They do a great job! I have taken several vehicles to have work done on them over the years and have had no issues. Would highly recommend using them.

Man!! I've got to say I've never been happier with anybody than I have with these guys! I was introduced to them by my meemaw as she had some work done previously that she was beyond words about so I bought a car from one of their auctions and I've literally only put a battery in it and had it checked out and it's been better than any car I've ever bought from a used dealer ever!! Highly recommend W&R!

On 8/4/2023 I visited W&R for a repair on a 1990 Chevrolet C1500. The repair consisted of a door bushing replacement on the driver side. I was charged $32 per door bushings (x2), $167.46 for a door lock (i did not ask for the lock to be replaced), door handle for $29.54 as well as $50 an hour for 5.2 hours. The total repair cost me $507.32. After the repair I continued driving the truck for about 2 weeks and the bushings failed me. (The door bushings that are sold at any automotive store are made of brittle metal.) Austen notified me about the normality of Chevy door bushings failing from time to time. I'm no automotive mechanic but after a simple Google search I came across door bushings that are made of tool steel. (This type of metal makes up the majority of all heavy duty repair equipment. Bucking Bars, Rivet Sets, Wrenches and Ratchets etc). I find it hard to believe that if a reoccurring problem continues to show up at any automotive repair shop, the mechanics would brainstorm (Or GOOGLE) other quality parts that would hold up longer instead of continuing using products that are famous for failing. What I'm getting at is if the quality of the door bushings is obviously not up to par; then why continue using them? EnduraPin offers a lineup of tool steel door bushings (Google < Tool Steel Door Bushings< Make and Model

Dishonest and very unprofessional team here. I had a vehicle stolen from me in Houston county and ended up being wrecked in Macon county. The worst part of that day was my vehicle being brought to this circus. Well for starters they assumed I had full coverage and told me on the phone if I would bring my insurance card I could gather my belongings out of the vehicle. Mind you I still had the temporary tag so I understand them wanting to validate. Well I arrive and right off the rip I can sense the stand off-ish vibes. Remember this occurrence was not my fault or action. As soon as they realize I have liability insurance “oh no no you can’t touch the vehicle” is the tune they sing now. So ok I still wanted to see what tools I may still have in my 20 year old work vehicle with liability insurance. So we walk to the back and see it. It’s wrapped in crash wrap still and looking thru I can see my socket set as well as a red Milwaukee bag. I thought ok great it’s not a complete loss. So I talk further with the guy about the bill and what I could do about getting my stuff. Once again remember I did not wreck the vehicle or have any involvement with this wreck, the car was stolen. Now it’s going to be 1500 bucks just so I can get my tools I need for work. So I’m like ok is there anything else I can work with you on and he comes up with an agreement (not me) that so he doesn’t get STUCK with the car sitting around forever waiting on paperwork he asks if I could just bring him the title since it’s totaled and he can scrap it or whatever. I say sure but the title hasn’t made it back to me in my name I’m waiting on it to come in mail but I do have the title that was signed by my cousin the seller and that I could easily verify everything by contacting my cousin. This is why it had temporary tags still. So I go and I get title and due to work schedule (missing days to complete job) I send my father to go and give him the title and collect my things. Well now the car is no longer wrapped in the crash wrap and it’s just shy of being vacuumed out . Everything gone, expensive stereo and speakers, iPhone, tools and a few specialty tools at that. Now I can’t get ahold of the thieves there to explain to me why the car was even opened. My father not realizing the severity of the ordeal gave them the title so now they get all of my belongings as well as an easy ordeal to get rid of the evidence of their crooked dealings. Thanks a lot thieves at W and R My vehicle was stolen, wrecked and y’all steal what few belongings I had left. Do you realize how hard it is to work with no tools? Hopefully you will soon there will be an investigation into this. That vehicle was not to be touched by law. Ga. Code § 40-11-19

I brought my car in to get my front bumper replaced. They told me 1 week that turned into a month and cost me $5k of missed work and 3k in repairs. I work on the road so when I got my car I paid it and headed out on the road. I immediately noticed they put on the wrong front splitter and my front bumper was crooked but i needed to work. I stopped to get an oil change, and there was eye glasses and tape under my hood. I ignored it then when I washed and started to wax my car I noticed my front bumper was barely hanging on and my rear bumper was the same way. I called and told them and they were very nice and told me to bring it back and they would fix it. So I work on the road and couldn't get back but hit a piece of tire a couple weeks ago and tore my under carriage and wheel wells off. So I had no choice but to fix it. So I brought it back to them and asked for them to fix what wasn't done properly the first time. They said ok. I called they said it was ready they are washing it now. I show up and wait for almost a hour and they brought my car to me dirty and they didn't fix the rear bumper but I was like whatever I have to work and left. When I turned into my place I heard my car making a rubbing noise. I parked and looked and noticed they didn't install the wheel wells correctly or put in all the push pins on both sides so I had to do it myself. I can understand a little but of mistakes but not installing one thing correctly or even taking the time to check your work before giving it to a costumer is unacceptable I'll never be back.

The city police had my truck impounded and W&R took advantage of me and my situation. Charged me 325.00 to get my truck after the the police had put a hold on it. I had to pay for the days that it was on hold! I need a body shop, but it won't be this one!!!

I stuck my car on a very muddy dirt road in Macon County. AAA said they only came if it was within 50' of pavement (seriously in south Georgia), they recommended a recovery service located in Perry. I had used W&R several years ago when I locked my keys in my car, so I called them. Mr. Wall and his wife brought his Jeep with a winch and pulled me out! I was so grateful. These people are awesome and I would recommend them for anything automotive that you need!

I have used William Wall for many years and he always makes sure everything is perfect. He stands behind his work. We just got my wife’s BMW back from W&R yesterday and it is perfect. As the saying goes, “Happy Wife, Happy Life.” My wife is very happy, so I am also. Thanks to William and his crew.

\I had a dog do over $3,000.00 worth of damage to my car all because the dog was after a cat. So this meant my new car now needed body work and a new paint job. W&R Paint & Body was really my first and only choice considering I know the owner because of the small town we live in I also knew they have been in business for like 20+ years so I figure they must be doing something right. It was and is the best decision I made. I am extremely happy with the process. Austin and William made the entire process from beginning to end easy and stress free for me. All I had to do was take my car over there then do a little paper work so they could get the information they needed. They had me a rental car waiting and ready. My car did end up taking a little longer then originally planned but that was because they found more damage to my ABS that we didn't know about. The first time I go to pick it up it looked almost perfect except for these two tiny scratches on the back passenger door. I brought it to their attention and they took care of the entire thing without a second thought. William and I agree on the day to drop my car off with them and it would have to stay one night. I told William what time I need my car ready for me to pick up and he said not a problem it would be and it was. As I coming up to W&R that day I could see my car out front and she was just beautiful. There was not a spot on it she looked like she just rolled off the assembly line. They did a great job. I would use them a thousand times over. I see why they have been in business for so many years. I would say W&R are helpful, knowledgeable, trustworthy, honest, and they deliver quality work. So again THANK YOU W&R foreverything
