Justin, specifically, and intentionally told me ,while setting away from the counter that they do not sell snap rings there , or offered to get his sorry behind up to even check or offer to look to check if he could even order any. Then 3 days later told me they didn't sell the size belt I needed , once again without getting up from setting down to even check . This guy doesn't deserve to be selling parts to the public. He is the sole reason. That I for 1 will never do business with the Fitzgerald napa store again. Until he is nolonger a member of staff there. Totally disrespectful to members of the public. Which in turn help him get paid.
