I had my SUV towed on Dec 30th with an appointment and a promise return to me in 4 days..( My car was not ready until the following Wednesday... There was black oil stain left all over my upholstery and part were left off. so I had to go back to get the issues taken care... My concern came when I had driven for over an hr and still hadn't heat up my hands were frozen... After giving them $1800.. rented a vehicle because as always the are going to keep your car for at least 10 days.. on the coldest day in Macon I had Luke warm heat.... The owner looked at me and said can you bring it back next week (for another 7-10 days stay)! I literally started crying....my thoughts immediately went to my kids riding in SUV with no heat. I simply said my heat was working when I brought my SUV to you..you drove it for 10miles and didn't notice the heat was not workin before you called me to come for it!
Of course in true mechanics form he start to deflex and saying it has to be another reason why it could not have been any thing he did or didn't do! He then mentioned my thermostat...
The very thermostat I was very adamant the he did not touch. I explained that it's under warranty and I'll take it back to them to repair if needed....do you all know he touched it anyway and charged me $270.00..
I asked for old parts back... They became annoyed... When I usually get my old parts they put them in the box and which the new part came out of.....not here. I was walked around and shown random parts lying about...some I wasn't shown at all...
EXTREMELY Disappointed
I wanted to add the owner did clean the oil stain with a red towel which stain my upholstery red however once I brought that to his attention he reclean with a white one...

I dropped off my Mercedes on Thurs and only took them a day to fix it. Had an A service and sparks plug issues which at first they said it would cost me around 13 hundreds bucks but this nice lady Miss Barbara said it was only around $1100 at the end of the service. Just glad they were able to get my car fixed very quick. Very nice people, and reliable 👍.
Kept my car almost a month and didn't do anything to it. Terrible terrible services. Don't answer phone. They went on vacation and didn't tell me anything about my car.
This place is a graveyard for cars. Despite the reviews, we had a terrible experience with this place. We made an appointment, drop the car off, and did not hear from the mechanic for a week. Kept calling and was told by the rude receptionist that she would call us to give us an update on our car. The following week we hear back from the mechanic and he’s wanting to charge $2,300 for a “possible” fix. Called and asked to speak with the mechanic specifically and again the rude receptionist stated “well he knows what he’s doing and you will just need to come up here and get your car”. Go to pick my car up and NOBODY would even address me when I walk in, not even the mechanic that I spoke with when I initially dropped my car off. Waste of $150 for supposedly diagnostics.
the worst ever. horrible service, I went for a B service. I was told they would replace wipers, oil, ect., when I went to pick up my car the lady tried to charge me over $200 for wipers, that I was told came with the service & it's printed on the invoice. I paid $600 for a oil change. & to top it off the place looks like a Mercedes grave yard.
Excellent service on my Mercedes. 1st time I have taken it to any place other than a Mercedes dealer! He's my go-to guy now! Prices are reasonable! A 16-yr Mercedes mechanic! Mercedes in Macon, GA was going to charge me $250 to diagnose why my collision warning light was on during the last service, so I declined. Mercedes on Cobb Parkway in Marietta gave me a $500 estimate to diagnose and fix the issue. This mechanic upgraded my software, and the warning disappeared! He charged me $0.00 for this service! I had a Schedule B service! Give them a call! Tell 'em I sent you!
Was in the area with a transmission leak. I called MDM and were able to take a look right away! I needed a new cap for the transmission fluid and they had the part for a Sprinter 2500 cheaper than Mercedes dealership near by. Excellent service and very nice gentlemen!! Thank you, MDM. 🧡
My experience at Mdm was beyond exceptional ! Mike and his team were truly professional . I was traveling and needed emergency service and the timely , efficient delivery of my repair was impressive . I only wish I lived closer to Macon as Mdm would be the service provider for my ML 350 !
These guys are truly Mercedes’ experts. I would put them up against a Mercedes’ dealership repairman any day and they will exceed the service delivery every time. Their yard has more Mercedes’ than the Mercedes’ dealership has on the sales side. . This speaks volumes on the impeccable service at a fraction of the cost a dealership would Charge. These guys take the hype and the cost out of the belief that only a Mercedes’ dealer can work on a Mercedes’.
These guys are the best for Mercedes in Middle and South Georgia. I went to the dealer and three different repair shops that specialized in European cars and none of them knew how to fix. MDM was the only shop that could fix it. It was a little after Covid when this happened and I blame the dealer trying to get me to trade the vehicle in rather than wanting to repair the vehicle. MDM did a great job. I recommend them to anyone.
I had taken my Mercedes to 2 shops that thought they knew what the problem was but wasn't positive, the second shop recommended MdM and the had me up and running in no time. They definitely gained a customer and I will refer them to anyone with a Mercedes who needs a repair at a reasonable price.
Mike and his crew are top notch folks who I would highly recommend. They take their time to diagnose what the problem is and then give you your options for repair at fair prices. Mike is exactly what every foreign car owner wants in a small independent shop to take care of them. Furthermore, Mike will tell you if the problem with your car or the job is not his specialty instead of taking your money and hoping for the best. If they can't fix it, they will recommend someone who can and that speaks volumes to me.
Mike is patient and thoughtful when discussing the issues about your car with you. He gives you his best advice and it’s obvious he’s a master with Mercedes-Benz cars. Scott, the tech who worked on my car is skilled, personable and happy to take the time to explain what he is doing.
I brought my 01 SLK in for an A service, and my bad I got there 90 minutes late. Mike was calm and got my car in the shop right away. Scott finished the A service and brake flush and I was out the door in under two hours!
Sure, it’s not as fancy as the service area at the MB stealer dealer in Macon, but their prices are fair and you deal with the guys who are working on your car, as opposed to service writers who spend more time trying to squeeze more money out of you selling stuff you don’t need.
If you have a Benz MDM is the shop you want to take it to. Five Stars!
MDM Auto Repair is a great auto service. The employees are courteous and professional, the manager explains any and all issues in detail, listen to the customer input and works diligently with you.
