I got a totally different experience than I was expecting. I came here to pick up a vehicle after an accident. Thinking I was going to get a bunch of hassle and charged an arm and a leg. instead, I got a team of gentlemen with a great sense of hunor, excellent customer service and my time valued. Not only would I recommend this place is may stop by and drop off some dunkin donuts for the crew.
Sweet honest straight forward team. My son’s car died in a tiny tight Flagler parking lot. The team came right out, treated us fair and square. Service was friendly and fast. We scrapped the vehicle at the shop and had to find our title, Eddie was patient and kind w us! Totally recommend this group for towing and scrapping!
My SUV had a flat tire and needed a tow to my house. Ed showed up quickly to tow the car home. Price was reasonable, Ed was nice, friendly and very professional with his services. Would use him again if needed without hesitation.
After trying to get the help from AAA and having to wait for 3 hours, I decided to contact Allen's Towing. The only regret is that I did not call them right away. Brandy in dispatch and my driver Chris were amazing, professional, and courteous, and got me and my vehicle safely off I-95, and to my destination. Thank you!
These guys are friendly, helpful, and do a job well done at a fair price. They went above and beyond making sure we got our vehicle towed to a shop and we had a safe backup plan for an unexpected stay in St Augustine.
Allen's towing saved my cake today when I blew a front tire on i-95 today. I was frantic trying to find a tire company that was open on a Sunday AND had my non-standard tires! They were able to suggest a tire store and an alternate plan if that failed. The gent from NY who rescued me (whose name escapes me right now) was an absolute angel. Super great service and a great guy. Thanks for helping me get home tonight!!
Very unhelpful when calling about a car that they towed. I dontated a car in 2016 and it was sold for scrap. They picked the car up in Oct 2021 and are charging me for storage of a vehicle that was donated over 5 years ago. They were unhelpful in helping me resolve the situation. I get it they are a business and need to make money but they could have been nicer and helped me resolve this issue.
Driver was extremely helpful and friendly. I had a lot of unique issues with my vehicle in order to tow it and he was so patient in getting thru the problems.
Needed them after a severe car accident - rolled the vehicle. Went the next day - I wish I would have gotten the name of the man who went out with me and crawled into the car over the broken glass to help me retrieve my personal belongings - he was so kind!
Driver Josh was very rude and unprofessional when he used profanity and threatened to illegally tow my car because it was parked near a vehicle he was trying to tow. I was legally parked on the other side of the vehicle from the side he hooked up to. Called to complain and dispatcher was rude as well.
Waited for an hour I was stranded no one would not even work with me nor cared. I do not recommend this place after all of that paid for 19$ for my tire to be change and 31 for new tire.
Jonathan of Allen's towing was a lifesaver at a time of great stress. After a car crash he was prompt, courteous,and professional. Allen's and Jonathan would be who I would recommend to anyone in need of towing or recovery services. Thanks to Allen's, and Jonathan in particular.
Was awful. Tow truck was to big for a simple battery jump start , and service truck' s jump cables did not work & were broken. Left for another service call,, and never returned
