I bought a motor for my van from them.my mechanic got it installed.I drove it 2 blocks and it started over heating..I shut it off,let it cool down and drove it back to my mechanic..it had a blown head gasket..I called Billy and he said he would send me another motor..I ask him about the labor cost ($2,500) AND HE SAYS that they dont pay labor! I said that you sold me a bad motor and I am not going to pay labor ,when it wasn't my fault. I had a argument with Billy and he agreed to pay to fix the heads..my mechanic got the heads fixed and then drove the van and it has a piston noise .The same noise my old motor has,thats why I replaced it..Now Billy is saying since my mechanic replaced the head gaskets,that it voided the warranty..If you look at their warranty policy.It says all parts are guaranteed to be in good working condition.. This motor has been a problem since day one and now they won't. Pay the labor and give a new motor. Period so I guess we're going to see what the judge says. Because this motor has never been in good working condition from day one. So if you buy anything from them, make sure of what you're buying before you buy it because they're not gonna stand behind it because now I still have a bad motor in my Van and I'm into it for 5 grand between the motor and the labor ,actually a little bit more than that. I have bought motors and stuff from them for years but never again. They have seen the last of my business unless they want to take care of this problem.
I called this morning looking for a rear bumper for my Trailblazer. Mellisa took my call and information. She located a bumper for me right away at an affordable price. Due to a golfball sized hailstorm in WI, my 2011 Suburban sunroof was shattered. I contacted MK Used Auto parts and had a replacement sunroof less than a week later. Wrapped very well so it wouldn’t get broken while shipping! Couldn’t be happier with their service!

To your driver who wanted to race around me and try and hit my 10 minutes ago on 17/92. You’re a real tough guy through the window of your truck. Don’t do business with this place they have no respect for public safely. I was sitting in stopped traffic and the driver of their truck wanted to beep and flip me off and then race around me when we had nowhere to go. Way to abuse a company vehicle. Passing someone at a stopped red light and being a tough guy through your window when the traffic is literally stopped makes you stupid. Not cool.
Got to meet with Alyssa today for the 1st time and i must say! i love her communication skills she's very polite and could multi-task, not to forget a very nice personality and the helpers are quick and helpful.. cant remember his name who helped me out but definitely services was 100% .. highly recommended
Alyssa was great to work with via phone and text. I needed 2 doors and she had them pulled and ready within a couple hours of speaking with her. Everything was as described when I picked them up and the price was very reasonable. Should I need parts in the future, they will be my first choice to check with. It was definitely worth the drive.
My daughter ordered and picked up a part she was told she needed. Turns out she didn't, so we drive the hour to drop it off on a Sat. The owner sent a refund check and didn't charge her the restocking fee. Great customer service!
I've purchased 3 engines in last year! A Chevy 4.8 a Hemi and a Ford 6 cyl. All 3 run flawlessly all 3 were drop in and turn key and started right up !!! I recommend this place all the time
I can not thank Billy from M&K used parts enough for the effort he has put into helping me with this jeep , from getting me 2 different ecu over night from Miami ,getting into aamco deland and having a diagnosis within a few hrs of them opening , to getting me another transmission and holding up to his warranty , even reaching out to me after hrs and on his personal time on weekends just making sure everything was right and refusing to give up ! It’s been a crazy process but we FINALLY got it going and I couldn’t be happier
I tried working with this place with one of my customers and let's just say it was way better when the dad owned this place. Very scamming I used to use them alot when I had my other buisness but now I will no longer send clients there or buy anything from them after being lied to so much and catching them in the lies. Good luck I'd buy from somewhere else.

I am the Forman at Advantage Auto Group Inc. I ordered an engine for a 2003 Jeep wrangler sport and chose M&K auto because of there 90 day return policy. When the delivery driver arrived he insisted on unloading the engine in an unsafe and unorthodox way. The motor fell off the back of the truck and onto the ground and the delivery driver was flustered and apologized as it almost landed on my mechanic. He said they’d take care of it if we needed anything replaced on the motor but after I decided a few days later to return it altogether they have refused to refund me my money or take there motor back. After dealing with Alyssa and there parts department I’ve been told lies by there delivery driver stating that we didn’t have the proper equipment to take delivery of the engine and that they aren’t responsible for unloading the engine or parts even though they offer delivery. We had taken delivery of a smaller engine the same day and had no problems using our cherry picker to unload it. When my mechanic suggested using the cherry picker to unload this engine from M&K he was impatient, put my mechanic in danger and left us with a broken engine if I could give this company 0 stars I would DO NOT BUY PARTS FROM M&K!
Great experience. Very professional and they got my part for me even though they didn't have it used on the lot, he was able to order me a brand new one that arrived very next day for half the price that any other auto service place was offering me. Will definitely use them again.
I recently called M&K to get a spare rim for my van. I spoke with Billy on the phone. He was very friendly and helpful. Called day before about part. Came next day and picked it up. Was in good condition just like the pictures. They even took it off for me which was nice cause I’m used to going to junkyards to take my own parts off. Installed the side mirror and works great. Alyssa was very nice and it was quick and easy no stress.

We ordered a 4.2 Ford engine after installing it we found it was losing water out the exhaust pipe. It appeared this engine had two new heads. Billy sent us a replacement engine & it was knocking time it was installed. Two bad engines with lots of labor lost.
