I was in need of a tow the other night and googled near by companies. Apex came up and the name looked familiar, so I called it. Turns out I had Dan's number saved in my phone from the last time I needed a tow earlier in the year. He estimated his arrival at 30 minutes and was there in roughly 20. It was fairly late at night too, so I was extremely grateful for such a quick response and pick up. Dan recommended a great mechanic that was just as polite and professional as himself, and the mechanic was able to replace the radiator in my car in less than 24 hours. Talk about God sent, especially when the first tow company I called estimated a 4 hour wait for pick up. I highly recommend calling Apex for your next tow!

I was quoted $250 for towing my vehicle. Whrn the he called for me to make payment, he stated the bill was $400. When I said I was not paying and $150 that was never discussed, he then threatened to tow the vehicle to impound Nd charge for that as well. When I did pay the illegally changed price that was never discussed the entire time he was at my house loading the truck, he delivered the vehicle to the location, he dropped it in the street, knowing the truck did not have a key, because he did not like the feedback I had about how he handled business. I would say that I've used a lot of tow companies, and this guy was the absolute worst, and lacked integrity every step of the way. I would hate to know how many other people have been scammed the same way. I am pursuing this the local authorities, and FHSMV.
And to top it off, he had the nerve to text me my home address, as if to insinuate he knows where I live. Literally unbelievable.
Great company. Efficient. Quick. & reliable! One of the best company's I've ever used. Many of my friends and buisness associates use them as well and have had wonderful experiences with them.
I was stranded on the side of the road., He saw me as he was picking up another vehicle and offered to give me a ride. You don’t find people like this anymore. By far one of the greatest experience I’ve had broken down the side of the road.

Very upset because the service was amazing.. UNTIL I got the bill. I called and asked how much it would be to tow my car. I was told $125 +$5 a mile. Perfect not a problem, it was a 10mile tow to the shop. We met him at the car and he told us their would be a 5% upcharge for using a card. Not a problem I agreed to that. He took the car told us he would notify us and send the bill when the car got dropped off. I was expecting no more than $200 max with everything I was quoted. I get the bill and there is an additional $100 dollie fee and a $25 fuel charge, on top of everything I was told. So it was $315 for 10 miles. Absolute scam. I should have been told about these extra charges. We expressed how our limit was $200 and should have told us about the other fees, he did not care. Told us he would take the car to the yard until we were able to pay. Very disappointing, because as I said, the service was great. They were fast. I was going to recommend them to everyone. Including the own of the shop the car got towed to since he's a good friend and didn't have anyone to recommend his clients too. Such a scam. If you did not communicate those fees to me then I should not have been charged for them, it's your responsibility to communicate ALL fees when I asked what the price was.
Apex towing has helped me in this area. I have a fleet of trucks and they always pull thru! Dan is a wonderful kind man. If he can help you he will. They aren’t your regular tow crooks they are a great operation and I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM. God bless Dan !
I would rate this company more than 5 stars if I could he’s amazing very friendly works with you. I broke down on the side of the road and didn’t know how I would pay for it but Mr Dan gave me me the option to use my credit card is very polite and helpful I would recommend him to anyone.
Company is reasonably priced he helped my parents on the side of the road they were very stressed because they were not sure if they could afford it he was reasonably priced and gave my parents a discount and made sure they were safe before we left
Apex has helped my company several times, most recently last night. Dan is reliable and willing to do what it takes to complete your recovery- he came and got me about 35 mins north of PSL and when his truck sprung a leak he brought me up to get another tire anyways and ensure I got back on the road. If you’re looking for a friendly professional tow truck service in St Lucie County , someone you can feel comfortable getting a ride from or if you wife or kid is stranded Dan is a trust worthy family man who will see to it you get back in the road or to a safe place ?
First of all let me say that Dan was awesome. Came out middle of the night showed up in twenty minutes . AAA told me that it would be 3 hr or so I couldn’t wait 3 hrs So I called Apex Towing and Transportation Services LLC I will be calling Dan The Tow Man

Let me start by saying Dan was literally an angel!!!
My car had ran out of gas and I was on the side of the road. This was my first time being in a situation like this and it was at 2 AM. Dan saw my car on the side of the road and chose to stop and help me! First, he calmed me down (as I had been crying for about 40 mins at this point) He explained what and how he was doing! He made me feel very safe (which at 2 am on the side of the road) His kindness is unmatched!
I would recommend his company time and time again!!!

I highly recommend Apex Towing. Dan was quick to respond to our need, polite and communicated with us along the way. In addition, he spoke with the mechanic shop when dropping off the vehicle about proper placement.
