Everyone was very nice and helpful there, especially Cortez! He went out in the cold and dark to install my new battery for me and really helped me get out of a jam before the oncoming winter storm. Definitely recommend them!

I visited this O’Reilly Auto Parts location over the weekend and had an outstanding experience. The young lady, with tattoos and glasses, who assisted me provided excellent customer service with kindness, professionalism, and a big smile. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and even offered insightful suggestions that were very helpful.
When I returned the following Monday, I noticed the same young lady training a new team member. She did an exceptional job demonstrating what questions to ask and what details to look for. Her leadership skills were impressive, and whether or not she currently holds a managerial position, she certainly deserves to!
Because of her outstanding service and professionalism, I will continue visiting this location for all my auto parts needs. Highly recommended!

I was very pleased with the customer service I received today. Stefan was great with answering all my questions. He was very professional, kind and had no problem helping me check the fluids in my vehicle and top them off to prepare me for my road trip.
I needed a replacement for my taillight, they wanted around $150. I bought one on Amazon for $35, exact same thing. It fits right and works, so I suggest if you can wait a few days order your parts online. The mark up on some parts here is unreal.
I'd really like to thank Brian at store #957 in Fort O who looked at my 1999 Tacoma and was able to troubleshoot the issue that was causing my truck not to start up. His experience and expertise is very good. Great customer service! He really went the extra mile to help me out.
What can I say! Always great service. Yesterday I needed some air conditioning o-rings, I had already bought the kit at O’Reilly and figured that was all they had. I made the mistake of going to two nearby competitors and neither had the o-rings and neither made any effort to solve the problem or find the correct o-rings.
On the way home, I figured what the heck and stopped back at O’Reilly. Man I am glad I did. Brian was determined to help me get my car back on the road. He researched and googled the o-rings until he found the correct size. Unfortunately he did not have them in stock but he directed me to another O’Reilly nearby who did. Then he gave me a print-out to show them. Sure enough they had what I needed. Thanks to Brian, I finished putting my car back together the same day. This is customer service at its finest—which is generally my experience at O’Reilly. Please keep up the good work!

The most professional auto parts sales people I’ve had the opportunity to be rude to. I called mad about a part they sold me missing a vital bracket. The first tier rep kept his cool and transferred me to the manager who handled the situation superbly. That sales team deserves a raise and an award.
Wanted to give a shout out to Dylan at the Fort Oglethorpe store. He tested and replaced our battery on 5-11-23. When we couldn't get it started, he helped troubleshoot our situation. He was very professional, helpful, and kind. We appreciate it and wanted to let someone know. He did a great job.

There was one point when I was walking in this store everyday. The staff kinda got to know me, and I them. Everyone is very friendly and patient with their customers. I was replacing a oil pressure switch right out side of the store and accidentally dropped a bolt down in between the engine block and some components that made it impossible to reach my hand in there and retrieve. The staff were kind enough to let me borrow a telescopic magnet, given they followed me and watched me retrieve it. I’ve only had big good experiences here This is my default location and I’d recommend this place for you to make your default location as well!
