I was in a bind and needed a tow asap, I called A&P as they were the only 24/7 place I could find. I spoke with Tracy over the phone and he was very nice and told me he would have someone out shortly to get me. Rasheem arrived to tow my car and was very professional and got my car loaded up quickly without damaging anything. Would recommend them to anyone
My daughter and I were in Statesboro when my alternator went out on the interstate. We called A&P. Wendell came out and was very kind and professional. Would highly recommend them.
January 17,2025 was the service date & Eric was the tow truck driver. I was so impressed (which is really hard to do) I thought he was the owner of the company! Funny thing is he was just doing his job! My vehicle was transported from Georgia to South Carolina & initially I was very concerned as I’ve had bad towing experiences prior! Eric needs to be multiplied then divided!
Wendell was very helpful. He came to our house and took the truck to the dealership as requested. From the moment I called this company they were willing to help us as fast as they could. Thank you so much for the great service!
Whenever I needed a tow near Statesboro I would call me insurance company. A&P have always been the ones to help us. Mr Eric has helped us on multiple occasions. Thank you guys for you wonderful service!!!
I can’t say enough about this company. We broke down outside of Statesboro, and we’re unable to change our flat tire. We received no help whatsoever from AAA and called Georgia Department of transportation, who recommended A&P towing. We received an almost immediate call back from Tim, the wrecker driver, who was on his way to another job, and he said he would expedite our request quickly. He gave us an estimated time of arrival, showed up on time, and was professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. I felt extremely comfortable doing business with him and would recommend this company to anyone . Thank you.
Just left A/P wrecking in brooklet and it was the worst service ever. He said he don't take debit cards from my kind. He had bad customer service. He only take cash from blacks. I would recommend Lewis and sons cause he treat you way better and his prices way cheaper. A/P needs to shut down cause whew that place is not right. Stop playing with us!!
Driving on a back road alone, my rear brakes locked up in the middle of nowhere. The first tow truck driver that initially contacted me explained he was headed to another call and it would be awhile but he would come to me right after. I was fine with the wait time but no more than 5 minutes later he called me again and informed me that he had another driver, and he was close by and could be there in 20 mins. That driver then arrived within 15 mins and, given how rare it is to come across anyone in the customer service industry who even knows what manners are, let alone has an ounce of respect for others, this driver, Mr. Eric Hood, blew my mind with how well he handled the situation, not to mentiont the way he treated me and my Papa with respect and compassion. He was so polite and kind and helpful. He even took the time to take a look at my car and gave me a possible diagnosis for what had happened to my car. He was professional, courteous and kind. The entire experience was easier and as stress free as a situation like that could possibly be. 10 stars, 100/10, A+, exceptional service and customer interaction. Definitely recommend these guys!
Progressive dispatched 3 different servicers to get my vehicle from out the mud after been bogged down. All 3 came out and were uncesssful. A&P was called out. (Jay Lawiscy) came out and made it happen on the 1st attempt with no problems or hassles at all. Got my vehicle from point A to point B very quickly with no damage or issues. Very recommend!
I would not recommend this company. Horrible customer service. Service provider ( Tracy Hart) refused to pick up a car because he felt wronged by being “ hung up on.” He never cared to ask if the line disconnected, lost service, or if the termination of the call was because of ill intent. Despite being informed that the driver was in a secluded area. Moreover, you would think that the person calling you back and explaining the situation should be enough to rectify the situation. However, in this case, it was not. I think a person who is willing to disregard their job and potentially attempt to leave another human being stranded is not of good character or regard. A quick peak at his social media highlights this fact as it is filled with quite incendiary, malicious, and vastly ignorant content. Please consider your safety when calling to schedule a pickup from this company, especially if you are a Black person. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.
— Update: The business claiming they have just and fair business practices is now posting their customers’ personal information. Again, a very clear indicator that this company may need a lesson on customer service. I will be informing the Better Business Bureau.
I had a blowout on I-16 around 11pm. I tried calling around to all shops that were 24/7 towing and noone would come or did not have the trucks available. If you know I-16, you know there is far and few options to choose from; as there is ever much around.
When I called A&P Towing, he immediately offered to come out and assist with a tow. He certainly made this situation very painless from loading to dropping off the truck. Very nice guy and very easy to work with.
If you ever need a towing, skip all other shops and call A&P Towing!!
Love A&P! The driver that I have used several times is so professional and polite. He is straight forward. I really wish I knew his name. He sure does know me lol. I have used him to jump my battery several times, tow my car 3 times and came to pick up my Xterra when I hit a deer. He is wonderful, funny, straightforward, and I will definitely recommend A&P Service to everyone that needs a tow or a jump. Thank goodness I have found a company that is willing to help me.
Eric showed concerned from the beginning to end. It let me know that my car was in good hands and that he was going to take care of my car as if it was his own. Once he made it to Savannah to drop off the car in informed me that my car was still in good hands…. I will recommend this company to who those who are in need are in need of excellent service. Always ask for ERIC first
They were dispatched by my insurance company to town my car. I got the text it will be from 60-90 minutes which was not a problem I went on doing something and I did not hear my phone ring at all, I looked at it about two minutes and saw I had missed call from unknown number I called back it was A & P towing, the guy said "we canceled your town because you did not answer your phone" I said "its has been only 4 minutes from the time you called me" he said "we have other customer after you". I said " but the text said you will be here in 60-90 minutes I did not expect someone to call me and I have never gotten a call from the towing company 2minutes after the tow was ordered" and that is when he hang up the phone on me. I was not yelling or being rude.
I love them! They are 90% of the time there within 20 mins. The staff is great and always professional. Whether I'm using my insurance or recommending someone for a tow they are always there and helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and I do! Literally at 1 point I was locking my keys in my car almost every week and they were great.

If we ALL had NOT left REVIEWS we would have NEVER noticed the PATTERN of who they treat differently…. REVIEWS ARE POWERFUL!!
He hung up in my moms face and did not call her back. They had been contacted multiple times since LAST WEEK by us and Liberty Mutual to pick up one car: A simple tow and they could not do that.
After he hung up in my moms face, I called back from my number which is out of town and inquired about the tow and he also had a NASTY attitude with me.
It was only after I stated I would give him a REVIEW about his UNPROFESSIONALISM that he called my mom back.
This is unacceptable. We were treated like trash as if we did not matter and we’re nothing.
We are HURT and OFFENDED to be treated this way in 2021 when all we needed was a simple tow that would be paid in full guaranteed.
Wendell picked me, my dog and car up this morning after I hit a tire on I-16. I had two flats and car body damage. He was there within 30 minutes from my call. He calmed me down, brought me and Beau home and took my car to Franklin. He was awesome and I will always remember the kindness, professionalism and the fantastic service. I strongly recommend this business!
We broke down in the middle of the highway and Eric from A&P was able to rescue us within 15 mins. He totally saved us and was able to bring us an hour to Savannah. Extremely friendly and helpful service all around, couldn’t be happier with what is normally such a stressful experience.
After waiting 2 hours for service and being hung up on 3 times (I was told only 45 min wait time) I went to this place to see what was going on. The owner lied to my insurance company and cancelled the request. They tried to get paid without doing any work! If I could give negative 10 stars I would.

He still lying. I have full coverage. They covered everything. Progressive even called them 3 times with me on 3 way and A&P hung up on them as well. I even got MORE coverage for the other company because of what A&P did. WOULD HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND
A&P was dispatched by AAA to a remote part of Georgia where I live , as we broke down about a 1/2 mile from my home.
I was quite impressed with the timeframe it took them to show up.
The driver was very professional and I will definitely use them again if the need ever arises.
I was stuck in a ditch and Eric was so helpful and patient. He worked tirelessly and diligently to get my car out of a very sticky situation. He was wonderful. I was very satisfied with my service and how you employ more employees like him. Thank you so much Eric!

I hit an object on I-16 last night, puncturing my tire. Being alone, two hours away from home in the dark, I wasn’t comfortable trying to change the tire myself. I called Honda Roadside Assistance, who then dispatched this company. Not only were they quick and professional, the gentleman called me when he left his home/shop to keep me updated on his estimated arrival time. I couldn’t have asked for faster, more professional service. I would certainly recommend them to anyone needing a wrecker service.
I had a tire blow out & called A & P. Less than 30 mins Ryan came & changed my tire! He was really friendly & even told me other things my roadside assistance covers. Never had any issues with this company. Will 110% use them for my roadside assistance!
Tracey with A&P was absolutely wonderful!!! Quality was supposed to come get me but they were going to take too long and he happened to be just 10min away from my location and I swear I blinked my eyes and he was there!! I got our Subaru stuck in mud on a bank and A&P was the service AAA used. The driver called me within 10 minutes of my request on the AAA app and was very polite and prompt with getting to us. Upon arrival, he helped us get the car pulled out in a safe manner and was friendly the entire time. Hopefully we never have to use a tow service again, but if we do, we'll use A&P.
Josh picked up my brother when his car broke down an hour from home. The insurance company sent them to a shop that was closed down and then charged my brother over $50 Xtra to fix their mistake. Josh was so nice and did a wonderful job. In the midst of an insurance nightmare, it was so nice to have a professional doing their job. His attitude was so great and we really appreciated the excellent service!!!
