Do not and I repeat do not buy batteries from this place. We loaded up on batteries and spent over $100. None of the batteries work for more than a day. I ended up throwing them away and replacing them all. Do better. I
Yaaba is the best!!! My phone is soooooo raggedy I’m talking about cracked and missing pieces but he was able to work a miracle and fix my screen! Very helpful and patient! Thank you sooo much!

This place is absolutely the worst place to buy a motorcycle battery i bought one last November 2024 the battery worked till May now it won't hold a charge when I took it back to Batteries Plus they tell me it won't hold charge so it voids warranty and will not replace it STUPID!!!
Marcus is absolutely amazing! My husband put an online order and when we were in the way to the store he called to confirm his order and made sure everything was correct. When we got to the store he was so kind and offered us coffee or water while he put in the new battery in our watch. His customer service was above and beyond. He let us know current sales without it feeling pushy. You don’t see this kind of CS a lot these days and it was very refreshing. We will for sure be back!
Went there to buy 2 batteries for my mother's scooter. Marcus got the batteries for me, then checked to make sure they were both charged and ready to go. He even offered to grab my old ones from the car to recycle. He was very polite and helpful.

The battery options to select from are insane...they have everything. John is awesome...friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and ready to assist. They also make Smart key fobs for vehicles AND fix cell phones. They've also got any kind of flashlight that you could ever want. We just recently found out about this store here on West Saxon in OrangeCity...very convenient and fully supplied with everything. Wish we knew about it sooner, like 2 batteries ago.
Didn’t know we had a Batteries Plus here in Orange City! I am so thankful I found them, literally the only place I will go to for any battery needs. Shoutout Lamont and John, they were so helpful, found me an affordable price and made sure nothing else was wrong with my car! You just can’t get customer service like that anymore! You guys rock!!! What a great experience!!! Customer service was excellent, prices were reasonable . I will definitely return and refer anyone that needs batteries , phone repair or flashlights to the Saxon Blvd location. Made me feel like family.
I had a remote for my 2018 chevy impala go out and the store had not opened up yet. I had an older remote that we could not program and it took a little more time but they gave me a good price and Lamont and his wife were nice. I waited until they got everything programmed and had me out the door and key cut for $85. Thats what it takes for a new business startup!
Stopped by for the grand opening, everyone was very nice and helpful. Got a gift bag and a cupcake. Long time customer at the Sanford store. Having a new store Orange City is great because I don’t have to drive as far. They have a great sale on their Duracell 10 year batteries. Can’t wait to see if they really last that long. I also found out that they replace cell phone screens. I wish I knew that before I went to a store in the mall and paid a lot of money for a used iPhone screen.
