This place takes the cake on robbery get told a price come to pick the vehicle up it’s an extra 300 more than what was said on the phone. If your looking for a tow for personal tow definitely go elsewhere if your forced to use this for wrecks I pitty you! Out here just straight robbery without the gun! The driver was nice! Bbb will be getting the call!

I was going to leave a worse review seeing as they stole my car from my apartment complex since it was parked in a "Handicap spot" (Its not) but my complex talked some sense into them and I was able to get it back the same day. Also they don't take cards so hope that helps with future customers. Also also... I told you (lady on the phone) I was right :)

Aside from the circumstances of getting towed, I do have to say they accommodated me on a Sunday to get the car back out again. That's pretty stellar.... Thank you so much 👏👏👏

My son was in a minor accident where he hit a stop sign less than a block from his house on the front right bumper. The tow truck driver was incredibly inexperienced and damaged my son's car WORSE than the accident. There is NO reason why BOTH rear springs and bushings were sent flying off the car, the rear axle is now BROKEN and the front bumper was almost completely ripped off other than GROSS NEGLIGENCE! Then, they had the audacity to charge me DOUBLE!! He is a college student in Daytona and we live in Texas so there was no way for us to be there with him and to identify that the tow driver was causing irreparable harm to his car. I will be pursuing legal action for the immense damage they caused and the fact that they took advantage of a shaken and distressed 21 year old who has never had to deal with an accident before. Shame on you Universal Towing, you'll be hearing from our attorney VERY soon.

Very nice folks at the tow yard. They took good care of my vehicle during the tow process and were quite helpful about retrieving my stuff afterwards. If I ever need another tow, I'll call Universal!

They took excellent care of a project car i purchased, I was worried about getting it moved because the person I bought it from lowered it too much, Bill used his skill (and a lot of 2x4s) to load my "new" miata effortlessly and without scraping Will definitely call them Again

I still have NO RECEIPT after PAYING $400.00 to Angie Norris aka Universal Towing on 12-26-2024, 11 days ago for storage and I was forced to give them a POA since DMV refused to give me my car title. I am always responsible and there never should've been any problem about anything in this ENTIRE TRANSACTION. Is this a money laundering joint? I felt like both DMV and Universal Towing were deliberately holding me hostage since I couldn't get my car Title from DMV in Merritt Island after 3 trips. I've never had more drama in a situation than this one. Angie promised to send me a Lien Release from Universal Towing in early December, not once but twice it never came in the mail. Normally they can send it through email to DMV but OH NO NOT FOR ME!!! Complete discrimination on both counts. These people are so unprofessional and rude and lie. Stay away! Denise D.

I was lied to and told I could go to the lot to pay to get my car out. No one was there. After waiting an hour someone showed up and it was at that point I was informed it's cash only, because they don't understand how debit cards work. Yeah company with trash policies.

Apparently I'm not the only one who's had this issue. I parked at the wawa in nsb, walked in for ten minutes to grab a drink and when I walked out I was being towed. Apparently being parked one spot behind a light post means I'm on private property. I assumed this was wawa's parking since it is literally connected to their parking spots. One sign, which is on the complete other side of the parking lot (and not even lit up at night so you have no way of telling) says no parking. However, it is much more than 25ft away from the spot I was parked in and therefore cannot be upheld. If you run a towing company you should know where you can actually tow people from. If the other review stating that the property owner "likes to tow teenagers" is true then that's some serious profiling because I'm in my mid twenties and I'm just short. On top of that, your driver didnt even have his lights on as he was driving. Real safe.

They were available and made it in the time quoted. For after hours work it was very fast. William was friendly and made the fastest pick up. I appreciated the help when stranded in the middle of the night coming home from work.

Post number 2 since you guys decided to delete my last review and not respond so let’s try again. Last year when there was the floods, we had multiple people parking in the guest parking spots and when I would call universal towing to come tow the people that didn’t have a pass or sticker, they would tell me they “weren’t allowed” to tow them at that point due to flooding of the area. Thought that wasn’t fair since I pay fees to parking in my area as a resident and owner, but whatever. Then there was a lot of rain these past two or three days, so we asked a friend to come over and help us with something because of all the water. They parked in guest parking momentarily and I didn’t think anything of it due to you guys never wanting to tow people when it was flooded before hand and also due to the “Road Closed” sign at the start of our road. So what your company is telling everyone is that you are going to screw them when they are actually paying for their parking spots and they are being filled AND you will screw them when they need help. Stop sitting around to just get a quick 200 bucks.

Call to schedule a toe for the following business day at 11 AM. Truck was on time and had my car loaded up ready to go to its destination within 10 minutes. Car is very low to the ground and Jose was extra careful not to damage my car. Highly recommend Jose and Universal Towing! Well done!

We had a scheduled tow. The lady on the phone was helpful in the scheduling and Gary arrived early to load the truck. He wanted to make sure I knew the truck would get delivered safely that he confirmed the delivery. Friendly and easy service

I cannot thank this company enough for taking care of us. We are not local and live about 2.5 hours away. My husband vehicle broke down and they were very helpful, fast, attentive, but also went above and beyond to assist us where to go to get our vehicle repaired. If you ever need a tow, please go here! We rented a U-Haul tow dolly and the vehicle we were towing came loose and stuck on the dolly despite it being properly secured. The two people that came out were great and faced with the predicament, did all that they could and got the vehicle off the dolly without any extra damage. They driver was very knowledgeable and both people were excellent workers. Many thanks!

This company acts real shady. Why do they only accept cash, and the correct change? They are not up front with you in regards to pricing details and seem to be charging more than is allowed by law for towing pickup. They lie or don't care how long it takes for someone to come let you have your car. I know that think I'm just disgruntled because I had my car towed, and yes I was little upset. But they could be nicer, more upfront, not so shady and just all out treat you like they really could care less. If I was ever having to use towing services for any other reason, they would never get my business. I would warn anyone to deal with them.

I needed them fast, as I was working against the clock. They got there and less than the amount of time it would have taken me to drive to their location almost as if dispatch had sent them before I hung up the phone! Since I was not with my vehicle and had the keys with me, the gentleman driving the tow truck was kind enough to stop by my house to pick the keys up. Not only was he exceptionally kind, he was exceptionally knowledgeable and suggested a l reputable mechanic to deliver my vehicle for the necessary repairs. If you want above and beyond five star service, then Universal Towing Services is the way to go! A+++

I was very pleased with their service. Very professional. Shawn arrived in a timely manner and was very nice. I had a long stressful day after waiting for two other towing services (120 minutes each) that never showed up. Shawn showed up in 15 minutes. I am just so grateful for their service. A+++

My company's semi broke down and needed towed to our company facility. Sean, the wrecker operator, got there as quickly as the heavy traffic would allow. He was extremely professional and friendly, and had our truck hooked up and rolling in excellent time and got it to our terminal safe and sound. Very pleased.

When I called for help with a vehicle, I was told they could be there in 30 minutes or less. The driver, Gary, was at the vehicle within 20 minutes. He was extremely nice and very knowledgeable with dealing with loading and unloading my friends vehicle. It was extremely helpful in ensuring my friend that her vehicle was treated like it was his own vehicle. After calling 10 other places, I would recommend Universal Towing to anyone needing this kind of assistance.

I’ve had to use them twice in the last 2 mos.. both times they have been great! I wanted to especially thank Gary, he came out today to tow my sons car and did an amazing job.. Very professional and made me feel comfortable about the whole process.. the car was stuck in park and he had to do quite a bit of maneuvering to get it on the bed.. he was careful and took pride in his work.. thank you again!!

The driver was on time..very nice and really helpful...i had 4 kids with me and he cleaned out the backseat for them to sit. He got us to the dealership quickly and safely. He made sure to place my vehicle in a spot easily accessible to me and the service writer. I would gladly recommend your company to anyone. He made a bad situation tolerable..

After calling a couple of other towing services to check prices and availability, I went with Universal because they had the best price by $20 and they could tow my vehicle within 45 minutes of the call. When the driver showed up, he put my SUV exactly where I wanted it with no complaints and he was able to take my credit card using an app on his phone - with no additional cost, like other companies wanted to charge me (as much as $10 in one case). Overall, it was a good experience despite the fact that I needed a tow for my now dead SUV. I would definitely use them again and I would recommend them to others.

I have to have my car towed twice. Once from the side of I95 and once from my home to the mechanic. Both drivers were so nice! The one who picked me up from 95 told me to just sit in the tow truck so I was safe. He was so nice. If I had a young family member that was in a broken down car, I would send this company to get them. Both gentlemen that helped me, I really believe would look out for your family member as their own.

Im a 62 year old veteran and needed my truck towed 5 blocks to the mechanic shop, when I asked the driver for a 5 block ride back to my place where they picked up my truck and me at - I was told NO by the tow truck driver - 65$ towing fee and he wouldnt drive me back 4 blocks ( 1:30pm in the Florida heat) I will make sure I let all Veterans in all the Port Orange area NOT to use this service.
