Bought a battery and installed it myself with the clerk saying "I'm sure you can handle it." Then he went all out for the next customer, carrying and placing a battery in someone else's truck in a neighboring parking lot.

First time I had been to O'Reilly's, I was looking for batteries for my mobility scooter and I usually have to buy them online and found them at O'Reilly's when I was looking online for the batteries and noticed they sold them, I went in and an employee named Ken remembered that I had called the day before and ordered them before I got there, he was very helpful and he changed them for me will be going back for other parts for my truck

Had to order some specialty parts to repair a firetruck, Dean was able to hunt down these parts and get them overnighted for me. I had no part number, only a description. Couldn't be happier
