Just stopped into the Port Orange, Florida O’Reilly’s for new wiper blades. David the Manager could not have been more helpful. Patiently explained the difference between blades, recommended which ones he thought would be best and then installed them right then and there in the parking lot. Mr. O’Reilly, whatever you are paying David, it’s probably not enough. Thank you 👍

The management at this location really needs improvement. The managers don’t stay on top of their responsibilities, and the store often feels disorganized and unprofessional. I honestly think this store needs better leadership. I wouldn’t recommend coming here until things change

A week or so back, my wife and I went to this shop for a new battery for her car. Very good experience. The manager Jorge and I installed the battery and we were in and out in a quick efficent manner. Jorge was helpful, smart and very nice. Will definitely continue my auto parts shopping at this store.

Here to sincerely thank Jorge at O’Reilly Auto Parts in Port Orange for going above and beyond. I needed new headlight bulbs, had no idea how to install them, & didn’t have very much time before sun down. Jorge not only guided me to the right product, took the broken bulb’s out, but theennnnnn made time to install them for me. Whoop Whoop 🙌🏼—Jorrrrge my herooooo!! But no like seriously his professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help made a stressful situation so much easier. People like him make a real difference! Seriously this guy needs a raise 🫰🏼

I needed a new battery because my other one died on me. I called them at 7:30 in the morning to confirm that they had one for my vehicle. I went right over. They took care of me and I was out of there by 8:00 a.m. fast and friendly service

I brought my SUV here to get my battery replaced. Thank you Tom for replacing my battery efficiently and professionally! I recommend this location if you want only the best. Shoutout to Bill and April as well! Very knowledgeable folks.

I will be contacting corporate after this. The store manager Nefti (sure i spelt this wrong) bench tested my daughters alternator and it came back bad which has a lifetime warranty but because they could not find it in the computer he basically told me to kick rocks. He told me right from the gitgo that it was and Oreilly lifetime alternator. He had such an attitude actually another customer jumped in and said something to him about how rude he was as i was walking out he mumbled something in spanish that i did not understand. this guy should not hold any management position. his customer service sucks. I had to go to another parts store and they told me his is a new manager there and has heard customers state things just like mine. someone higher up needs to put this guy in check.

My girlfriend's car broke down conveniently next door, and Hunter from O'Reilly's helped us get it back into shape to drive. For a young kid he knows a lot about cars. They charged us basically nothing to run diagnostics on the vehicle and fix it with a small part. Life savors. Thank you Hunter! Highly recommend!

I usually buy all my parts for my 4 vehicles here. That ended today. I went in waited for 5 minutes because only one person was available. I just needed a quick scan to see which wheel speed sensor was needed so I could purchase it. Another employee came out to help. He cleared the line as I waited for him to catch up. The part that made me upset is that his buddies came in with rotors so he acted like I wasn't even there. Maybe he doesn't want anybody but his buddies business. That's ok maybe Autozone will benefit from my family's purchases moving forward.

Seeing the last review was concerning regarding car battery installation. My Ford Fusion needed a battery and we called Advanced auto parts first, but they declined to put in the battery over the phone. So we called O’Reilly next and they said they would install. I believe it was the same person, Tom (had a red beard) came out and was extremely polite and courteous. He changed the battery in less than 15 min. I would highly recommend calling ahead first to see if they can change a battery out or not and I would recommend this place if they can.

The Assistant Manager Kish was so kind and respectful I will now always come to this store first. He came out to check our battery and it turns out it was a bad battery. He told me the battery was still under warranty and I would not have to pay anything and the best part He installed the battery for us. Kish is a keeper!

Really courteous and helpful employees! My first experience at this business, needed a battery/alternator check. Yep needed a new battery. Sure enough they had just the one I needed. Thomas installed it easy peasy and we were on our way. All told we were in and out in 30 minutes. Geat place.

O'Reilly's is fast at becoming the better choice in auto parts supplier to the general public. Advanced auto. Never has what we r looking for. And. Auto Zone. Has been renamed. Argue Zone. Every time i go in there they. Just want to argue we me about my part ive had it with them. So DON'T GO. THERE. O'REILLY'S IS THE BETTER CHOICE.
