I was replacing rear brakes on my 03 Trailblazer. I needed a rear caliper and Advanced was the only store within 37 miles that had one. The price was a few dollars more then their competitors but hey they has the part!!!! An OG GM part so it fit perfect, thanks Advanced for having the odds and ends!
I needed mirror glue and I got it it didn't work and before I left the store I had bought 30 dollars worth of stuff for it not to work wasting time and money not happy that I couldn't get helped some
I am currently in shock and disbelieve of the customer service treatment a friend and I had in this location. Looking for what was required for a high and low beam light of older car. The first Caucasian guy started looking on computer and stopped to answer phone. Then ignored us for 5 min or so instead of saying it will be a brief hold and helpe customer in front of him. We asked African American young guy with bottle cap type glasses if he could help us. He was not at all accommodating and as we asked what computer said was required he asked my friend an African American gentleman Do You Know where you are???? As to imply he was not aware of where he was!! This is escalating and I was shocked a employee asked this question of a customer. So we call the guy that was on the phone for 10!mins can u tell us what computer says we need. Reluctantly he came over ! Does this kid realize he is in Quitman ga where we do not treat people like this??? This is not Chicago or New York. We have had a business to serve the farming industry for 40 years in Brooks County. Myself or anyone else I know will never step a foot in this store. If I said to a customer or treated a customer in the way we were treated by an employee I would be out of a job. So who’s the manager? Where were you?? I’m filing an official complaint Better Business Bureau. Never shop here.
Went to buy a hose clamp at 8:30 on a Saturday, upon arrival an employee waiting in his car came up to us and said his coworker who could open the store was late. After waiting for a minute he arrived and when we walked up to the door to go inside we were told that they would be open in half an hour. I find it weird that a store that opens at 7:30 actually opened at 9 that day. Probably wouldn’t go again.
Saw a car explode in the parking lot. Manager was really cool about cleaning it up and helping the owner out. All i bought was a soda. 10/10 would go again.
Workers had a conversation while I waited for them to notice me. Finally a young man came to the counter. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. Disappointed that this store is so laid back that workers are comfortable making a customer wait while they chat... Could that be a melanin issue?
Every one was very polite and said welcome to advance Auto, our items were ready for pickup and we just had to sign & go, but there was a very nice Gentleman that works there and my husband and him started to converse about car's and auto parts etc. We've only used 2 locations so far, the St Augustine Store in Valdosta, & Ga and the Quitman, Ga location as these are the 2 closet location's for us which makes it very convenient for us.
So I am so happy to have been able to deal with the best and I mean the best customer service I can encounter in the sales dept. especially for automotive supplies. Andrew O’Haire goes above and beyond to do what he can for his customers. I will keep going to the Quitman ga location just bc he has the best service possible for interaction when coming purchasing items for your vehicle. He makes you part of a family the way he treats you because he treats you as family.
i cant not express enough the customer service that this group of employee have they are REMARKABLE, they were very attentive and so nice, andrew was very patient and understood my concerns marissa was so helpful. and they have a mech thats a ROCKSTAR!

I went to advance auto Sunday to see if I need a battery or what could be wrong with my truck. The guy that I talk to didn't want to help me at all. This the first time in been to auto store that didn't want help a women. I'll never will go back to the store he told me I didn't need a battery and he didn't test the battery. I live three hours away from quitman ga when I got back home I went to the auto store they was ever helpful I did need a battery So IF You Live in Quitman ga I wouldn't go to advance Auto parts
I bought a battery for my car last year. The battery did not last. On last Thursday went to advanced auto, they tested my battery and replaced it at no cost to me. I certainly will continue to use advanced auto for my car.
