If I could give them 10 stars I would. Fast service, communication was easy, and the price for getting my car towed to the shop was great. I'll definitely be referring them to friends and family and if I need any towing services in the future, I know exactly who to call!
We were stranded on I95 with an axel that broke on our camper. Not only did they tow us, the made sure we got off the road safe and fixed it the next day. The work was great but the genuine care for the customer was incredible. We need more companies like Double Trouble. Highly recommended!
Best experience I've ever had with a tow company. This guy went way above and beyond what could be expected. Besides being stuck holding up traffic in my broke down truck with trailer attached, I had a few other issues. He saved me that day and even solved my other issues later. Now I'm happy I broke down, as it connected me Double Trouble Towing. This man is much more than a towing specialist. I'm grateful to have met him.
We had a busted tire on I-95 late at night on a Sunday with two dogs. Beau turned what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth and seamless experience. Although a tow truck wasn’t immediately available, he personally came to pick us up, dropped us off at our hotel, and arranged for one of his team members to tow our car to a nearby tire shop the next morning. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt safe and taken care of. He also didn’t take advantage of us and try to charge insane towing prices like other towing companies in the area. I highly recommend his company.
Double Trouble is the most reliable and honest tow company with in St John's county. Bo treats everyone as family and treats and protects the customers property. He is a man of his word and highly recommend in your time of need. His drivers are professional and very respectful
Car wouldn't start in a McDonald's parking lot in St.Augustine on a Saturday early afternoon, then the car alarm activated and the only way I could stop it was pulling off a battery cable. An automotive shop across the street was 'closed' but gave me the numbers of several towing companies - who were also closed or not interested. Double Trouble Towing came to the rescue, reset my car alarm and we were on our way almost immediately. He even offered to come back into town Sunday morning and check things out if I wasn't able to get my battery cable connections cleaned up and retightened. Best $50 I ever spent in an emergency situation!
The guys were the absolute best and total life savers! They were super kind and worked with us in an emergency situation!! Definitely choose these guys over anyone anytime!!! I hope to never need a tow again lol but if I did I would Def call Double D Towing company.

Beau and his team came out while I was renting an RV out to someone and they were stuck in a parking lot. He arranged for someone to come out on a Saturday when others were unavailable over the Christmas break. They quickly assessed the situation and found a simple solution that saved the trip for the renter!
Double Trouble was the 5th service I called at 4am on a Monday morning and the 1st to actually answer their phone. The driver showed up in a reasonable amount of time and the price was what I expected at that hour of the morning. He got my truck pushed out of the road and into a parking lot and got it running and back on the road. Thank you for being available when others weren't.
Mike did an amazing job transporting my truck to the dealership for me. Kept me updated through the process and really helped me out when I needed it. Definitely recommend and will use again if needed.
An unknown vehicle on my private property. Then Google search for towing service. Double Trouble only had good reviews, but after my experience I’m very surprised about! But the company name delivered little of what it promised. Double trouble! “Coming within an hour” Not exactly very fast but OK. After more than an hour we asked if they were still coming over. The detailed and apologetic answer: “Yes.” After a hour and a half of waiting, I tried to at least find out the delayed arrival time. No more answer. Telephone no longer available, only the answering machine. No call back. All I could do was cancel and hire another company. They towed the illegally parked car away in 5 minutes. Until then, Double Trouble!
Bo at Double Trouble Towing is truly a great person. My car wouldn’t start and I was going to have to miss a day of work. I called for a tow and he asked me what was wrong. Instead of making money, he guided me through how to get my car running again over the phone. He saved me hundreds of dollars. I kept pushing for a way that I could tip him and he kept refusing.
I almost hesitate to write this because he deserves to be paid for his efforts and knowledge and I hope that people don’t take advantage of his kindness. I will make sure that I am able to repay in some way.
It is really stressful being stuck without a vehicle and wondering how much time and money will be required to fix it. It is an enormous relief to be back on the road, and more than that, it helps restore my faith in humanity knowing that people like Bo still exist.

This team were on time and on point when my mom and dad had a blow out. Not only rushed to helped but also went the extra mile to confirm the vehicle was safely at the dealership!
They also helped us get reimbursed from the Road Side Assistance who wouldn’t have had us towed for many more hours.
My dad had just finished dialysis when the emergency happened and thanks to Double Trouble Towing, the day ended much better than it could have for all of us!

These guys are awesome. My car's been broke down since Saturday. It needs an alternator. He's not only going to take my car to his shop and put an alternator in it but he's doing it for $225 and bringing it back to me tomorrow. This guy is awesome.

They were the most reasonable for the distance of the tow, and delivered my truck safely and when they said they would! Definitely my new go to tow company and highly recommend!

Amazing service. They came out to Elkton at 3am and pulled my car out of a field. I waited hours for other companies and AAA to find me a tow truck, and these guys got to me within 30 minutes of calling them, and got my car out in under 10 minutes. Fast, efficient, friendly, and excellent service.

It was the middle of the night and I was driving back from a gig when all of a sudden, my car just stopped. I was stranded two hours from home. I looked for available towing companies, and I came across Double Trouble. I called and they said they would have someone out to me shortly. Well, 45 minutes, later I was loaded up and on my way home! They even dropped my car off at the mechanic and then took me to my house! Talk about service! Great company! I hope I never need their services again, but if you are in the St. Augustine area, and you need to get auto towing of ANY kind done, call these guys! You'll be glad you did!
