After scheduling the repair of my dented car door and fender, Roberts said that my door was obsolete and not even a used door could be sourced. I called my insurance and wanted to switch collision shops because I had located a used door myself. Insurance contacted them, then called me back and told me that Roberts had agreed to deduct the door from my bill if I brought in the part myself. Roberts Body Shop called me and told me the same thing. I got the door, and since the fender was also available ... I grabbed that from the parts yard, too. I took the parts and car up to Robert's. The desk woman had an absolute fit when I told her I had also brought the fender. She told me that Roberts wouldn't do the job NOW-- all because I had brought a fender also. She absolutely refused to deduct the fender from the bill. She said they would only deduct the cost of the door. Roberts wanted to put on a brand new fender with my used door. I took my insurance money up the road to Newell Collision and Repair, instead. They accepted ALL my used parts and treated me fairly.

Repaired our 2016 F250 after a wreck that damaged front end, grille guard, all down drivers side & rear bumper. Grille guard was no longer manufactured so the shop went above & beyond to find a replacement & get insurance approval. After repair the truck looks like it just came off the dealer lot as it’s so clean inside & out. Everyone was extremely friendly. I would highly recommend Robert’s Body Shop.

Driving toward Fitzgerald, my car was attacked by a deer crimping the driver side door and making it difficult to open. Even though Robert's was busy, they kindly pried my door to open more widely, allowing me to limp back to NC with a damaged front. Although deer encounters are common, it was my first and hopefully last.
