They drove 2 hours to come get my daughter and I and our car when my tire blew out on the side of the highway. I can’t thank them enough for being so efficient and kind to me. These are really great people
They towed my car for me from 6 hours away with a price that not a single company around could even come close to. They were quick, and communicative and with full transparency and lovely leadership. Will be using them again.
They have towed my vehicle(s) in more than four occasions and are loved and referred to and from all my family and friends. They will pick up any day or time, they every recommend where to take my care depending on what problems that arise. I will no longer choose any other company.
These folks are straight up thieves.
Here is the scenario
Car park at an apartment complex , gets towed , call to ask why was told registration sticker. Ok well if you ever went through this you know those can fall off at any time so I had already requested a replacement. Told him he should at least give us some time to get a sticker before you tow a vehicle he said there was no need he left a note on the window , mind you the person was away for a few days for vacation, I asked if they spoke with the driver he said no, I said did you check the registration before you towed the vehicle he said it’s not my job to. How can you be a tow company and randomly illegally tow vehicles when you want? With no checks and balance on your end? He said he didn’t care and did not have to give me a reason. I said ok can I speak with your manager he said I’m the highest person here and you can come get the vehicle at the lot. I hung up as I was pissed the vehicle is legal called the sheriffs office about the vehicle gave them the plate number what a surprise plate is good till 2027… and registration is all good to go I asked why was it towed was told there were no notes on there other than the manager asked for it to be towed, so now I have the tow truck guy saying he towed it for a registration which was completely legal for him to collect a few bucks mind you it’s been there for 1 day and it’s over $300 now. Called him back said listen I need you to put in your notes why you towed the vehicle as all it says is management and your telling me it’s the Registration, he said no sir I don’t need to do that and I have my own notes i can deal with you tomorrow it’s Sunday. These people are frauds and straight up thieves to pray on people that don’t have much already.
