My car broke down a block from our house after a long trip across the state, I called ALL HOOKED UP, gave him all the info. Vincent was here in 17min. On a Sunday night at 10:20pm!! SUPER IMPRESSED! GREAT SERVICE ALL AROUND

They came out on time and got us out within minutes after we struggled for 5 hours. Highly recommend.

Jay Jay was awesome! Extremely polite, professional, and respectful. Wish I had cash to tip the man at the time of pickup.

Tyler at All Hooked Up was friendly, fast, and got the job done right, quickly. Great on the phone, communicative about the status of arrival. Car got stalled on the side of the exit ramp off i-95 and they towed after calling AAA. They are contract with AAA, but a local private company. No comment on price since for AAA members is covered by AAA.

Even though my car had to be towed and I was feeling really down about it, Matt managed to make me laugh. He was friendly, professional, and kind — a real reminder that there are still good people out there. Thank you for turning a tough situation into a lighter moment!

If I could give 100 star review I would! He came so much faster then I thought. He came with the quickness. The man's not playing. Lol. He got my car opened in 30 second. I was overjoyed to get outta there with my young daughter. Thanks again Tyler for rescuing us ❤️❤️❤️💪💪💪

Not fun getting stuck at 12:30 AM in a dark and lonely road, with nothing in sight but a High School. Long story short, I called All Hooked Up Towing gave my information to a very pleasant dispatcher who was understanding and compassionate to my situation. I couldn't believe the Great Price he gave me. (BTW I reached out to other companies beforehand.) Plus the dispatcher told me they will respond in 30 minutes, by now it's around 1:00 AM. At around 1:30 AM Tow Truck Driver Justin pulled up, again just like the dispatcher he was polite, friendly, understanding and compassionate. Vehicle was towed to my residence with no problem. I applaud this company for their professionalism, they kept me informed via text through every step of the way. Their check out procedure was a snap, they sent me a link to enter my credit card information simple as that. I needed ny vehicle towed and called Triple A. They sent out All Hooked Up Towing . They texted me their arrival time. Most places make you wait 2-3 hours they were under an hour and They came early. I just got out of the hospital and Alex was wonderful. Alex patiently waited while I got what I needed. He helped me load what I was taking in our other car and he got my car to its destination quickly. Alex also texted to let me know it got there. Alex is friendly, helpful, kind and professional. Crazy start to the weekend Radiator blows car breaks down, but Thank God for AAA and All Hooked up Towing, John was there exactly within the time he said he would. He was very informative, helpful, and fast at his job. Best experience from a tow company by far and I’ve had enough tows this year to compare, definitely recommend them!!

Nate and the crew at all hooked up are the best . These guys saved us on the turnpike after a day of driving in our RV . They were early , which in the towing industry is beyond rare . Driver was very professional , did the job right and without any damage . We own a truck repair company so when I say these guys are pros at what they do I mean it ! All hooked up will have all of our heavy duty towing from now going forward .

This was the first time I ever put my toolboxes on a tow truck. The gentleman that picked them up were very professional and did a great job securing the boxes, and delivering them to their destination. I will definitely be using them again next time I need a tow.

Called up and got a immediate response. Picked up our equipment within the hour and delivered right on time. The driver was well experienced and friendly.

I was stuck at the boat ramp with my small tender the leaf spring broke and I could not drive home. I called all hooked up towing and asked to send a flat bed to bring my boat home. They were very helpful and sent someone with a flat bed and arrived in an hour because it was a special request for that truck. My driver was Bobby and he was awesome. H was so nice and took great care in it loading up and bringing it to my driveway I was so appreciative to be able to bring it home safely thank you. I recommend this company and give them 5 stars. I wouldn’t call anyone else for towing or recovery services. Brenda in the office is wonderful to work with and provides fair quotes. Jeffrey uprighted our totaled camper after tornados came through our neighborhood and came back later with Tom to tow it away to its final resting place. It was very impressive to see them operate especially without damaging the camper and property even more. Thank you All Hooked Up!

Bradley provided exceptional service at my sister's accident. She lost control of the car and ended up in a ditch off side of 95 in St Lucie county. He was helpful, diligent, knowledgable, and got the job done! He was efficient, brave, and was concerned about her safety throughout the process. He informed us that the car is not drivebale, and would be towed to the yard then transferred to mechanic once insurance etc is all in place. My sister was still in shock and between Bradley (towing) Joshua (FHP) the process was a lot less scary and didnt take as long as been expected.

Canceled my insurance tow so I could get home sooner with a local company. $200.00 dollars and two plus hours later. Absolute let down. They had my phone number wrong in the system and incorrect address for the driver (allegedly) and that’s why they took over 2 hours to get to me. Never again will I use this local company. Terrible service.

AAA called them out to provide service for me and the feminin sounding man on the phone was very rude “know it all” asked them to have the car dropped off in a certain part of a mechanic shop/dealership lot THAT I USED TO OWN and he’s telling me he can’t drop it there because it’s blocked off AS IM SITTING HERE IN THE LOT THAT I KNOW IS NOT BLOCKED OFF WAITING FOR MY CAR TO GET HERE. There are 6 open parking spaces a nice big empty space for the truck to turn around in and I’ve had 3 car haulers and 5 car haulers come drop off cars to me in this exact spot so many times without an issue. TYPICALLY FORT PIERCE QUALITY SERVICE. Wouldn’t recommend spending your money with them. Ever. They also towed one of my cars once after a customer totaled it and they asked us to give them over $3500 to release the scrap metal that was one and infinity g37 from the accident scene. We told them to keep it.

Tyler worked quickly and efficiently! It didn’t take 10 minutes before he was able to pull our truck out of the mud and excellent attitude as well. I hope he has a merry Christmas and thank him for making the experience easy.
