Mr.Frank went above and beyond to insure the safety for myself and my family we are from far out of town and he came and towed the car to a safe place and sat with us and helped us figure out a way home. Without him I'm not sure what would of happened or how we would of got home.I can not say thank you enough for this gentleman truly grateful YOU ARE AMAZING!

On the way to SeaWorld with my 8 yr old daughter the transmission in my van went out. AAA connected me with Pro Car Towing and Frank reached out right away to get my location. He was calm, pleasant, and just what we needed. The hour drive to my house was wonderful and he made sure me and my daughter were comfortable the whole way. I felt safe the whole time!
Our Mazda had a dead battery. Through Mazda, pro car towing and repair was contacted. Frank called me within 10 minutes and showed up to tow our car within the hour. Frank was so careful with our car, treating it like his own. After it was secured on Franks tow truck, Frank got our car to our dealership exactly when he promised. I highly recommend this towing company and would use them again for sure.

This company provides great service!! My car battery died. Frank, the tow-technician arrived at my house when he said he would (timely). He was personable and competent. My car is a ‘23 Jeep Wrangler and has special towing requirements all of which Frank was well versed in. I feel like my car is in very good hands with Frank!

Thank you Frank for towing us back to ocala to my father's house. He was quick to the destination and luckily called us to make sure the address was correct. Apparently AAA put the wrong address on the ticket. Thank you again for helping us.
Called 3 tow companies. One was suppose to be there in 40 mins. Never came. Had lane blocked on road. Went thru AAA and Frank came to my rescue. He helped me figure the cause of my car not to start. Appreciate that he was there to get me off the road. Was blocking two lanes. Sumter Sheriff Deputy should have stayed and help me. Very dangerous intersection and blocked 2 lanes for 3 hours.

From the first hello from there representative to the hello from the tow truck driver Frank they were outstanding, arrived in no time at all he stated 20 he was there in 10 to 15 minutes & was extremely helpful from pickup to drop off. The service was very amazing and appreciated - looking forward to using them again in the future.
I had a flat tire and called my roadside assistance provider. They sent out Frank from this towing company. He was about safety and effectiveness. It felt as if I had family come help and pick me up. My van broke down at a busy intersection on my way home from work and I called AAA for a tow. Frank showed up promptly and loaded my vehicle and made sure it got to the proper garage for repair. He waited patiently while I filled out paperwork and also kindly transported me to my home. It was dark by then and he assured my safety and also made sure I took my house keys off my fob. Franks was amazing!!! He stayed in communication with me from arrival to drop off. I was not with my vehicle for I had to go to work, therefore I had to leave it on the side of the road in which I dreaded! After speaking to Frank who assured me that everything was going to be okay, it made my day a lot easier. I highly recommend using this company!
Frank saved me from a horrible day. I was delivering for Doordash in my new car and during my first delivery of the day, I had a flat tire. I contacted AAA and waited hours for a tow truck. On his day off, Frank came and got my car quickly on his truck bed and got me quickly up in his cab, and then towed my car to Firestone. He took care of everything, calmed me down, I was stressed after waiting several hours, and he explained to Firestone the situation and what was needed specific to my tire situation. Then he had to race off to another crash scene after working late most of the previous evening on a crash scene with multiple fatalities, still on his day off!! What a great guy!! He needs a huge raise. I am so greatful for everything he did for me. Without Frank, I'd still be sitting there with a flat tire. Frank to the rescue!! He is the best!!
Frank came in the middle of the night in a storm. I rented an EV and it totally died. Couldn’t find a KIA charging station. He even hooked the car up to the connector machine. He didn’t just come and drop the car off he stood with me and ensured I was safe.

Frank was awesome - he provided great customer service, he kept me up to date on his ETA the entire time, and he showed up earlier than expected ready to help. I’m not from the area and was at a loss about where to even bring my car to get fixed and Frank made a couple recommendations to me based on his own personal experience. His help and service were most definitely appreciated during my stressful car troubles. Would absolutely use Frank’s assistance again (although obviously I hope I don’t need to). Thank you Frank!!
