GREAT SERVICE! GREAT PRICE! We had recently had an issue getting our skid steer in some unforeseen wetlands. This company came out quickly, completed the job quickly, charged GREAT! We have used other tow services in the Deland area before and their prices and customer service was horribly and overpriced. Never again. This is the company to call if you are in the DELAND area!!
I got stranded on the side of i4 and they got back to me and sent a tow asap! The rate was affordable and the staff was very professional and friendly. I’ve never had to tow a car before this was my first experience and I have no complaints having used ARA towing. I don’t remember the First Gentleman I spoke to for the initial quote he was very friendly and helpful; I do know Mr. Connie towed my truck and did a great job took pictures of before and after the tow. 10/10 experience

Car completely broke down on me right at an intersection. I was stressed out due to breakdown as well as I had nowhere to push the car and was holding up traffic. Al showed up with a smile and was an all around great guy instantly brightening the mood. He got the car on the truck and we were off faster than I thought. All while being incredibly affordable. A.R.A towing provided amazing service..my car was disabled and I needed to get it to the shop I had contacted Pratt's towing prior but they left me waiting over 5 hours I was very disappointed and upset. Thank God I found A.R.A towing on Google maps and within less than 20 minutes they arrive, the entire process was extremely professional staying in touch with EST. You know we looked for our keys for two hours. So I was determined I must’ve locked him in the car. Well I called and spoke to somebody and he was 10 minutes away and he said he’s on his way. He will come save us and get our car open.
Well, funny part is a few minutes after I hung up with him. We remembered we were playing a gag on our daughter and I called him back and said I have to cancel and he was the most nicest person about it and I really appreciate that type of customer service.

I have used AR 3 times this year and will always go back to them when I'm in need of a tow!! I know what you're thinking..."3 tows this year" that's alot. But life happens and when I was in need of assistance, AR came through with great customer service, affordable pricing, professionalism and genuine kindness. They have since picked up my vehicle and brought it to my residence. I am more than pleased with everyone involved. The gentleman driving the tow truck was very kind and helpful. I needed a tow service on a Sunday afternoon when my truck broke down. I called ARA, and they didn't hesitate at all to come out and help me. He texted his ETA and was there within 20 minutes. Price was reasonable compared to other tow companies in my area. He took my truck to the mechanic without me even needing to be there. Once he dropped it off he took several pictures to let me know it arrived without any problems. ARA is a great company and they go out of their way to be very professional and dependable. I'll definitely call them again in the future.

I called so many companies and got quotes for 2-3 hundred dollars! This company charged me 178 dollars to go 32 miles ! And pulled up within 10 mins! They sent before pictures and im expecting after pictures once my vehicle arrives to destination! They are very professional very polite and a family owned business! I just replaced the head gaskets in my dodge ram, took it for a drive thinking everything was going well, ended up 35 minutes away from home broken down. I called EIGHT places, none of them could get to me as fast or as inexpensive as ARA did. Within 20 minutes I had my truck on their flatbed tow truck and we headed back to my house. The driver was amazing, drove very safely and was great at loading and unloading my truck quickly. He strapped all 4 tires down with extremely heavy duty straps (3300lbs wll and 11k break!) so I know my truck was secure. Super friendly, we talked and guessed what could be wrong (pretty sure clogged injector.) All in all, I would highly recommend ARA, they're affordable, customer oriented, and FAST. Don't bother even calling anyone else, I already tried!
Stranded on the roadside I talked to Al, he estimated a pick up time of 10 minutes. On time, professional, courteous, and safety oriented my car was towed at a price more affordable than the others in Orange City area. I highly recommend this company for any towing needs in Orlando area. Thanks Al you made my day more pleasant under the circumstances.
