Money is tight rough now and i couldn’t afford my service. The clinton team was very thourough in making sure i was aware with what was going on with my vehicle and what options i had. They were understanding and willing to seperate charges for a later date whilst being professional respectful. Now my Acura is running smooth and i will be back again to finish the rest of the work ✅

No my dear Brittany or whatever your name is,I wasn't upset , I had a smile on my face and was laughing and cutting up!! Can you say the same ?? No ,you didn't crack a smile and you are not very friendly !! I even told you your hair was pretty and you didn't even say thanx or anything,you just looked at me like I was dumb!! Just face it ,you have no personality and you think you are better than everyone else because daddy owns a tow truck business!! Well la-ti-da!!! You are just rude !! This was my first time using them and I found them to be professional, honest and courteous. I was skeptical at first that what they said my issue was, was not going to fix my car. I am very happy with their service and would go again.

Great place to get your car serviced at a reasonable price and quick service. They beat the pants off of local pep boys. Really helped me with my out-of-state issues.

I have brought my tucks here to have work done before so I have always trusted this shop. Although this time after I picked my truck up my tool box full of sockets and wrenches was missing. I asked if they had a camera and I was told no and they were sorry about my tools being stolen . I wrote it off as some random passer byer open my tailgate and took the tool box . Although now that I realized my secondary pocket knife is missing out of my center console , that was buried under receipts and envelopes. So being that my truck was locked and other tools were still where I left them, I don't believe this was some random person. So after this experience I will no longer be using this shop.

Very helpful. Our car can't making this noise and finally the guys came and dissected the problem without us even asking for help. They got arrested US to exactly what we needed to help everything get fixed and make the car quiet again and it was truly cool just to come out and not charge us for the help that they gave us. I would recommend this place to anyone who needed a auto center!

My grandfather, father and I have all used these guys for years! They are great. They do fantastic work in a timely manner. 4 different cars all serviced for years with no complaints. Use them!!

Long overdue review of NAPA in Auburn. At least 10 years ago my cousin had a flat tire at her school. Her dad was deployed and her mom was out of town, so my mom went out to try to change it. The spare wasn't in there so we took the flat tire off and took it to NAPA to get it replaced/fixed. When it was done my mom was frantically searching her purse for some cash and the gentleman said "don't worry about it. Just think of us next time." Times were tough and this gesture was invaluable and left a lasting memory. I'm so thankful for the team there and the lasting relationship we have with them.

The auto service dept is very substandard and unprofessional, I had front end work done to my Truck. The steering wheel was turning to the right while applying break. They called and said my rack and pinion needs to be replaced and all ball joints needs to be replaced I went ahead and got that done, it cost me over $1000 after 2000 miles the problem has returned and happens sporadically. I took it back they say it is because of my tires. They refuse to do a deep investigation and say there is nothing wrong.

Everyone at Clinton’s are always willing to help. They go out of their way to find parts for my son’s 78 Ford pickup. It doesn’t matter is it is a $2 part or high dollar. They are always willing to help!

Based on my experiences, I’m surprised by some of the bad reviews that I see. I only have good things to say about the level of service that I have received here since I began taking my vehicles here. My first experience a few years ago was having them cut off a couple of locking lug nuts that had been stripped out making them impossible for me to remove. Pep Boys wanted $80 per wheel to remove and replace. Clintons did all four for under $50. Since then, they have replaced a radiator, changed out a suspension system, repaired oil leak, fixed 4x4 engagement issue, replaced ruptured turbo pipe, and more. Every time the job was done quickly, cleanly, correctly, and at a fair price.

I love this post! I will only take my car to get serviced here! They have great service, very fast, and a very dependable. My brakes are squeaking on a car that I just recently purchased and I wasn’t sure if it needs a new brakes or not. I asked them to change my oil in to check my brakes. They called me and told me my brake still had 80% life left in them. Most places would’ve took advantage of the situation and charge me to redo the brakes even though they didn’t need to be done. If you need a great place To get your car worked on this is the place! Thanks guys!

This place is awesome! We took our van there and didn’t know what was going on, but we had a very strict deadline. They did a wonderful job assessing the issue, communicating with us and making the repairs. We asked them to do the impossible and they knocked it out of the park with a great attitude.

I’ve given this place many chances as well and won't go here anymore even though they are conveniently located, I went to go get a tuneup and once they finished, they told me that the tuneup was done but they had dropped a tool on my evaporator coil and needed to replace it. An honest mistake and so they told me they would fix that free of charge and then four months later I find out that they used a cheap part for my tuneup and I will have to get another tuneup again, I gave them three stars because they did the work but not the best they could have done and I'll have to fork out another several hundred dollars because it wasn't done right

I took my Chevy Tahoe to get a simple oil change and a few days later there was a pool of oil under my truck. When I got under it to take a look to see what’s going on I found the OIL FILTER WAS LOOSE!!! I have given them to many chances with my cars but no more!

Don't ever go there. Complete rip off. I pull in to check a wheel noise. 5 minutes later... I'm told buy a mechanic that my lug nuts are loose. He says I'll tighten them down and check the others for you then you'll be good to go. So I go to get my keys and was charged $45 for them to tighten my lug nuts on one wheel. Absolutely f****** ridiculous! They got me once but I'll never be going back again. Napa is nothing but a bunch of f****** Crooks!

I only gave one star you have to to write a review. This place sucks! The people in there are stupid and don’t have a clue about anything! I took my truck there to get an oil leak fixed and when they got the car they became very rude and insulting. They told my wife that they don’t want to talk to her about anything bc she was a woman and when confronted about the situation they proceeded to insult me over the phone. When the wife and I went to pick up the truck the nasty fat disgusting girl that happens to be the owners daughter came out and insulted us again by calling us stupid. Then called the auburn police to come out bc I told her off. I hate this place and it should be shut down!

Absolutely great service. Had a ball joint go out on my truck, they got it in the shop first thing the next morning. They rebuilt the entire front end of the truck, and it was road ready by a few hours after lunch that day. I've put 20k miles on the truck so far, and not even the slightest problem. Phenomenal mechanics.

Nice helpful people. They will help you take things to your car. Seem to need more help because of the wait time. I know they took their time with the people they were helping and I respect that because I wouldn't want to be rushed thru so I think more people at this location would be helpful.

We will NEVER spend another penny at this store ever again. I discovered an anti freeze lean towards the front of the engine about 2 months ago. Leak wasn't bad enough to fix right away, so I sent my wife to have napa fix it. They fix the radiator that didn't even need to be fixed for an outrageous few of $470. Then took the car back up there to tell them the car is still leaking, they take the car back and then they claim they found the leak. Which is the same leak I found 2 months ago. Then they claimed that by fixing the radiator created that leak. They throw an estimate of $800 to fix the gasket leak that was the original problem in the 1st place. HORRIBLE place don't take your vehicle here we recommend Auto Automotive very professional and reasonable pricing.

Have used Clinton's for all my routine maintenance for years. It is easy to get an appointment, work is done in a timely manner at a fair price.

Do not take your car here awful service and mechanics will mess with your car so you have to keep coming back! I had the clutch repaced went out a month later and all these other problems were occuring. Its not worth it when i took it to another mechanic auburn automotive the clutch looked like it was never even put in! Please dont waste your money here worse mechanics ever these guys suck up here better off working on it ur self before u take it to this dump

Well, let's start off by saying that I am knowledgeable about automobile repairs, repair times, as well as repair costs. I go to get a 1 foot piece of pipe cut off my exhaust and a 1 foot piece of pipe welded on my exhaust and they wanted to charge $105 to do that!!!! LMMFAO!!! I called a different shop (Complete Auto Care in Snellville and talked to Denver) and they told me they would do it for $40. Pretty obvious that clinton's is an ABSOLUTE RIP OFF!!! What a joke. It is no wonder why they had NO business.

I have used Clinton's Auto for all my car repairs because they are Honest, Fair, and will work with you on issues that are out of the normal.. Great Family Environment.. Good People!!!! I just had my 1st oil change done to my new retirement truck.. "my baby", and they treated it like it was their truck.. on the tire rotation they even checked the torque of the lug nuts putting the tires back on.. TLC!! Thanks Clinton's for a Great experience, this is why I keep coming back!!!

Agree with Cindy K. I went to get a tune up. They put autolite platinum plugs in my car which are actually the cheapest ones that work best with ford. My car was sluggish, started rough, and wouldn't even reverse. Had to get diagnosis and toyota tells me the plugs are not adequate. So I had to get new ones. When I went back they were going to charge me for the labor again. After calling NAPA we worked it out. However, after the new iridiums were installed a foul burning odor was coming from my car. Turns out they didn't put the new ones in correctly. I called clintons just to ask if I could return the two sets of plugs, the guy on the phone knew who I was and became childish by trying to tell me off. I would not trust this place with my mountain bike and would highly recommend going somewhere else. I only gave it one star because at least the two mechanics were willing to help.
