We were leaving to go home after vacation and realized we had a nail in our tire. This place was just a few miles away. It was blazing hot outside and we had our two small children with us. The gentleman who fixed our tire was incredibly friendly and helpful. He had us patched up and ready to go very quickly. I’m so grateful. Highly recommend.
Our car would not start requiring a tow to the dealership. Service was prompt and when traffic caused delay in arriving, the driver, Mark Summerlin let us know of 15 minute delay. He was courteous and very knowledgeable and professional. We felt very comfortable with his expertise securing car on flatbed.
They are some of the worst mechanics in town. I brought my first vehicle to them told them that it wouldn't run properly told them what was wrong they changed my spark plugs and coils and called it good and charged me $800 for that. I traded that vehicle for my current one the guy I traded it to figured out it was the Pistons. They didn't properly check the vehicle therefore they didn't properly fix the vehicle. I'm all for giving second chances so when my new vehicle broke down I called them.I told them I would turn over the key, the ignition would click and all my electronics on my dash would go crazy. So they came and towed it to the shop and they said oh it's the starter. I said but all my electronics are going crazy. Their silly like oh it's the starter. That's all they kept saying. So I paid them $500 and I was able to drive my vehicle home and that's where it ended. When I called them they said I told them that it was the starter. no I didn't. So with the help of a friend I have changed the alternator. But I'm not a mechanic so I can't properly diagnose why my vehicle still won't start after a starter and an alternator but had they done their job properly for the $500 I paid them they could have properly diagnosed what was wrong with my vehicle and it wouldn't be a lawn ornament. so I will never go back to St Augustine tire for anything other than tires because it's all they know how to do there.
Great price, no added car damage, and a polite, attentive tow driver during a tow service.
Received a last minute used tire change before. A wide range of tires, polite staff, and good pricing.
I came by in the past as well when my bike tire was flat as I was riding past them. I offered money and they pumped it for free.
Only suggestion is they set up mobile battery testing/charging in the future. Most tow places don't have it but it would be nice to make it more common.
Me and my husband broke down on I-95 in Florida on our way back to SC on Thanksgiving Day. We had originally planned to have it towed to a dealership. The lead tow driver was really nice. He informed us that the dealership would be closed until Monday and recommended the shop he works for as they would be open on black Friday. I am so glad we made this decision. After dropping the vehicle off for repair he took us to a motel. The shop then picked us back up from the motel so we could collect our vehicle. We thought we would have alittle bit of a wait, but it was ready to go when we got there. I highly recommend this place. Friendly people who gladly provide a wonderful service. Prices are fair. Lazy employee acted like he couldn’t search the size of my tires for my car. Very unprofessional and uninterested. After I called back with the size of my tires, he kept forwarding my calls to voicemail.
Saved my husband and family with a tow after my insurance company had someone coming from green cove. Took them 30 minutes much less than the other person. Mike was friendly and nice. Thank you SO much for helping us yesterday!!
Alfredo Munafo the owner is amazing! He got my drain plug out when every where else said they couldn't and wanted to put a new oil pan in. Saved me money and was quick to look at my car upon arriving! Will go here for all car service needs in the future!
Great place with friendly people. Live in Jacksonville and have gone back twice b/c I know they are one of the few places that don't try to rip you off. My first visit they were able to order me a hard to find tire and gave me a better price then I was able to find in Jacksonville.
My second time in there was with a leaking tire (different then the one purchased) and instead of trying to make me purchase a tire they let me know that it was my rim and recommended that I get that fixed. Many places would have just sold me the tire and let me find out the hard way.
Avoid this place. Very un- professional . I took my truck here to get a lot of work done but had changed my mind since a friend offered to help. I paid them $100 for a few days of storage and when the friend didn't work out he refused to work on my car because he was mad I didn't have him do the work originally. He wouldn't even tow my vehicle and basically refused to touch it. Inside the shop was very cluttered and messy with trash everywhere and tools dis-organized. Don't trust this guy with your car.
Called in search of a used tire for my Honda Accord. the woman who answered was nice and transferred me to a man. I had a hard time understanding him, told him the size tire I need (195/65R15). He told me 3 different time that he had a 185 (smaller tire), I thought maybe he misunderstood me, but he told me I could put it on the back, even though my other 3 tires are larger. I told him thank you, but I would prefer to find the right size for my car.
I think they are great! I haven't been there in a while because I bought a new car but I had a flat today. I pulled in and he took care of me and I was back on the road in a few minutes! Thanks!
On our way home from a lovely vacation our tire blow out. Contacted AAA who sent out St Augustine tire towing and auto sales. They were there within a half an hour not the usual two hour wait with AAA. They towed ourcar to their shop and dropped us to a diner for breakfast. When we returned
They had our car ready and waiting for us. What amazing service and wonderful, kind people. thank God for them.
They are the best place in town, because I can TRUST them. I have lived here for 20 years and have had several mechanics that have let me down or flat out lied to me. I have used these guys for 6 years and couldn't be happier with there service, pricing and over all great group of men.
I was in a heck of a mess perched precariously on a concrete abutment above a drainage ditch. My car was all but teetering; moving it one inch in any direction would have resulted in disaster. These guys came out and worked magic to stabilize my car, Then, while raising the back end of the car very high, they removed the abutment on which I was perched. Awesomeness. I love this town
Great customer service. Very honest unlike some mechanics in town. Well worth the time they take to work on your vehicle. Will be back anytime I need work done on my vehicle.

The last 2 appointments I made when I showed up he tried to make some type of excuse because he didn't schedule it. 2 times in a row....come on now. Ever since they had a change of ownership went down the drain. The new owner doesn't care about his customers. So if you like waisting your time this is the place for you. I will never be returning after being a 5+ year customer
Truck was losing power couldn't make it over a small Bridge talked to multiple people who all recommended something different after replacing several parts and not being able to figure it out I dropped my truck at Saint Augustine Tire on 207 I told him I need my truck for work fix it anticipating my bill between 1200 and 1500 I walked out the door paying under $75 parts and labor with and upgraded part they were extremely knowledgeable and completely trustworthy. Thank you so much guys my truck has never ran better!!
Needed a tow and was told 30 minutes. The tow truck came in just about 30 minutes and was very helpful and friendly! Thanks to St. Augustine Towing they got us out of a tight jamb of our car breaking down on 16. Definitely recommend!
Scott was on call and replaced our tire at 2AM on Thanksgiving, allowing us to continue on our way with little interruption. Their fast and friendly service will always be appreciated.

FANTASTIC! ...On 4/14/17 I used St Aug Tire/Towing to transport my disabled vehicle from Jax beach to the dealer in St. Augustine. The flatbed arrived at the estimated time and was also able to drop me off at my residence. Fantastic service and competitive rate.
Shout out to SA tire. AAA called Complete auto for whatever reason cause they were first on the list. They WOULD not tow my car over to Ray's without me being there. Sad thing is they have towed or jumped one or more of our 3 vehicles in the past year multiple times. 2 hour wait on average. ST. Augustine tire was a 30 minute wait and I am not even there. These guys rock, Complete Auto is INCOMPLETE. Big thanks to SA tire for stepping up and taking care of the locals.
