Horrible customer service. I got my alternator checked & got an attitude when I wanted a CLEAR explanation of the results. Glad there are other places to go.
Just want to say how thankful my husband and I are for Clay and Rhonda that work in this location. My husband and I were on the way to Orlando and noticed our headlight was out. It was 20 mins before closing when we pulled in, and they went above and beyond to help us get the light changed and even stayed 10 mins after closing! We are so thankful there is still good people in those world. Thank you Clay and Rhonda!!!
Johnny was very professional and installed our wiper blades before the rain ....the world needs more people like him....I highly recommend this parts store
Awesome team, I was greeted by one of the ladies at the counter and the gentleman I spoke with was very knowledgeable and kind, his name is Scott and I believe he is the Assistant Manager at the Folkston Location. I got a great deal and I'll surely do business there again for many years to come.
I asked for what I needed, guided right to it. I asked for washer fluid, the got it for me, and put it in. They saw I had some corrosion on one of my battery terminals, I scraped with my key, he went and got some spray cleaner. I'm sorry I didn't get his name, (sorry, sir) he was the older gentleman in the store. Hey, boys, he had a livelier step than y'all did!! Anyway, thanks, sir!!
I like this place. The manager, Jeremy, is a Kool Kat and always helpful. Then there is "Earl The Pearl" working the counter. He's always helpful. So are the other employees, but I can only keep so many names straight. Good place. Helpful staff. Good products.

My first time in Folkston GA turned into a great experience from what couldn’t been a nightmare. I was on my motorcycle and at the gas station in town and it suddenly died. Well the battery was done! I called around to everyone and O’Reilly’s was the only business who answered. Not realizing it was an Auto parts store, as I’m new to GA, a gentlemen, drove from the store to me to assist. When we couldn’t jump it he volunteered to push it back to the store which was a bit of a hike pushing an electra glide down the road. This gentlemen went ABOVE and BEYOND, sold me a battery and actually installed it for me. THANK YOU THANK YOU for all you did. I’ll never forget this experience and it wasn’t even your job to do what you did. Amazing customer service O’Reilly. Thank you again
All of what I purchased was not given to me before I left the store. Called and found out what I was missing was still sitting on the counter. Had to drive all the way back to pick up the item and was refused a discount for the inconvenience. Store clerk said it was my fault the item was left behind.

Great place for auto parts and accessories. Management please take note. NO ONE like to be pounced on the second they walk through the door. Say hello, and tell me that if there is anything I need help finding just let you know. I WILL let you know, I promise. But for the love of God, don't hound me and insist on taking me to every last thing I am looking for. It's very annoying and kills any impulse sale I may have made by just walking around with money burning a hole in my pocket. Don't over serve by hovering over my every step. If I need you, I'll come get you.
These people never refunded me my core charge and they are as unhelpful as can be! Save yourself the trouble and go to Advance! This oreilly store is full of conniving little liars.
