being loud , drinking or drugs this is NOT the place for you. This is a quiet, peaceful place great for picnics, day on the river, hikes etc.

.camphost Kathy and Adam were fantastic...So convenient to have a store with ICE CREAM!!! .they even had snow cones... Bathrooms were clean...Sites were spacious under beautiful oaks with full hookups..Short stroll to the river with a boat ramp.trails to take to watch a stunning sunset...So peacefull and quiet...

Great little county campground with full hookups and super friendly staff! No thrills, just spacious campsites in peaceful park near river. Good size and mostly leveled campsites for great price! This is not for glampers that need fancy accommodations and 5 star restaurants nearby! We'll definitely be back again.

We loved it. It is a wonderful place to stay we have kids and they enjoyed it too.

Absolutely amazing ! Beautiful for walks , jogs , runs and hikes. Beautiful water. Full camper hook up. Tent and Camper/RV friendly. You're charged for the nights you stay and not for how many people you have like other camp grounds I've been to. Great family and celebration place. It is a steep walk to the water , I recommend a gold cart of bike if you want it to be easier or have issues with your legs.

Excellent price for full hookups! Very quiet there! Be patient because it is southern hospitality (not like the big city), but great people. Not a far drive from other things.

Great place. The hosts were lovely people, I can't say enough about. 10 dollars for me to tent camp. Will use this camp again when passing through.

Beautiful place , lots of shade Outdoor pavilion for shelter. Campground and River front. Swimming and great boat launch Fine for families and friends.
